First time coming here and I was more then beyond satisfied with my whole experience. I had the pleasure of being Danielle’s client, Danielle cut my hair with such style and finesse making me look perfect. Danielle was also very kind enough to show me the membership program which I knew I just had to get after this fantastic experience, I would highly recommend and I will now be a weekly customer.

I just visited this place for the first time. I decided to try out since my stylist moved here. Online scheduling is super easy. The place is very cute. Decorated well. Love the color theme. Each stylist has their own work area ad there is plenty of space. I cannot recommend Danielle enough. She takes her time, pays attention to detail and always makes sure you leave with exactly the cut you want! As a female with short hair, the monthly membership is a great deal. I can keep my hair exactly the way I want it and only pay once a month. If you are not only looking for value, but the best cut in town - go see Danielle. You will not be disappointed!

Great spot just wish they had more staff on all the time. sometimes you just want a cut at the last minute when things come up, and they cant always get you in if you dont have an appointment. But other then that price is great, staff is friendly, and cuts look good.

I had Melanie, and she was fantastic! I recommend this place any day of the week. I always went to Sport Clips, but I won’t be going there anymore. Thanks so much Melanie for the fresh cut! I’ll be back.

I’ve been going to see Whitney religiously for years now. She’s charismatic, timely and really friggin good at her job! The whole group there is fun and welcoming and you can tell the place is run incredibly well! Not many places have a whole group of happy people! Shout out to management!

Keep it Cut Encanto is the best shop in town for a men’s haircut. I’ve been going to see Whitney for years, Frank too, but this week before an important evening Whitney fit me in the last slot of the day. She was (like always) precise, personable and I got an amazing haircut again that made my evening was great. I got a great compliment! I drive from Chandler to go here, and you should too.

Keep it cut is a great place for men to get freshend up. Haircuts are around $19. If you buy a membership-the cost is $29 a month. Membership allows you to go as many times as you want during the month. So if you like a weekly cut or every two weeks.. 29.00 is a great deal.

Visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago. So glad I did! Its so nice/cute inside! Didnt expect that at all! Staff are so friendly! I was able to set up an appointment with Melanie who I absolutely love! This girl will not do anything to your hair that you dont want. Before cutting, shell even check in with you to make sure shes cutting off the length you want. She does not get scissor happy. I wont let anyone else touch my hair! Shes my Mrs. Edward Scissor Hands!

What Whitney and her team have created here is nothing short of outstanding. I am one of the original members. Signed up in 2013 and have been coming here ever since. It is a perfect value that incorporates convenience, speed, technology, and quality. It is hard to think about going back to the traditional haircut search. Specifically, the manager Whitney, has been cutting my old, grey, balding head for 5 of those years. It’s has been a great experience and will be coming for many more years.

Been there a couple times. Just to get my beard done. I am still looking for the right person. Trial and error. I have use three different people. The dude was the only one I would not use again for sure. I will keep at it.

Yo Ive been cutting my hair here for about a year already and I keep coming back because KYNDALL gives the best haircuts and fun to talk too. I like the online check-in style thing they got. I showed the hairdresser “Brilene” a picture of my hair from two weeks ago and asked for a “trim” to make it look the same. She acknowledged and cut my hair at least 1.5 inches shorter than asked. At the end she says “is that better? (As my hair was flat with no effort to style it, when the picture clearly showed a little styling and it 1.5 inches longer).”Horrible. Not even close to what I’d asked for.I wish I could share a before and after. Never again. I even quit my membership today.

You can’t find a better deal on haircuts than this place. For $29 a month you get unlimited cuts. I’ve never been disappointed. If you’re looking for a nice fade ask for Alejandra, she does amazing and clean cuts. Their mobile app also makes it very easy to schedule appointments and you can schedule days in advance. The shop is always clean and I love the relaxed atmosphere.

Had a great experience at Keep It Cut. I shop at the Sprouts next door so it is really convenient to stop by before grocery shopping. I like being able to choose a time and stylist on the app so I dont have to wait long. My haircuts have always been on point and the staff are really nice. Ill be back!

Great idea and super convenient. It feels so good to get a haircut and being able to justify getting them more often - twice a month, or once a week - is awesome. Staff is always welcoming and the Encanto location is near so many regular errands anyhow.

I had Lily for a haircut! She was super nice and so easily relatable, she made me feel super comfortable and I trusted her to give me a fresh start with getting rid of all the damage. She cut everything that was damaged off and left me with the cutest little haircut Ive probably ever had. Highly suggest her, she obviously knows what shes doing.

Not too happy with my cut I asked for it to look nice combed over. I asked for about 1.5 inches. But my hair was definitely left uneven. It doesnt fall as nice with it awkwardly long in the middle. This is definitely Supercuts level of quality not worth the 19$

I made an appointment and they accepted 4 walk ins in front of me. I waited till 25 minutes after my appointment till the 5th person was brought in. I lost probably $150 in billable rates for my clients. I should have never tried to go here in the first place. They said “Oh she can take you she is sweeping right now.” When o asked them to rake my name off and I would never come back. I’m glad they aren’t interested in new customers. Keep your regulars because new business definitely isn’t invited here.

Terrible beard trims twice in a row. If you are going to offer barber services, hire men and women who are trained as barbers, not hair stylists/beauticians. I asked the most recent person if she was good at beards. Her response, “I think so.” Well, my beard trim was uneven by more than 1/2”.

Ive been going to Keep it cut for years now and this location since it opened up. All of the staff are friendly and really care about you being happy with the haircut before you leave. Nancy is so sweet and wonderful and cuts hair like a pro ! The prices are low for the high quality product received . Check them out, you wont be disappointed :)

Do not go here if you like your directions followed.The stylist (Alex) did a perfectly adequate job on my hair, but elected to ignore or willfully misinterpret my instructions for my beard, and consequently demolished nearly two years of growth. Somehow the imbecile construed bring the area under my chin back to the same length as the rest as chop 85% of the length of everything *except* the area under my chin. then just trim that slightly.Would have given two stars, because my hair is okay, but Im so frothingly angry that I subjected myself to the sartorial equivalent of a gibbon dragging a trimmer across my face, that it has to be one star.

Wow. I live In Historical Encanto Downtown Phoenix and took my daughter in to get a hair cut. The stylist in there were very cold. No smiles, no welcome I felt I was in someone’s house and didn’t belong there. I will never go back. No stars here...

I had an appointment with Ashley today, and showed up 15 minutes early. At 1 minute after my scheduled appointment, the stylist decided to fit in another customer who didnt have an appointment. 35 minutes later, Im still waiting. That kind of service, even from a single employee, is not ok. I cancelled my membership on the spot and wont be back. I really wanted to like this place, but its not worth saving a few bucks if my time is of no value.

Nancy is the best! She is always very accommodating to my schedule, asks questions to make sure she knows what I want, and takes her time with each customer. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I had the same barber for the longest time but was just tired of waiting 2 hours for a haircut. I found this place and i though Id try it out. Yes they have a lot of good reviews but I think these are the same customers that go to super cuts or sports cuts. I tried 4 different people and not one of them really can give a good fade. The straw that finaly broke the camels back and made me decide to cancel was my last haircut. The person that cut my hair walked in and looked like they really didnt want to be there and it showed. When she was done cutting my hair she said ok youre done. Didnt even give me a mirror to look at the back of my head. We all have bad days but when youre performing a service you shouldnt let it affect you.
