I came to this place as a walk in, I was surprised at how fast I was taken care of. The nail tech was so kind, but not over talkative (let me relax) . I honestly could not believe how long my polish lasted. I got standard, regular polish and its been weeks, and it still looked great, no chipping. I actually had to file most of it off, because I had broken a nail and had no choice but to trim the others. Very impressive, considering some salons you get polished and it barely lasts 12 hours! The pedicure was very nice too, very relaxing massage, I could have stayed there all day! I will be back!

This place is legit! I had a really bad nail job from another salon and I got fixed up this morning. My nails were done to perfection and Im so glad I found this place! Definitely my new nail spot!

I went in the other day looking to get a fill with gel. I was greeted and seated immediately. The lady that took care of me did a quick but amazing job. I didnt know what color I wanted but she helped me pick out a neutral color and some glitter. Everything turned out amazing from the shape to the color. Im new to the area and have been going to another salon but I think I found my new spot. They are also very reasonably priced for the quality of work you get. I will definatly be back. :)

I have been doing for many many years and it’s the best salon ever!!! The deluxe pedicure is to die for; that’s how wonderful it is. I’ve been getting my nails done for as long as I remember and they are always done excellently. Tam and her staff are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! I highly recommend this nail salon!

I love going here with my girlfriend to get his and hers pedicures. Their massage chairs are the best! The staff is amazing and you get the most relaxing services! The owner is the best, never had anything but the best experience!

For me, All of the above 5 stars. Great quality, competitive pricing, professional, clean and 99.9% on time. Cindy is my constant nail specialist who is AWESOME and I have experienced many other places in Allegheny, Blair & Beaver counties. Perfection! I drive 3 hours to spend the day at this place for nails, pedi and eyelashes then 3 hours back so... Tammy does my eyelashes which my husband tells me it looks natural not like my strip lashes. The bottom line is I feel so much better leaving there every time.Cindy and Tammy are very interactive and personable. Thanks to you ladies and other members of your staff. I will be back!

I went here and had Tam do my nails for many years before I moved out of state. I still can’t find anyone comparable. My acrylics with Tam would last for a month and never lift. Now I can’t find anywhere in Ohio where they last 2 weeks before lifting. I love this place!!

The best salon Ive ever been to hands down! Everyone there is friendly and professional. The establishment is clean and they have safe practices in place due to COVID. My nails are always done in a timely manner and come out smooth and neat, getting my nails done here improves my mood every time! They give great pedicures too! I never have a problem with the quality (polish chipping, lumps, etc). I will forever be a customer! Highly recommend.

Creative Nails is the most amazing place to get your nails done in the Pittsburgh area! If you aren’t getting your nails done here you are doing it wrong !! I have recommended Creative Nails to many of my friends and family and nobody is ever disappointed. They do awesome designs as well!! Go get a mani pedi you won’t regret it !!

I got my feet done in September for the first time at this salon and two nail techs felt the need to collaborate in their own language and smile regards to me simply changing the color on my toes. I thought it was weird, overstepping their boundaries and it made me uncomfortable. Instead of confronting them, I chose to leave a review for EVERYONE To know. 💅🏾

Older lady nail rep seemed to be in a hurry to do my nails. I ended up taking the polish off when I got home it was so bad. I had three other ladies with me, and I treated, spent 150.00. The others were ok. I wont go back.

Been going for years and all the upgrades are wonderful (new pedi chairs, setup, decor, etc) very welcoming and clean. Cindy is my endgame for nails- so good, thorough, and funny.

My wife and daughter got their nails done there for the first time! Hospitality is definitely their strong suit! Joanne did an incredibly job on their nails and everyone who works there genuinely cares about their customers! Great workmanship and great atmosphere! Highly recommended! My wife says she will continue to go anytime she needs her nails done.

This was my first time here. Joann did my nails. They are perfect! I wear them short and I like the dip. Soooo many colors to choose from. She was very friendly and gentle. This is my new salon. Only thing, when I called for the appointment I asked how much for the dip, I was told $40 but was charged $45. Totally worth it.

I love this shop! Everyone strives to make you comfortable and treat you like a queen/king. Yes, men receive services too. I am so comfortable with the staff I let them pick the color and or designs on my nails. The staff go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this business.

My daughter and I got full gel sets done there. Both turned out great. However 7 days later one of my nails broke off..I called the nail salon ..no problem fixing it but due to some remodeling I had to wait 5 more days...I got it fixed on a Wednesday..the very following Saturday after that while at home another nail popped off completely in the morning too early to call the salon...later the same day another nail popped off ... very friendly people but I’m not happy with the quality of the work. Don’t think nails are supposed pop off like they are press on nails...

It was my 1st time at this establishment. I requested a new set w/gel polish. I also requested the nails to be square and thick. What I got was nails that are thin, crooked (filled on a slant), globs of acrylic on the sides of my nails along with some of the nails not being totally painted. To think I paid 55.00 dollars for this service is awlful. I will not be a returning customer!!!!!!! I would have complained prior to paying (which I had made several requests while in the process to make corrections) but I was so disgusted l just needed to leave. They are pricey for their services by the way...... Shop around is my best advice.....

The new redo of the place is super nice and I have had my nails done from Tammy for 5 years. She does an incredible job. Everyone in the salon does a great job as well.

They did a good job on my eyebrow waxing but on my pedicure they couldve done better. The color needed another coat apparently which I didnt see until I got a closer look. She filed my toenails but theyre very uneven. And the bottom of my feet are rough and still have dead skin on my heels. She was very nice but I paid a decent amount of money and wish my pedicure wouldve turned out better...

I got my acrylic nails done here before vacation and they are super thick and lumpy in some spots, the technicians was super nice and she did a great job on my toes, but i really wished my nails turned out.
