At first I was very impressed with Ann. She took the time to explain PA insurance laws and helped me find a great rate. Once she got my business this great service changed majorly! After 2 months of having insurance Travelers sent me a notice that my insurance would be deactivated if I did not provide proof of prior insurance. I immediately contacted Ann and she assured me that we had plenty of time and that she would get it taken care of. A few weeks go by and I have not heard anything back so I reach out again and she says that she will have it taken care of later that day. Again several days go by with no communication. I then reach out a third time with no response. With the deactivation date quickly approaching I start to call her regularly and got sent to voicemail every time. After a few stern emails she finally returns my emails and says that she is working on it and it should be completed soon. Fast forward to WHEN MY INSURANCE WAS DEACTIVATED and she still had not gotten the issue resolved. Eventually after attempting to reach her several times I called Travelers and had my issue resolved the same day. Turns out she falsely reported my information to get me a lower rate so now not only do I have to pay more than I was paying at my previous agency but I also have to pay for the time that I was paying a lower rate. She still has not apologized or reached out to me at all. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had an actual accident! GO ELSEWHERE- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
