Get there with two others they seat us for pedicures. The water was cold. Smh. I waited over 20 min before anyone even started my pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure did a great job. They were basically all over the place. They had too many customers then they can handle. And instead of them saying that they were letting the shop pile up😩🤦🏽‍♀️ They told me to go sit to get my gel nails done. Well when I got over there I sat there for 25 more min because the person that was supposed to do my nails started on somebody else. Did a horrible job. She barely put acrylic on them. Let me put it like this never again. They are unorganized & unprofessional 🤷🏽‍♀️Oh and they ran out of towels 🤦🏽‍♀️Look at these nails terrible.

Sooo. Left with an uneven dip manicure to begin with and was okay with that. Was using a gift card anyway. (Service was 40. Gift card was 50. Left gif card balance added 5 for tip). Except the pointer finger cracked the VERY next day. I called. They said they’d squeeze me in. I get there. They’re busy. I’m patiently waiting. She just comes over and decides to just sand this baby down PAST my skin to just be done with me?!?! Never again. And if you look JUST close enough? Cracks still there like I tried to tell her🙃. Cross posting. Everywhere.

I will never return. They did a sloppy job on my pedi. Said they would give my money back then when I asked for it he kept try to do over. I already spent my money and time which in America they are equal why would I give more of me to be possibly disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong, the service was A1! Very sweet people... but I didn’t like my nails.. my polish looks like a glob to me ... the nails are different shapes (supposed to be coffin) but they look like the corners are rounded..I just think it was the polish because they looked good after he filed them and had me wash my hands..

The staff is nice and friendly. When I was getting my pedicure the owner had me laughing the whole time with his funny conversation.

I had an appointment but it took almost 30 minutes before I was asked to sit at a pedicure chair, one that had nasty water in it from someone else’s pedicure. I had to oversee the woman cleaning it. She did my pedicure and then walked away even though my appointment was for both a mani and pedi. I had to wait for another 20 minutes for a second person to begin my manicure, who then sent me to another person who started one hand and then got up and left and another person finished it. Totally unprofessional. I was there 2 hours for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Ridiculous. Won’t go back.

Bella Nails is definitely one of the cheaper options out there for Mani/Pedis. They’re a solid OK in my book, it’s honestly hit or miss. But once you learn the best times to go, and who to go there for, you’ll really get a good deal.A few suggestions:Never go there 2 hours before close, they may accept appointments an hour or even 30 minutes before close, but expect to have whatever you’re doing rushed.Always bring cash ahead of time! Some of the individuals in this store are extremely greedy over tips. They will count how much you give them, and will ASK for a tip if you don’t give them one. If you’re using a card, it won’t allow you to write a tip on the sheet so beware! Just yesterday I went in, and after getting just my pedi done, I handed my nail tech a tip. He then counted out every dollar, and gave a slight attitude when I realized he gave $5. (Total pedi was $42 then the $5 I tipped!)There are always same sort of kids running around and they love to stare lmao. So just be warned!And finally, this place does phenomenal pedi but anything hands is hit or miss. Again, find a nail tech you like and stick with them! Because there are a few people who work here who just, don’t know the slightest thing about acrylics.They’re also very selective about prices. I went in a few times for the same thing, and have been charged a variety of prices. Make sure you ask for a detail receipt.Overall, not the worse but definitely not the best. Like I said above, cheaper prices usually mean cheaper service.

The person doing my nails cut my nail in the nail bed. Obviously as it grew out, it didn’t reattach so my entire nail ended up breaking off. I even screamed out in pain and little was said or done. I wasn’t even given a discount on services. Extremely disappointing.

I wasn’t sure what to expect stopping in today. They were busy! I was greeted right away and told there was going to be a wait. They got me in a pedicure chair as soon as they could. Karen is the best person ever! She made my night and my pedicure is awesome. Will return!

As far as my nails go they lifted after a week and a half they were to thick and 3 lifted in that week in a half. As far as my Pedicure the Gel polish chip off 2 of my toes, had to elsewhere to get them fixed.

I got a pedicure done. While the massage was great the amount of pain I went through when they used their products. Wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive skin

The best place in the burgh to get your nails done. All of the staff are really good. But I personally go to Lee and Anna, Annie is great with eyebrows to. Prices are great. Im a regular and my name happens to be Bella. Love this place.

FIRST I have NEVER wrote a review in my life. I just got my nails done yesterday. I had a dip done. The girl NEVER said two words too me. My nails look awful. They are crooked. It burns my soul I even paid for this. The place is filthy. It seems like everyone goes there just for one girl. Obviously I didn’t get her. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Used to love going to them but their service progressively got worse. My nails were chipped after not even a week of getting them done and the lady had an attitude and they are very subjective with when they want to charge you or not charge you for a nail fix. The nail technician firstly argued with me about when I had originally gotten my nails done! She couldn’t believe it was a week, and I had to pull up my credit card statement and show her the date I made the charge. RIDICULOUS. If that wasn’t enough, I had to pay $5 per nail to fix while another lady paid nothing. When I asked why, they told me that my nail was broken which was a lie! I had to come back two times after coming back the first time bc the polish on other nails came off! Just awful (mind you this was a powder nail set). I have never had powder nail sets chip off at any other nail salon ever! I wasn’t even frustrated that the nails were done poorly and messed up within a week of getting them done, I was frustrated at their treatment towards me when I returned to the shop. Absolutely poor service

Honestly, I didnt even get my nails done here. I sat there for an hour while I watched two people that came in after me get their nails done. Nobody had knowledge me coming in the door, and didnt even tell me how long of a wait it wouldve been. It was busy, but even still nobody said a word to me the entire time. I dont even think they deserve one starred to be honest.

I got my acrylic filled the other day and the corners of my old acrylic came off during removal, which is normal at times, but the girl didn’t bother to fill and level out my nails so they are lumpy and not even what so ever. You can see on the corners of my nail where it’s hallow. She made them way too short, which no big deal but come on! I say a little shorter and she goes the entire way to my skin! Also, the atmosphere and workers are not professional. Anywhere that it takes less than an hour to do nails, is never going to be top notch, acceptable work. I gave them a try and I’ll never go back.

First time I came here, my nails were actually good. But I went there today and they did a terrible job. Im paying for a full in and thats what I expect. She did a half ass job, she burned me with the nail grinder and to top it off was rude because I asked for it to be done right. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Honestly, one star is generous.

I went To this Shop to get my nails fixed after a Horrible Experience at Top Nail in Crafton Shopping Center So I ended up googling Nail Shops near me so Bella Nails was the closer to me So I stopped into see how the shop looked Very Clean and Welcoming environment Everyone is polite I felt very comfortable Karen Did my nails for me and explained to me how to keep up with my nails she even asked what was my job description so she would know how to do my acrylic so my nails will not break so easy because who ever did my nails before didnt put enough acrylic on my nails thats why they were breaking so easy She is Like the Best Nail Tech Ive ever meet shes very Funny I Love her attitude is awesome Every staff member on there are very nice They had me laughing the whole time I was in there and it was worth every minute for the wait Im definitely a New Customer as Long as there in Business I have not one complaint about this business the customers are even nice and My Nails look Great 👌👌👌

I was confused too because the younger chick dates a black guy but whatever. They do nails really well but again, the service sucks when Caucasians are present.

I literally just came from getting a fill and colour at this shop. To say I am displeased is an understatement. This is probably the WORST fill job I have ever seen. The cuticles are still a mess (paint all around the cuticle, no even edges, etc), there are still sharp edges on the tips, the color isnt applied evenly and doesnt even cover fully and neither is the top clear coat. The color itself is no where near what I picked on the test nails- it looks more like a neon color when on the test nail it looks almost light pastel pink which is what I wanted. THESE literally could glow in the dark. And yet I get charged almost the same price as a full set. Not to mention the staff looked bored to death and uninterested in what they are doing anyhow. Maybe if they actually paid attention and didnt pass customers off to one another they would have better quality work. I now have to go spend MORE money to get them fixed somewhere else because these are a hot mess and embarrassing. I WILL NOT be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I dont know who they think they are trying to pull one over on, but this isnt my first go round. When I pay that kind of money just for a fill and colour, I expect quality. Not crap. That....is crap. My 7 year old niece could do better. Lesson learned. If this is how they do business, then how they are still IN business I will never know. STAY FAR AWAY!

The absolute worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I have traveled from Oklahoma through Pennsylvania with many stops along the way to have my nails done and this place was by far the worst!! Bleeding cuticles on both hands and feet, also, 2 hours after having nails shellaced, my nails broke because the nail tech didnt remove the previous powder nails, just used shellac over top.Also....they only take cash tips????Crap!!

I have had my nails done MANY times and the female who did my nails made them hurt so bad! Everything she did was rough and caused my nails to hurt and burn. Even afterwards for a few days my nails were sore because she was so rough and this has never happened to me before!

They had me sitting in the chair for 10 mins & when the little girl directed me to a booth I said hello cheerfully the woman got up helped someone else then went outside they gave me horrible service sad part is I Loved this salon wouldnt want to go somewhere else but they were very rude to me today will not be going back😢 & I was getting my nails & wax for my wedding
