Ms. Joann is the best!!! Moved here from northern Virginia in March and have been looking for a go-to salon bc I haven’t gotten my nails done since before covid last year!!! WELL. I went in two hours before close and even though she was the last one here she didn’t rush gave me an amazing gel set manicure and matching pedi. The chairs are top of the line, doesn’t smell strong. No wait at all. And literally the sweetest Vietnamese women/men I have met in a long time. Brought my 5 year old back today for her FIRST mani pedi and they even have cute pink kids pedi chairs. Couldn’t be happier. Prices are great. Quality service and quality individuals each with their own style and personality. THANK YOU JOAAN AND EVERYONE AT BEVERLY HILL NAILS!

Today was my first time at Beverly Hills nail salon. Joann was absolutely amazing. She took her time and made sure every nail was perfect, even during a very busy Friday morning. She did not rush whatsoever. I showed her a picture of the natural colored nails I wanted and she picked out 2 colors that were the closest to my picture. She even painted both colors on two of my nails so I could decide which color I liked best. Such a pleasant and relaxing experience. I have been searching and searching for a forever nail tech and today I finally found her!

I feel like Im in the Beverly Hills, this place is stunning, each tech was very well dressed and beautiful. I felt pretty good from the reviews, but when I walked in Lenny had greeted me and she was amazing. She was very attentive.Jason was my tech from there on out.First off can I just say he was so polite! He was also very attentive AND I felt in good hands right away.My appointment I just needed a quick fix from a nail breakage and chip from another salon. I ended up getting a pedicure plus my nails but no rush. He took his time he was very respectful, he did a beautiful job and helped me with a broken toe nail.I am extremely grateful for my service today. Thank you Lenny and Jason! Also the staff.Cute atmosphere. I will keep an updated post! Im lucky! #Blessed!

Everyone there is super nice and professional. Very clean and each nail artist has a different specialty theyre good at! Tommy is my favorite being his pretty talented in almost all nail styles and designs. Joann is also very creative and does a beautiful ombre. Its very casual and a nice balance of both men and women clients. They offer other services such as waxing and pedicures. Theres even a cute section for children to get their toes done! ☺️

My cousin sat for 3 hours to get a pedicure and waited for the technicians to do everyone else before they finally came to do her pedicure then rushed through it. We came to get 2 full sets and a pedicure. Are appointment was at 545 pm we got here early. They took my cousin back to do her pedicure then they took me to do my nails I got finished with my nails and they just started her pedicure at 7pm. After she sat in the spa for 2.5 hours. They had to wait to get her nails done. I have never seen such horrible service here. Im so disappointed I really liked this salon.

Very nice dip mani done by T! She talked to me about the benefits of dip over gel. She did a wonderful job of shaping and they had a lot of colors to choose from in the dip powder.

I went to Starbucks this morning and noticed Beverly Hills Nail Salon next-door. I’m not originally from this area so I’ve been looking for a new salon. They had just opened for the morning but were able to fit me in immediately. I showed Tommy, my nail tech, a picture and he executed it beautifully. He asked my opinion throughout the process and made sure I was happy with everything. I couldn’t be more happy and I will go to see Tommy every few weeks for more beautiful nail designs.

Do not go here! The lady asked if I wanted gel on my nails I said No I don’t. She goes ahead and puts the gel on anyways and try’s charging me. After saying I did not want this she grabs my hands and starts removing the paint. Very unprofessional. She ruined my nails with putting it on and then immediately taking it off. Be aware of this place. Also there was another lady yelling the whole time. I would never go back here again. I paid for pedicure that I did not ask for gel!

My 2 daughters went there today for $25 full sets. Were charged an extra $20 because they asked for a certain shape (coffin) after the techs had already started. My 9 year old could have done a better job. Cut skin, crooked nails, bad polish jobs...I really think it depends on the tech you get because this is the first time weve had a bad experience.

Jo Anne and Tommy. They both are great Techs and been there the longest my wife and I are pleased with Pedicure and Eyebrow waxing. However we both tip very well always in cash.The new manager everytime I pay if I use all cash gives me a problem with giving me my change! So this time I gave my tech a cash tip . And was going to use my debit card to pay for pedicure and Eyebrows she wanted me to use the ATM to get cashout stating it only charged 1.00. So to be nice I figured they are being charged to use the debit card machine? Than proceeded to insert my debit in the machine the manager than suggested I take out 80.00 on a 67.00 total. Because the machine takes increments of 20.00. I was confused why the change? Than my time expired in the ATM She Said ( The new manager) she would swipe my card this time than next time bring all cash. I may not go back again.Its only right to tip your tech. For your service. I just feel the cashier wants a tip also!

Got gel manicure and pedicure on 5/12/2021.3 nails completely chipped between 5/12/2021-5/14/2021. They said gel lasts longer but this is the shortest time nails have lasted! Very upset.Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because “T” was very nice and the place was clean. Not very affordable considering the quality.

I would not recommend this nail salon. I scheduled an appointment for pedicure and manicure. They were busy and didn’t acknowledge that I had an appointment. Only got the pedicure done. They continued to bring back people and wait in the chairs even though they didn’t have enough people to work. My pedicure was rushed that got my nail was bleeding and heal cut as well.

Quick, efficient, courteous, friendly service every time I go there. Reasonable prices. Shop is always clean. Safety precautions in place to protect customers from Covid, strictly enforced. Definitely recommend

Needed my nails done while I was out of town & came to Bev. Hills Spa. Jade was absolutely amazing!! I am so in love with how they turned out. She did a great job shaping my nails and really paying attention to every detail. The nail salon was clean, and friendly. Will definitely be coming back next time I am back in town. I also got my eyebrows done and can’t remember the woman’s name, but she also took her time and paid attention to the detail and gave me exactly what I asked for. Absolutely amazing experience. The services I got were full set with dip & tips w/ coffin shaping. And an eyebrow waxing. Good prices. Nothing but smiles and good vibes from this salon!!!

It took me two hours to get a pedicure.

Lynn did my eyebrows this morning and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a nice conversation and she made sure to keep in touch if the wax was too hot or not, and put aloe on my eyebrows afterwards after noticing I have oily acne prone skin. It was honestly the best service I’ve had while getting my eyebrows waxed! I will always time and time again come back here!

They always do an amazing job with my nails!!

Found this place while visiting and walking around on vacation. They were empty and took me and my niece in fast. I got a pedicure and dip manicure. They were very nice and took their time. My feet felt great and she did a great job on my callus and getting the old skin off my heels. Very clean salon. The older lady is funny and that was different.! Wish I lived in Pittsburgh to keep coming back!. They also were up to regulations with Covid19. Felt safe. will return on my next trip.

A bit pricy but they did a good job.

This business is very unprofessional although they did a pretty good job on my nails they were very rude I went there with my daughter and they thought I was lying about her age and tried to charge me more . Also my mom went there and she got a foot fungus from them. So I do not recommend this establishment unless you want foot fungus.

I stumbled across this nail salon via Yelp. She was friendly and efficient. The salon was clean and tidy. I will definitely return to this day spa next time I am in Beverly Hills Nail Salon.

Came in to have manicure. I sat at #9 (Tina). Manicurist asked me how many kids I had - I told her I only had one. She asked why I only have one and then asked how old I was and told me I needed to have more than one child because if something happens to first, then Ill at least have the other. I advised her to not tell someone they should have more kids because that person could be struggling with infertility. When I asked her if she knew what infertility was the male manicurist right next to us (#8...Steve) said that infertility is when youre old and then he laughed. I paid, but didnt tip due to their rudeness and ignorance. I wont be going back.

By far the most horrible experience. For a gel fill that is listed as $20 I was charged $50. I was told it was due to a change in shape. $5 for that and $2 for 2 gemsIf Im doing my math correctly, thats $27. Im very unhappy and will continue to tell others to never come here for good service.

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. I dont doubt that they are GREAT and Ive never been happier with my nails. Definitely planning to- go back.

Where do I start. My normal girl wasn’t there so I got set up with booth 1. What a nightmare this guy was he was so rude. Look at my nails. Said he couldn’t do a snowflake. Was mad I brought my own polish. He made my nails hurt. Drilled so low my nails are aching. I have been going here for 6 months. I may not go back.

This was my first time trying this salon out, and I couldnt be more excited about the outcome. They took the time to really attend to my nail needs. The shop was very cute. Totally worth it and will visit again!

I got the guy and he was very rough, he kept yanking my hands and he didn’t talk at all. He made my nails uneven and nothing like the picture I showed him. I’ve been there before and had amazing experiences. So if/when you go here do not get the guy

I got a pedicure here back in October, they lady who did it went to town picking at my toes which caused an awful infection. Even now my toe STILL hurts. I will never go back here. Be careful!!

Very friendly. 3 of us just walked in for a pedicure and they acted like it was no big deal even though they were fairly busy. This was my first time here and will definitely go back.

I’ll save you the trouble of a miserable experience. Go up the street to Angel Nail & Spa. I left in the middle of a pedicure because my lazy nail tech couldn’t answer a simple question and told me I would be upcharged by $15 if I wanted to have my feet scrubbed for more than 20 seconds. I thought I knew what a standard pedicure was but apparently I’m confused. If you don’t want some strange man screaming at you in a foreign language than don’t go here!
