I moved to Texas from New York. I spoke with Natasha about helping me find a house. I informed her that I was new to Texas and needed her to locate me a place in a safe area. She stated that she would send me listing service for the areas. She took me to see a house. The house is very nice and the neighborhood appeared nice. I found out before I moved in but after I signed the lease that the house is in one of the most crime notorious areas in Texas. When I presented this information to Natasha she said it was my responsibility to check the area by gooiling it online. I asked why she didnt tell me that before and she repeated that it was my responsibility. If she had told me that when I asked her. I would have tried to look it up or find another realtor to help me but she was more focused on getting paid than quality of service. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM
