Went to get mani/pedi. Used Yelp to see if they had openings. Owner was very quick to respond and was take care of right away. My manicurist was very personable and she took her time with the pedicure. Got the deluxe package which included a mint mask and Cucumber melon scrub. You can pick your scent. Recommend going!

My pedicure nail tech ripped my nail back causing an ingrown toenail which has taken almost a month to heal. I also was not offered any upgrades for callus removal which I needed. The paint job looked nice and I liked their selection of colors though.

Great customer service! With all the restrictions they do fairly well with keeping the place clean. They dont have dividers between seats on for pedicures.

My first time here but I really enjoyed it. Im very particular about how my nails are done and they did a great job! Only two reasons this review didnt get 5 stars. The waiting area is very tight and uncomfortable and the nail tech nicked my skin with the file while shaping. Other than that, I was very satisfied and will definitely be going back.

I never do these reviews but decided I had to give one this time. First, I must mention that I have been getting my nails done (acrylic) for the past 25 years; I know, thats probably not healthy. I have been getting my nails done by Mina since last summer and she has proven to be the BEST nail technician I have ever experienced...EVER. My nails stay nice for 4+ weeks with absolutely NO lifting. I am beyond impressed and say thank you for a job very well done!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been to 10 and this by far has been the only one that I have no criticism for. They were so gentle and caring but got the work done efficiently. So nice and friendly. There was so much attention to detail my nails were perfectly shaped and even with no edges. And the price is so cheap for the amazing perfect quality.

Went there today for my birthday to get a manicure and pedicure. The woman did whatever she wanted never asked me how I wanted anything. My daughter actually complains for me . When she fixed them she was rough with me she filed my nails so far down my fingers actually hurt. I will never go back to this place thoroughly disappointed

Ive been looking for the perfect nail salon and I finally found it! Small family business, cute and quaint. They do an AMAZING job. I get a gel manicure and it always looks fabulous and stays on. Theyre very friendly and create a very comfortable environment. I cant recommend this place enough.

Ive been there twice and I like going there because it is close to my house and the staff are so nice except for the owner, at least I think she is the owner. She sits at the front desk and both times Ive been there, she has been rude to me and I have no idea why, she wasnt even working on my nails. She just seemed to take an immediate dislike to me :(I wont go back due to her, I dont appreciate being treated like that.

I have been a client at Pro Nails for many years and would never go anywhere else. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and comfortable. The staff, is warm, friendly, and most importantly very skilled. I get many compliments on my acrylic fingernails and most comments are about how lucky I am to have such beautiful natural nails. Thats how perfectly the acrylics are done. They never look lumpy, thick, or artificial in any way. I also look forward to the relaxed pampering of my monthly pedicure. Annie not only shaped mine beautifully and on the short side to accommodate my job, but she was willing to answer all of my questions about maintaining my new nails. Best pedicure Ive ever had!

I am new to the area and decided to go to Pro Nails. I walked in and I asked a lady working there how long the wait was going to be because I noticed all the chairs were full and two women were waiting. She asked me what I was planning on getting. I replied with a mani/pedi. It was 5:30pm when I walked in and she rudely said to me that they were booked until 7:30pm and told me to come back another day. I believe she turned me down because what I was asking for is time consuming but there was no reason to be rude and short with me. I walked out the store and heard her talking about me once I left. They was not appreciated. I will not be returning here nor will I recommend this to any of my friends or family since they are rude to new customers. The customer service there is very poor.
