You make appointments only for them to not be honored and then they will not do what you want. The first and last time coming there.

Was hesitant to come here due to the exterior presentation but inside; the nail techs are gentle and can do alot of designs- my nails are a matte gel.The down fall of this nail salon is the way the nail polishes are held- they are in an old dirty cardboard box on the floor

First time I went I got gel polish on my nails. They were chipping and peeling after 5 days. They looked awful to begin with. Went back to get them fixed and Jasmine did an amazing job they looked completely different. They charged me to get them fixed when they didn’t do them right the first time. I won’t be going back.

The staff was super friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to pamper me. I chew my nails and due to my work can not get tips, they were so accommodating. They have a huge selection of colors and gave me a super cute design (with tons of diamonds). The salon is clean and very welcoming.

I was very pleased with B&C nails when I started coming here about a year ago. Lately, the quality of service has dramatically declined. While they are very good at what they do, it’s becoming more and more apparent that they don’t care about the customer. If you request a certain tech, it does not matter. If you make an appointment, it does not matter because you will still end up waiting up to an hour after your appointment time to be seen. I quit bothering making an appointment, but they still take people (that don’t have appointments) before you. Their system truly makes no sense, and is unfair. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

B&C always does a great job. Carly and Lisa usually do my nails and I have yet to have a complaint after coming here for over a year. Everyone there is friendly and it is very clean and relaxing. 10/10! :)

This place is awful. The employees are rude. After an hour and a half wait they finally acknowledged we were sitting here and said “no appointment, you wait” and they all laughed. Conveniently we did call four times and got no answer before we just decided to come in at 10am (opening time) it’s 11:45 and one of us got called back finally for a simple gel manicure. There are women still waiting that we’re here before us for pedicure and manicures. They have had women sitting with their feet in water for an hour before they even started them. It’s absolutely ridiculous here. Phones been ringing off the hook and they haven’t answered. We will never be coming again.

Ive been going to this salon for 8 years.. the past 3 times nothing but problems !! The owner tried to convince me it looked good thick I like my nails thin and it was totally F up!! Never going back smh horrible business!!

I requested a French fade but what I got was a pink & white streaked hot mess. First he cut my nail too short. I have a long nail bed so he should have taken that into consideration before cutting. I asked for square shape. He over filed the sides so my nails looked pinched. The acrylic job was awful too. I have spots on my nails that dont even have acrylic on them. Im no nail technician but Ive seen a French fade done and his technique was not the same. The only reason Im giving one star is because he said if I come back theyll fix it for free. Im not going back. If anyone knows where a girl can get a pink & white ombré let me know.

Made an appointment for a mani pedi and I was 30 minutes early, got off work early. Only waited 10 minutes and they were ready for me. This was my first time there. Tina was wonderful and I had a great experience. Will definitely return and I would recommend to family and friends.

This is my first time going here but I have always heard good things. Please keep in mind it was very busy and not a single worker was not working. Made 2 appointments for pedicure and full set at 130 for myself and a friend. We waited 30 minutes just to sit in pedicure chair, then another 20 minutes for someone to come do our toes and when all was said and done it was 415. Am I happy with the results of my nails and toes? Yes. Do I think being there for almost 3 hours was and is ridiculous? Heck yes! Maybe cut down on the amount of appointments and walk ins actually taken?

Have been here several times, However the last time my manicurist knew what I wanted but the manager, I guess, scolded her and insisted I get dipping powder. I asked if That was acrylic and she said no, reluctantly. It did last great for 3 weeks but since then removal was awful and my nails are a mess. I was told it would come right off. It’s been 7 weeks and my nails look like hell 😡I don’t blame her at all but he just wanted more money and a continued client. So disappointed
