Absolutely wonderful service. Christina did my nails and she was so pleasant to work with, made sure I knew the pricing before we started and she really took care of everything so well. Definitely only going here from now on.

I have been going to this nail salon the last 4 months and I was happy with my French manicure dip by Dave. The place was clean and he was friendly. He left and unfortunately my visit today did not go well. I was actually told by Jessica the nail tech that she would not do pink and white on my dip anymore because I was not happy. I mentioned a nail being crooked and if she could fix it and that was all it took. She actually said, she would not do my nails. I was in shock! She also said, my finger was crooked to get a new finger. I was like, What? Anyway Eva another tech tried to console me by not charging me but I paid because she did a service for me. I actually tipped her after she banned me from coming back. She stated to not watch her do each nail that I made her nervous. I was nervous having a new tech to begin with. Then to top it off, she said I do not like your pink and white. It doesnt look natural. White to thick, pink to pink. I liked it I told her all but the crooked one. She stopped talking to me and refused my payment. I left it with Eva. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Too bad it was a clean place. They also in the summer did this to another client that was getting a black dip because she asked them for a particular shape and the same girl I had told her not to come back. I thought it was the customer, I know better now!

I love the way my nails turned out and took her time of doing them. I’m satisfied with their service. Also very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff here are really friendly, professional, and do a great job. Ive been getting my nails done here for a few months and I really like the nice environment inside the salon, and that I never feel rushed when I come in. Great selection of colors and polish types (gel, dip, long wear etc).

Amazing service! I went with my 7 year old daughter and her friend, they did an amazing job on all of us. They were so nice, they treated us so well, talking to my kids and making conversation. I also got an eyebrow wax and the woman did a great job on that too.

This is my favorite nail salon ever of all time. Got the dipping powder twice now & couldnt be happier. It is perfect, exactly what I have wanted all my life, from a professional. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, but for the 1st time ever, like 27 years, I havent had to come home & refill them or anything. Showing them off constantly because of how perfect they are. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience! I don’t know what happened to my first review Jessica must have found a way to take it down. I had a dip French manicure/ toe polish change which was 72 dollars and both were very sloppy and Jessica who I requested to do my nails was very rude and unprofessional! She also cut me with her dirty nail file which I have reported to state board of PA. This nail salon is very unprofessional and rude to customers I’ve gone here multiple times and every time I leave I think why did I just spend my money there! Well this was definitely the last time! I got an infection in the cut that Jessica inflicted from her dirty nail file. Also the French manicure did not look professionally done very sloppy! I will also keep posting if my review doesn’t stay up because public needs to know!…….(IN RESPONSE) to Jessica. Firstly your file was dirty I watched you take it from your drawer and not a sanitizer. Second I have a tremor in my hand that I take medicine for and my hands shake it’s a condition Jessica I CANT keep my hands still. Thirdly my polish on my toes was a lite orange and you did not take your time I did not notice how bad until I got home! Third no one made fun of your accent I simply said when you answered your phone I could not understand you because you talk so low and mumble! You also hung up on me! I would like my money back because this was a horrible experience and you should not treat customers that way!

Jessica was wonderful! I absolutely love how clean the Salon is. Tools properly autoclaved in bags. Easy conversation, was just an all around amazing experience! Great way to start the day!

The staff at Angel Nails are so personable and professional. I have been coming here for several years and they always take care of me and make me feel special.This time when I left after getting my pedicure, I noticed a few hours later that a few of my toes had gotten messed up. I went back the next day to get the two toes fixed and the young lady thought they all needed to be repainted. I did not think they were all that bad, but she wanted to redo all of them to make them perfect.Again. They always take care of me and I appreciate that. The place is clean and spotless. During these unusual times with the pandemic, I feel perfectly safe.

I have an amazing experience every time I go here and I go monthly or even biweekly. If they dont know how to do a shape you can show them a picture and they do the best work in getting you what you want. I recommend having Amy do your acrylics if you want coffin or stiletto shape shes the best.

This was my first time here as I’m new to Pittsburgh and I will definitely be going back! Jennifer was my nail technician and she did an incredible job. She went back over her work to make sure it was up to her standard, was very sweet, and extremely professional. The place is very clean, has many options for nail colors, and they do regular polish, gel polish, and dipped. I was a walk-in and they had availability right away and I didn’t feel like they’re trying to rush me out of there like a lot of other places do. This will be my home base going forward, and I’m really excited I found this place!

The gel manicure I received today was done well. The fact that I was charged the price of the manicure plus $3 on top of that is surprising to say the least.... for being a NEW CUSTOMER.I am in Pittsburgh on business, I am not from here. I decided to get a manicure while I had time during lunch. When it came time to pay, the woman who did my nails said I am being charged an additional $3 because I havent been there before, and I got my nails done somewhere else so it is $3 more, sorry, I have to listen to the owner.I have been getting manicures for 14 years and have had them in many cities across the country and have never been charged an additional fee because I was a new customer. There is so much competition in that business that I notice just the opposite, often first time customer specials.There is nothing in writing at the salon that states anyone who is a new customer or got their nails done somewhere else in the past will be charged an added fee. I cant believe this is even legal. Who knows if it is.It isnt the fact that its $3 ... I am not complaining because of a few dollars, it is the principle. This is terrible business and certainly NOT that way to keep a new customer from returning. Which I will not be.I chose to give Angels Nails my business and money, I could have gone to any of the other 2 dozen nail salons within a two mile radius. If I had known the owner ran the business in that desperate of a manor, I would have chosen to go somewhere else.I am not one to write a negative review of a business, in fact This might be my first. Its hard for me to believe I am even writing this over a $3 fee but as I said, it is not the fee but the reason for the fee.The owner should consider rethinking his strategy.

I went to Angel Nails for the first time just the other day. I am very pleased with the service I received. The technician who did my nails, Tim, was fast and incredibly careful. Not a speck of dried glue nor a drop of nail polish was out of place. I also really like their selection of colors and enjoyed the warm, casual, yet professional atmosphere. The only thing that I was disappointed by was the fact that he didnt use any lotion on my hands. Still, I really like the way my nails came out. Will definitely be back.

The worst pedicure ever. Done in 20 minutes, including drying time. When I asked if he could work more on the rough spots on my heels, he informed me that removing calluses is not included in a pedicure & would be an additional $10. That is the main reason I get pedicures. I can paint my own nails for $25. Im guessing cuticles are also not included because he did not do them either. I have nail polish all over my cuticles & skin. It looks like a two year old painted my nails.

It was nice and appeared clean. I enjoyed my pedicure. The only complaint is that they would talk in their language. I felt that they were talking about me or others. I think it is rude.

They did a beautiful job on my nails!!! they just remodeled also.Check in update: I have been going for 3 months and I can see I will never find out what a valued customer is. Im very disappointed in this place. I went for the first time to get a gel mani for engagement pictures. The people were very nice, and the place was clean. Everything started off fine. I noticed when the nail tech put the first coat of paint on my middle finger on my ring hand, she started to file the polish because it bubbled. That made the polish worse and didnt fix the bubbling. She continued to paint over it, and was going to let me go like that. I asked her to fix it nicely, and she seemed annoyed. Instead of taking the polish off of ONE finger, she filed it again and put another coat on, making it worse. I left because I felt awkward asking again. I went to another place the very next day, and they even said why would she do that!? This was the most important nail appointment I have had so far for engagement pictures, which I told the woman that. Sad I wont be giving this place another chance. Thankfully my nails look perfect thanks to the other place I went to.

I am one of their new client now and will be for ever. The place is always clean, everywhere I looked they are always cleaning. Service are great! My pedicure was only $25, you can’t get anywhere cheaper. If u need the callus it’s only $10 more but optional, you don’t have to get it every time. I like that they break the price done, so I don’t have to pay $35 every time. I also got the dipping done, it’s so beautiful, I loved it!!!!! Absolutely loved it!!!! They have a lot of colors and I heard they might get more colors. They have a lot of gels polish too from what I see. They got all the old n new collection of the OPI gel and CC gel, now they just bought ALL the gelish gel brand. They place may looks small but verry cozy and homey. Plus they got everything!!! I love it !!! I really do love it !!!! 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍

I have to say when the salon was under renovation I had Googled several other salons and was very disappointed all the extras that Angel Nails has to offer for the money you would only find in a high-end expensive salon

Very relaxing enjoy the soothing music the only problem is parking the space in front of the steps needs a line drawn to show not to park a foot or so away from the steps please think of this

Don’t even bother with this place! Considering the exceptionally expensive prices, you are better off visiting cleaner places, such as the new Nailtique (where V-Nails use to be) or Envy Nails in Shadyside. Never going back here!

Decently priced and did a good job

I have aways had great service at this salon. No one has ever treated me rudely. The small language barrier Is not a deal breaker for me. Just ask for clarification.

I paid $60 for what I thought was quality. I asked for almond shaped nails and instead ended up with pistachios on my fingers. I understand there are additional charges for the shape and type of polish I ask for but I also expect to get quality with the additional cost. My nails were so lifted at the cuticles that my hair kept getting caught when I ran my fingers through my hair. Def not happy with my experience. And to add insult to injuring the technician expected a tip. Heres a tip.....take your time with the person in front of you and stop rushing to get to the next person, there may not continue to be a line if you continue to do this type of work.

By far the absolute worst pedicure I have ever gotten!!! DO NOT go here unless you want a crappy 15 minute pedicure done by a rude teenage boy. When I asked to speak to a manager about my sloppy rushed pedicure, the lady was beyond RUDE and asked me well how long you think a pedicure should be?? Not 15 minutes for 30$ thats for sure!

So i go get a fill and because i didnt want shellac they wanted to charge $10 to my gel polish off! i got up and left.

Not going back because I asked for a fill and he took off my nails without asking and charged me for something I didn’t even get.
