Since they wanna delete my review I’m reposting it again so people don’t go to this salon. I went last month to get my nails done and this is how they turned out. They don’t know how to shape, they didn’t let the gel cure all the way because they were rushing and on their phone. This is the worst experience I’ve had with getting acrylic nails done.

I have been going here for years and the quality has really deteriorated over the past year or so. The Dip mani used to last two weeks, but the last few times I have gone my mani has chipped within days. I got my most recent mani a week ago, and have four chipped nails already. The tech also did a terrible job of applying and shaping - it looked awful from day one. The last two times I was there I witnessed several customers come in and complain that their nails had chipped quickly, so its not just me. I am really wondering if they made some changes due to the pandemic that affected the quality of the product? Regardless, they are charging way too much money for such poor results.

I went to get my nails done and i noticed after i left that they were messed up. i go back to get them fixed.... and it actually got worse. ive been crying for an hour because im broke and spent all my money to get them done. wish i could say i was joking LOL. :(

They were super nice and I will definitely be coming back and they were about to close when I came but they still took their time!! 5/5 stars!!!

I don’t like my nails very much, he didn’t ask for the shape or how long I wanted them. My dad said something at the front desk and we went back to fix them but he just made them the slightest bit better. The first time I got them here they were great but I’m not sure I like them at all this time

I have been searching since I moved back to Pittsburgh to find some place to get my nails done I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT! I have walked past this store numerous times while being at Century III. I decided to snag a brochure one day and saw their prices were very reasonable! Woke up this morning and decided to try them.Lets start with how clean store it. Very nicely decorated, no over powering salon smells, the muted lighting is very relaxing, and the chairs are very comfortable.You are greeted with a sincere welcome. All the employees are very friendly, and at no time did I have that what do you want me to do next feeling.The service itself was absolutely amazing. For $35.00 Nini dug out all the nooks and crannies of my toes, got out the cheese grater to scrape all the nasty dead skin off my heals and balls of my feet, fine sanded the bottoms smooth (yeah I have embarrassingly horrible feet) then gave a fantastic rejuvenating massage. A warm towel was then placed over me legs while she perfectly painted my toes.I will definitely be back, plus drag my husband and daughter here as well. I highly recommend this store and will be back!

I started going to Sassy Nail Spa back in May of 2016, I am very very impressed with this nail saloon, I have been going every two weeks to get my fill in for gel nails since May! I have not broke one nail in that five month time period! Nina is an awesome nail tech and a gr8 woman, who is happy and outgoing, a gr8 people person! The shop is also very clean! I highly recommend going there to get your nails done!

I highly recommend this salon. It has a comfortable and chic environment, friendly and skilled staff, and the prices are reasonable. The chairs massage your back while you get a pedicure! Come on! LOL

The women who appears to be the boss is terrible at nails and has an even more terrible attitude. I walked in to receive a bare nail gel manicure. She was a huge rush and did not even push my cuticles down so of course they began chipping within 6 days. Unacceptable considering the gel she scrapped off lasted me over three weeks and had chipped less.I called the shop and they told me to come in and they would fix them since my gel was not yet 2 weeks old. When I was greeted by the horrible woman who did my nails when I arrived. She refused to admit that she did my nails and then accused me of lying of never being in their shop to begin with. I felt so insulted, especially since I get pedis there all the time and always tip! I even planned on tipping who ever was going to fix my nails! I guess she thinks that getting nail services are not a luxury.They are overpriced for the service you receive and are not ethical. Go somewhere else!

The people were nice though they kinda do their own thing with your nails unless you tell them. they dont ask. ive had my nails done four ago and one already broke because they are so thin and the paint came right off 😭 i also asked for medium sized nails and they are so short

They did a such a great job. My very ugly nails become very pretty. They was very nice. I am thankful for their hard work.

The price is very high and the polish job is horrible! If you want to have your nails done right I would stay away from this nail spot! Too high for the paint job! My little sister could do a better job than what the nail tech preform !

They give EXACTLY what I want with a SMILE! IM IN and IM OUT ALWAYS satisfied!😊

Paid $40 for a gel manicure and they started chipping within 24 hours. They didnt even feel like gel. I dont know what happened, but I only had them for a week before the gel started coming off and I had to take it all off because they looked bad. The staff was nice, but the polish was awful for the price.

My wife loves them. A gift certificate from Sassys makes a great stocking stuffer.

I went to get a full set we with a gel topcoatThe polish chipped same day and were messed up. I took my daughter to get the gel polish an it completely came off later that day. A week after getting my nails done there my nails started breaking off so easily. Im completely disgusted and i felt like i overpaid and tipped. They will never have my business ever again.

I love it here! I been going to see Nina for years and no one else shes the best and the prices are reasonable.

Best nail salon around!!

The owner I’m guessing has a very bad attitude problem. She rushes & does a HORRIBLE job ! I will not be returning ever again !
