First time getting my nails done in awhile and I loved it! Sheila was so friendly and was talkative which was awesome, so it wasnt awkward at all. I was early and she started right away so I was able to get out earlier! The salon is super cute and everyone else seems friendly!

Clean friendly environment. Explained the process to me and asked how I liked it every step of the way. Val was my nail tech 😊 The music was chill, all the staff were extremely friendly. Beverages are offered. Appointment was booked really easily through Google but I like how you can text for appointments too.

Second time here- Julie did my nails, she was easy going and friendly! i got a shiny chrome layer on top the gel color, which looks great and can apparently be put on any color.

My mom and I came in for our annual Mother’s Day pedi’s and the service was great. The salon was fun, relaxed, judgement free, covid safe, and clean which is such a rare find. We had a great time with Sheila and Kate. Feet are looking and feeling great for sandal season! We’ll definitely be back.

I came in for Champagne pedicure to treat myself for my birthday. While i agree that the atmosphere is nice and the staff friendly, my pedicure did not include all the things advertised on the website. My nail technician Shelia was very nice and we had a good conversation, but the service that was provided was not exceptional at all. The promised 1 hour and 10 minutes service actually lasted 45 minutes and she forgot about the warm booties and the extended massage (it was barely two minutes for each foot). I mentioned this to her and she was apologetic. I asked to be charged for the regular pedicure because I ostensibly got more or less that and she accommodated but the mood was awkward and I left feeling disappointed. I dont think I will be back...:-(Hello,You’ve responded to my google review today. I definitely booked the champagne pedicure (I have email confirmation of it and when I was greeted this was confirmed as well). Shelia changed it to the Chic pedicure for charging me the lower rate after I had mentioned that I was not provided the service that was advertised and was therefore dissatisfied.I appreciate you offering me the opportunity to get a complimentary pedicure as a compensation for my experience today and I will take you up on your offer! I do however want to say that me having my newborn there was not a reason to cut short the pedicure- I did not request this. My baby can be nursed and calmed if fussy or crying and his presence there should not be an issue or a reason not to provide me with equal service.Please let me know how I can avail the complimentary pedicure next time. First time there, after waiting 5 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge I was there, my nail tech approached me and asked what color I wanted. I am hearing impaired so I didnt understand what she was asking at first. Once I understood I asked if they had any examples of colors to choose from. At which point, she turns away from me saying you already seem angry at me. And proceeds to walk dead away from me. Mind you Im there for a pedi AND dip manicure. Already 20min into my appt time I had to ask to speak to the manager. So I am in tears at this point, trying to explain that I wanted to leave but I want to be assured my card will not be charged, as it was required at the time of booking. Instead 2 other techs were made available to do the initial pedi & dip. So I decided to stay. Pedicure was good except she left lil traces of polish from 2 pedicures ago. Nail tech was great but I dont feel their magic powder product is so great as the pointer finger on my left hand broke in 1 week. Went back 2 weeks later and gave them another chance. Same thing but this time middle finger broke on left hand. Also instead using a tip for broken nails, she a whole clear press on nail instead.😳 never again. Lost my business.

I see Julie pretty much every 2 weeks for apres gel and a pedi, I can not tell you enough how GREAT she is. I always leave in awe of what she can do. This week I brought her quite a challenge, like my nails were so thin and frail and she did a complete transformation! As long as she does nails, I will be her customer. I can’t gush about her enough. She’s more than a talented artist, but a really great person too. Go see her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am in love with this nail salon and will continue to be a returning customer. Gel manicures always last about 3 weeks, great staff, and friendly environment. The ladies working there will put 3 different colors on your nails before you picking what you want to make sure you’re getting the color you want. Nailchíc gets 5 stars from me!!

I never write bad reviews for businesses but I don’t want anyone else to be swayed by this salon’s high rating like I was. I came in asking for a very basic service (ombré French manicure) and the nail technician didn’t know how to do it. What’s worse is they made me feel like I did something wrong by saying I should have specified that I wanted this style in their online booking system—even though there is absolutely no way to do this on their current system, and I chose the most expensive and advanced nail design option available. The technician I had complained loudly the whole time she was doing my nails and had to have another technician step in multiple times to help her. When I asked her to fix mistakes she made with my nails she just said there was nothing she could do. I literally felt like crying at one point. These were supposed to be my nails for my upcoming engagement, but now I have to scramble to make another nail appointment last minute because these nails are just unacceptable. I’m not interested in a passive aggressive apology like the other negative reviewer here got; I just wanted to share my experience for others.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and the staff makes you feel very welcome. They are knowledgeable and were able to assist me on choosing the best method for my nails. I absolutely recommend Nail Chic!!!

I was referred to this place by a lady in line at the grocery store. Her nails looked lovely. first it was a nightmare to get the appointment, but hey they might have been busy. I waited 4 days for the most hellacious experience. i got a mani pedi and was rushed through, pulled and treated rudely. as if somehow my being there was interfering with something this woman had to do. Terrible customer service. I wont be returning.
