I said I liked the acrylic nails I got to be nice but a man did my nails and its the worst set of acrylics Ive ever got! Guy didnt file or shape nails so they looked very think and wide and unnatural. Forgot to take a photo before I removed them but dont get acrylics here!

Great place to get your nails done!! During covid they kept it very clean and followed the covid guideline! Wipes every chair,nail polishes and tools the used after every customer!! Great conversations even with the staff!! Polite and reasonable prices with different ways to get your nails done!! I will continue toGo there!!

I recently started going here from a friend who recommended me. I go to Leon and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect! Definitely worth going to and the people are just the sweetest.

Very pleasant experience. Got appointments for 3 people at last minute. Staff friendly, courteous, and skilled. Excellent work on the pedicure and jell manicure. Very reasonable pricing too. Ill come again for their services.

Although I hadnt been to this salon for a while I figured Id try it again since their renovation. Overall it was a very nice looking salon very clean for the most part. The reason Im writing this is in regards to my nail technician. All I wanted was a simple gel Polish change and with my new Polish I wanted a marble design (something Id seen on a gel manicurist pintrest board) and something I seen offered in other salons. I was told by Sonny that they dont do that with gel. I accepted and asked if I could have some other design with my nails and he said no that all they do is solid color. I reluctantly said okay. He then proceeded to do my nails and said not one word to me the entire time until after he was finished and asked if my mom was paying or if I was paying..... Im 22 years old, I think I can pay for myself. Overall not a good experience. If you do decide to go here, do not go to Sonny! Just wanted to warn some people.

My pedi was not great. Polish wore off after 5 days. The people there are very nice. You really need an appointment, as I had tried walk in maybe 6 times? I wont go back, though.

Angie is the sweetest and excellent at her job. I got a pedicure $28 and she didnt try to force a sale or make me do anything extra without actually needing it.

Wanted my nails more narrow but was an able to do so🙃But other than that customer service was nice

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened years ago. They are very friendly and do great work! Every time I am there everyone always remembers your name which I like....and they even know my sisters and husbands names and ask about them. Great family place. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I’ve been frequenting this salon over the last year and have always had a great experience but today I had an experience that made me want to write a review. Me being the idiot I am, bumped my acrylic nail really hard on something and peeled almost my entire nail back with it. Urgent care told me to get lost and I had no other options but to go in and have them evaluate it at the salon. I was freaking out about it and Leon made me feel so much better. He helped me get the nail cut down and gave me great instructions on how to care for my nail to save it as it heals. He didn’t even charge me for it! The customer service here is second to none and I love it. Highly recommend.

Literally the worst full set of nails Ive ever received. Theyre too wide at the top after I had told him I liked them skinny. I was way over charged for a service I didnt like. I will not be going back ever.And after I tried calling later that day for a refund because I was unhappy they would not give me a refund. They said they could try to fix it but they were very inflexible for time. I am a stylist and I refund people their money if they are not happy. This is the worst salon in pgh.

This is one of the least educated and most unprofessional nail studios Ive been to. My nail technician was Leon and he was awful. Not only did he constantly talk down on me about how short my natural nails were (thats why Im getting acrylics, duh), he showed absolutely no customer service skills or knowledge about doing my nails. He had to glue my tips on several times because he hadnt done it right the first time, but they were still loose by the time he started using the actual acrylics without ever touching my nails with an electric nail file. I asked for them to be rounded, but he said he wouldnt do that and he made them completely square. He asked for payment and a tip halfway through the process, instead of waiting for me to pay him at the end like normal. Not only was the experience in the dampbad, but the quality was terrible. The color chipped as soon as I got into my car and accidentally barely touched my car keys. My right thumbs nail broke the very next day and within the next week they had all chipped, broken or fallen off completely. I am always one to give the benefit of the doubt and give a place another try but this was an absolute horrendous experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
