As a first time apartment hunter in the Dallas area, I needed help with my search. I called ASAP and two other services on a Saturday. Ten minutes later and on her off day, Sylvia Nelms called me back. I have yet to hear from the other two services.Sylvia helped me focus my search and made appointments for me at several places while I worked in the mornings. She called me every day to ask me what else she could do for me. She never pressured me or pushed me to any one location. She is personable, professional, loves her job and was an absolute delight to work with!!!In the end, unbeknownst to me, I selected a place to live that does NOT pay a service like ASAP Apartment Finders a commission. She did not complain about it. She stated that she was very happy for me and that the commission was a non-issue.I cant imagine theres anyone out there better than Sylvia and ASAP!

I never received my $200 rebate and now it’s the end of my lease. Brian as well as Sylvia were no help what so ever, and kept giving me excuses as to why I didn’t receive my full rebate. I won’t be recommending to anybody.
