I’ve come here on several occasions and I have always loved my nails. The people here truly care about the quality of your manicure/pedicure and will try their best to give you exactly what you were hoping for, especially if you have a picture for them to go from. While everyone I’ve had work on my nails is talented in their own right, Vicky does beautiful nail work. I highly recommend her. The pink ombré dip powder nails pictured were done by her. Highly recommend this location as your regular salon. They honor appointments to the best of their abilities, are always very professional and courteous, and don’t mind working with you on a design. The waiting area is really comfortable. They are also open on Sundays. Definitely give them a shot.

Very nice atmosphere! They were nice and professional. I paid $25 for a manicure and regular polish. I didnt have an appointment and they fit me in.

Accepts walk-ins and does a great job! Prices are a little vague though... they display the cost of the type of nail design but didnt show a cost for the actual mani-pedi service. All in all, will come back again!

Malynda was very professional and did a lovely job! I had waited too long to get my nails filled, and she suggested I redo the entire acrylic/gel application because they were in need of repair which saved me money. She did an incredible job and I’ll definitely be making this my regular salon even if it’s a bit of a drive for me.

I went for my first time today. I got my pedicure first and Bria was very thorough! She took her time and made sure it looked good and that I was happy with it. Another person did my nails and I did not get his name, but he was incredible! He did nail designs for me that looked gorgeous. I am very happy and will definitely be coming back!

Malynda was awesome! She really saved me when my normal salons nail tech never showed; she fit me in last minute. My nails look fantastic. She repaired them and gave me a fresh set. The other members of the crew were just as great, making sure my pedicure was also taken care of. Theyve gained a new customer!

So I usually schedule my appointment online. And I show up for my appointment and they turned me away. Talking about they haven’t did appointments online in a couple yrs. That’s a lie🤦🏽‍♀️And if that’s the case why do you all still have it online🤔So it’s gonna be never again for me. Oh by the way I always pay over $135 plus tip😩🤷🏽‍♀️ No need to respond. I have a hard time with ingrown toenails and the team here always takes time to help me with those, not to mention they pay attention to the small details. I really dont go anywhere else because its just hard to get the same level of service and care. Its always like family walking in and they always treat me with the upmost care. Mrs. Lynn, DJ and the team are just wonderful!

I’ve had a manicure done here 3 times. Each time I am always greeted with a warm welcome. Everything is very clean and sterile. I have visited during the COVID-19 pandemic and they seem to be taking every precaution possible to keep the guest safe. Highly recommend!

This place is incredibly clean and the customer service is absolutely amazing. After the Covid 19 reopening, they have touch-less everything and wonderful check in method to keep everyone safe. I love you can book online and they return messages very quickly. They even remembered my name after one visit. I had incredible short & bitten nails which they were able save with tips so I can quit my unhealthy habit. Their pricing is very fair and they are very upfront about what exactly each service will cost so I wasnt surprised at check out. I even brought my child to get their nails painted and they were incredibly kind and patient with us. I still cant believe how sturdy my nails are and each one is thin, even, and beautifully shaped. I cant say enough good things about this nail salon.

This is a beautiful salon, run and staffed by very kind and talented people. I regularly get pedicures here, and DJ is the only person I trust in the world with my (TMI) ingrown toenail. He is gentle and thorough, and I always leave happy! They take extra precautions because of COVID, and I appreciate their attention to detail and safety.

I showed up for an appointment that i had scheduled a week prior just for them to tell me they dont use that scheduling app anymore. Its literally the first option for scheduling when you Google them. I set my kids up with a babysitter on my only day off and could not be more disappointed. Im a salon owner and I cannot wrap my head around how this could happen. If your not using Google scheduling then get it taken down!

I actually found this gem kind of accidentally. I had an appointment at a different nail salon that I was a regular at for a few years and had became very dissatisfied with for quite a few different reasons, well on the day of my appointment I sat at my old nail salon for over an hour past my scheduled appointment waiting to be serviced so I left and called around to local nail salons trying to get in which was very difficult because of salons just being able to reopen because of covid and it was kind of an emergency to get in to get the nails fixed that the other salon messed up very badly and it was a Friday and I was getting ready to go out of town for the weekend on a romantic baecation 😩 Fortunately for me the owner of La Nails and Spa was able to squeeze me in and omg am I beyond happy she did!! In all honesty, this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I have been going all over the Pittsburgh and Altoona area for about 20+ years! She not only fixed the disaster that the previous nail salon had done but she made my nails look amazing!! I can almost guarantee that any picture you find on Instagram or any other site, she can recreate to the closest thing possible! She is truly amazing! I will NEVER go to any other nail salon ever again! She also offers full spa services as well as microblading and waxing as well! When I tell you she is beyond amazing, it’s the 100% truth! I cannot even put into words how great the owner and the rest of her staff is! The salon is kept almost spotless and there are great safety measures in place for covid! If you have never been here, please go and I promise you will not be disappointed and you will make this your regular nail salon to go to as well!! ~Christine McKnight

Really beautiful space, but the nail polish started wrinkling under the dryer and they insisted I must have messed it up myself. On top of that, when they cut down my toenails during the pedicure, 9/10 nails are completely crooked. It’s a shame cause they did a nice job on the full set otherwise.

I made an a first time appointment for 3:30 and didnt get seen til 3:45 she asked me what design I wanted so I showed her a simple blue and clear marble design with a bit of Chameleon flake and she panicked and told me that it wouldnt come out exactly like the picture so I said ok, I understand. She then tried to convince me to het tips as opposed to sculpted nails and thats NOT wat I wanted. I specifically called this place because I wanted sculpted nails. She quoted me 150.00 for XLNails. Im fine with that price as long as ur CONFIDENT in ur work. She then said she didnt feel comfortable doing this design so asked me to choose another design. So I did, this time she said she didnt have the same sequence. I said thats fine and chose different colors. Then told me she didnt want to do my nails because I change my mind to many times?????? TF??????

They do not have any massage chairs at all do not massage or soak your feet do not touch your heals unless you pay 15 more dollars .Pedicure cost thirty three dollars and my polish is already coming off.I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone this one is located two doors down from the Rite Aid on McKnight Rd. TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY..

I absolutely love Linda, shes the owner, shes been doing nails for 23+yrs and it shows! Shes great at picking out colors for me, Im especially in love with the color changing polishes- they change with temperature!! Shes very knowledgeable about nail health and well being. I absolutely love the solar gel acrylics that she uses and stands by, they are amazingly better than traditional acrylic powder. The atmosphere is very clean and pretty as well. Im an EMT and a medical assistant, my nails hold up amazingly thanks to Lindas skill, not to mention they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Shes truly an artist, mostly I love that she doesnt pile on acrylic goop and make your nails look completely unnatural, but also doesnt make them so thin in acrylic that they last for a week or two before cracking/lifting.

Awesome professional covid precautions

The man and the one employee they do have, dont have a clue as to what they are doing. Im not sure the even have a license to do manicure and pedicures. No school would pass student that produced the shotty work that was done today. Linda (the owner) was excellent in doing my nails last month, but the other two nope. They also own the one on Robinson drive. I wont be going back.

I wish I had read other reviews before coming here.The nail polish job was shotty at best. Had that been the only issue Id still give them 3 stars. However, I was worried they werent using clean instruments and I didnt speak up. Now a few hours later Im dealing with swollen, red, and itchy feet. I was completely fine before getting a pedicure here and now Im worried I may have caught something.

I will never come back to this establishment. I had went in with a friend and we both had crappy jobs done. I had gotten a full set and the tips they had put on 3 of my nails did not fit and had raised the next day. So I called the following day to get my money back because I didnt have time to come back in and get them redone/fixed. The person who was working there when I called didnt speak English very well and had told me to call her boss and have us figure it out. (which I thought was a bit unprofessional, the owner/boss should be reaching out to me) so when that happened initially the conversation was OK.(Rose is apparently the owner of the salon and told me she would like to get them fixed before I got my money back and that she would have them fix them for free) Long story short, tried setting up another appointment against what I had initially wanted to do and couldnt make it. When I called back to explain I had gotten stuck at work she had sent me a text saying (in a nutshell) that she could now only offer me 10% off when I would come in for my fill. I told her that I would discuss the details when I came in that day. When I talked to Malynda, who must be a manager there, she was very rude and unprofessional and told me she does not want my business and that I was not going to get my money back, nor was she going to fix my nails that THEY MESSED up. Not worth the money. Not worth the time. Not worth the service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Awful. Made a 1230 pedicure appointment for me and a friend. Got there at 1215, no one even said hi to us when we walked in, so we picked a color and sat down in the front. Then after vocally telling my friend how ridiculous it was that we were still waiting at 1245, the guy told us to go have a seat in the back where the pedicure chairs were. We continued to sit for another 20 minutes while a lady across from us got her pedicure. No one even as much to apologize for the wait. Only two people working on a Saturday afternoon and clearly no appreciation for appointments. After 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, we walked out. Im not going to give someone my money who disrespects my time

I wish I could give no stars!! I went and got my nails and toes done here and had a french manicure! They were very rude and nonchalant and I was alittle disstisfied with the work done. Long story short a day or 2 after I noticed a black dot under my big toe nail! Assuming she may have just bruised my nail with fileing I thought it would heal and go away! Well here I am almost a month later with the SAME dot but now its followed by white lines! IVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET OR TOENAILS BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE! I am a very clean well groomed woman! I searched google and saw many other ppl with the same problem and read that when a salon is unsanitary or not cleaned properly they can pass TOENAIL FUNGUS to other ppl! I am EXTREMELY UPSET AND EMBARRASED WITH MY TOENAIL TO THE POINT I ONLY WERE SHOES!! I will be contacting this place to see what could be done but im assuming they will find a way to wiggle out of it! I am very upset and extremly disgusted with LA Studios and thanks to them and my already dislike with salons I will definitley never go to a salon again! I will be doing my own manis and pedis myself!!

The service was horrible and not worth the price. I had a gel manicure done and 3 days later it began to chip. I contacted the store manager about the issue and she told me to come by so she can fix it. I arrived there and was treated as if I did something wrong, then I was told by Linda the manager that she could do it over, charge me and give me a 10 percent discount after I already spent over $60, just a week ago...Linda was very unprofessional and disrespectful!!
