When reading the reviews I was excited to work with Hurley, and the reviews on their behavior is accurate; the team was pleasant and responsive. My bad experience comes due to the fact that multiple times the price of coverage was misrepresented to me. Further, they tried to apply a 4.25% credit card surcharge and when I asked about it, they said that it wasnt a surcharge and was the price if I didnt pay via ETF, something that was never noted or listed on my quote. I went to another broker and paid for my policy with a credit card and no surcharge, let alone one that is criminally high. Well Hurley was fancy and sent me a lot of text messages the real value of an organization comes in its ability to accurately and fairly quote, bill, and service consumers something Hurley was incapable of.

Beth was very patient and helpful with us as we condensed all of our policies. It was a pleasure working with her and she helped us understand all of our decisions. Highly recommend Hurley!

Owning and insuring multiple properties both commercial and residential can be a chore but Brennan and Karley have both really made it easy and gone out of their way to help. They also found less expensive insurance for the same coverage. In a world with less and less human customer service I am pleased to say Hurley is a bit old fashioned and has great customer service.
