I absolutely love the service and friendliness from the staff. I do my nails every two weeks and they are always very considerate in case I need to leave by a certain time. Cody is always willing to do any designs I propose to him and he goes above and beyond! Highly recommend him! These are the latest nails he did for me and I can’t stop staring them!

This salon is clean and extremely well organized. Things that stood out to us were the early availability for their hours, their ample staffing, the care and quality of the treatment and the nice price point. We set up an appointment at 9am on a Saturday when other salons didnt open until 10am.as of June 2021 the other salons werent offering Sunday hours but Robinson nail salon does. As business picked up during the morning all guests were greeted and welcomed while not taking away from the current guests. We werent rushed out or left half attended. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return soon.

I absolutely hate my nails. The shape is terrible for 70 dollars. I had high hopes that this would be my new salon to go to but I want to go get them redone right now.So after I called and told Ken how much I hated my nails, he told me to come first thing in the morning so he could see. He gave me a new set and I absolutely love them! KEN TOOK CARE OF ME! He also told me I need to speak up when I don’t like something right away because I should always like what I’m paying for. Very happy with my experience at this location on 3/28/2021!! First time getting oval acrylics and I love them! I also got a gel pedicure and it was very nice (sorry photos aren’t included). This was my second time coming to this location and I think this is going to be my ride or die nail salon in Robinson!! Their attention to detail is great!

Just moved to the area & this was the second nail salon I tried & I’m sold. Facility was clean & I was acknowledged immediately. Highly recommend having an appointment as my nail tech, Nick, said it is always busy. Nick was fabulous, told me about the area a bit since I’m new. Constantly asked how I liked my nails to make sure I was happy, very gentle as well. He also even told me a trick to clean my jewelry. Will definitely be going back here!

Very happy with my experience at this establishment! I got a gel mani with a wee little extension on the ends of all my nails. The length is PERFECT for my healthcare job. There are a good bit of colors to choose from, and you can really tell that everyone knows what they are doing.The only thing I will say, you can only tip with cash or Venmo. This was my first time here and I did not know this and was unable to tip.

This place was amazing, the person that did my nails was Cody he did such an amazing job, super nice, hard working, funny, I would definitely suggest to go to him.

Robinson Nail Spa is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in Pittsburgh. They provide a wonderful atmosphere and calming experience. Not only is this salon absolutely beautiful, it is very clean and well organized. Their customer service is top notch. Sam and Bryan are my favorite nail PROFESSIONALS! I would call them nail technicians, but that does not give them the credit they deserve. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to a friend!

Leo was fantastic! I have never had someone pay so much attention to detail when doing my nails before. I also read other reviews that people kept trying to be upsold on services. I was getting a pedicure and after taking a look at my feet and seeing that my calluses were not bad, he said a base pedicure was all I needed and didnt try to upsell anything.

I am very happy with this place! I don’t get my nails done that often, and honestly ended up at this place on accident after making last minute lunch plans with my friends at the place next door. We decided we might as well get our nails done, and I’m so glad we did! This place was very welcoming, accommodating to us walk ins in a timely manner, and really professional. I’m only giving 4 stars because it’s cash tip only or venmo, and I would’ve preferred to leave a venmo tip but the woman who did mine disappeared into the back, so I just left a $20 on her desk. They have an atm, but I wasn’t able to get a bill smaller than $20 to come out. The cost of the gel mani was $40, which I was able to pay with card. I’m obsessed with the color and the care was so great!

Today was my second time going g there. O have been in Pennsylvania for almost 2 years now. This is the 3rd place I have tried. Im so happy that I found them. Everyone is always so nice. Its such a relaxing environment and no wait to get in.

Service is good, and everyone does a great job. I just wish they would invest in better polish. This last time my nails were chipping the very next day. I pay extra for gel polish so that I dont have to worry about that. I should not need my polish fixed 24hrs later. And i live 40 miles away so I cant even go get it fixed. If they get better polish, 5 stars all the way!

Aly was amazing! She was able to take me early which was a plus! Everything was very clean and well lit. She was quick but not in the way that made you feel you were being rushed out the door. My nails look great, Ill definitely be coming back!

Walking in you get the strong smell of acrylic, we had three people ask us if we had appointments (we did) and our names. After choosing the higher end pedi that was 55 dollar I was pretty upset with the fact the tech just zipped right through the pedi and was finishing up within 20 minutes!!! Also he continued to try and up-sell me gel on my toes, dip on my nails so on and so forth. The polish looked good but for 20 minutes from start to finish I dont think so. The mani was to be expected, I go to pay for my services NO ONE tells me a total just takes my card and runs it! I had to ask how much it was as I wasnt even given a receipt, 95 dollars seems kinda ridiculous when you spent less than an hour there. Also they only accept for tips, they have an ATM you can use for a fee.

I didnt get his name but he sat on the right side on the end by the sinks. I told him my concerns from the last nail salon that I went to and he fixed their mistakes and even double checked with me during the process to make sure that he was doing it correctly. He nailed it and I will definitely be back!!

Horrible the wait was crazy! Had an appointment at 530 didnt get in till almost 7. My nails were not done well either they had limps and the second day they were already chipping.

When I say this is the absolute best place for a pedicure I mean it. They had so many techniques for one amazing pedicure. Each step was done to the T and very gentle. My feet looked and felt amazing. I absolutely recommend this place. Ask for the royal pedicure 🥰

This was my first time going to get a mani/pedi gel combo at a spa and I have nothing bad to say. The pedicure was relaxing without being too invasive and the gel polish turned out beautifully! I have natural nails with horrid cuticles, but Lucky was able to get them cleaned up and polished while making it appear effortless. She took her time and was sure to not cut me, which I cannot say for previous manicure experiences. I will certainly be returning for future services! Thank you!

My toes look okay but my favorite part of having my feet done is getting the hard skin off. My feet were torn up from hiking a month prior but they already need done again a week later and they are still hard with skin hanging off. It was also expensive for what you get. They were nice but the shop is filled to the brim with seating. Honestly more about quantity not quality. If you’re in a pinch it will do the trick otherwise I would find a more quality salon.

The location is beautiful and the staff is great! I love going to Leo and my best friend goes to Sam! They both are so great and they really care about giving you the best experience possible!

Did not enjoy my experience here unfortunately. First time here. They rushed through my fill and polish change. I left with nakl polish going down my arm. The polish started to crack and fall off the same night, had to come all the way back in the morning to have it redone, all for it just to Crack and fall off again 2 days later. I have not done anything strenuous to cause this. Just a poor job, disappointing too because it is nice on the inside of the salon.---Update--in addition to your reply I turned you redoing it down because I already came to have it redone and it cracked AGAIN im not going to come again for a third time. I had them fixed another place not even 2 days later and I dont appreciate you calling me asking me to take down my review just because I was honest!

Came in last weekend got my nails done and the tech was rushing the whole time on my pedicure for 15 mins. When doing my nails, he kept laughing and talked to another techs in their own language make me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure what they talking about, my nails or my skin because they don’t like black people, like some reviews said before. Unprofessional. Never come back.

New place, nicely decorated. I did read a very disappointing and negative review on another site for Robinson Nail Spa.In my own personal experience, I found the attitude of one of the nail technicians to be poor. She is just plain rude (which is the best way to put it). I Wont return.

What a GREAT nail salon! The place is brand new so of course everything is neat & clean but also the atmosphere is very friendly & welcoming. I went with a friend & we both got our nails done & both the nail techs were very personable. They were both detail oriented & listened to what we asked for & proceeded to do just that! Both techs were experienced & talented- I myself am a picky customer LOL. I would recommend this place easily and intend to go back every time!!

The two gentlemen that helped us were great! I had a pedicure done with my best friend! I felt very relaxed, he did an awesome job and when I am back in the area I will definitely come here again!

1st visit and fell in love! Had gelPolish removed and went with OPI dip on my nails, they had the nail polish for my toes to match! Amazing service, clean beautiful spa. I’m in love!! New go to spot! I’ve spent several years in Philadelphia and Denver and this spot has made me 100% happy with pricing and service! Plus Sushi Bomb is next door. I had the lunch sushi and hot Sake. What a great way to relax.

First and last time there, all we wanted was Classic manicure, the whole 25 minutes we were continually asked to upgrade, as to spend more money, I booked what I wanted, ask once, I say NO!, STOP, also by day 2 my polish is chipping off!!!

10/10 experience at this nail salon! I made an appointment for 6pm and I came in about 10 minutes early, and they took me right away. Upon walking in they have you sign a COVID waiver, take your temperature and enforce mask wearing and even offer a mask if you don’t have one, while also encouraging you to apply some hand sanitizer before you sit down. They also keep every other chair open to practice social distancing, and have a plexiglass window between you and the nail tech. Coming from a careful, but not unreasonable healthcare professional, this was very reassuring as they are taking all precautions possible, but also ensuring that their customers are comfortable.This was the first time I was at this salon and I was super impressed by how beautiful the inside was along with how nice and professional the nail techs were. Not to mention what an amazing job they did on my nails!! Kudos to Robinson Nail Spa. They won me over. I most definitely will not be a stranger! 😊

I was introduced today to Robinson Nail Spa from a friend; my friend did me justice. This place was phenomenal no exaggeration needed. It was clean and just neat via refreshing to be within this spa. For starters, I liked the fact this business did a screening for the pandemic (i.e they care about our safety not only there own). Another example, I enjoyed was that everything was new packaging with tools used on my feet. PLUS, they snatched my feet it looks so good. However, my whole experience here they ensured that my comfortability was there prime concern. And, I can’t stressed this anymore that they really focused attention to my nail and toe care ensuring that everything was done to my liking via style. So, without further or do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS “Robinson Nail Spa” to anyone wishing to get the full onset package of hospitality while getting a mani/ pedi (i.e plus any other services they offer).
