This office only cares about helping you when youre considering becoming a new Geico policyholder. Once youre an existing customer, the only response you receive is, Im sorry, but theres nothing I can do for you. All I wanted to know was the type of coverage I had on my vehicle. It was not a complicated question. The woman I spoke to could not have been any less concerned, or less interested, in helping me.

Wow! What an amazing experience today! We were shopping around this week for a better Home Owners and Auto insurance for our family. Geicos app is very good and intuitive. I havent found better insurance prices when bundling home and auto. However, I recommended them to my parents but they received a really high quote when compared to others.

I was double charged for a 6 month policy. When I tried to dispute the 2nd charge Geico dropped me without notifying me. I spent 10 hours on their helpline over 2 weeks and they failed to help me in any manner. Now Im being quoted at a rate through other companies nearly twice as much due to a lapse in coverage. My advise is to deal with your local insurance companies whom you can trust. Geico just cost me $1500 this year.

I really felt stupid not calling a few years ago. I moved from Westmoreland to Allegheny county and my previous company said my insurance was going to go up by 500+ for 6 months. Geicos price is $800 per year more than what Im paying now. Ive told them no thanks, but they keep pelting me with emails and phone calls. Ive emailed them and told them that they are way high, and to stop contacting me, but they dont!

I had geico and was paying 4800 a year with a 2500 deductible because of a couple accidents. I just figured everyone would be that much lol. How stupid I was. I decided to get a Quote from a big insurance company and was 2600 a year with a 500 deductible. Wow I thought must be wrong so then I went to get 2 more quotes and both were right around the same. I ended up 2700 a year 500 deductible and full tort. 15 minutes or more will save you 2400 dollars a year if you switch to any company other than Geico. The customer service lady also when I tried switching kept me on hold for over 30 minutes and kept telling me that I was being scammed. Save yourself money and dont use Geico
