I’m not sure how so many friendly, competent, service minded folks can land in one office. It’s impressive.Had to add some coverage onto one of our policies recently. Called and spoke with Beverly. She got me exactly what I needed in one phone call, no waiting and an email popped up while I was still on the phone with her containing my workers comp coverage info I was looking for. Beverly was great. Sarah is always great. Kelly is fantastic. Ryan, great. Everyone… just the best.Call them for your insurance, and they’ll brighten your whole day too. Bonus! Kelly is hands down the best in the business! I rarely post reviews, but Kelly and her team are that much better than the competition. They have the best product, with the best rate and the best team. Sarah is available all hours of the day and has even helped me after hours. I have never looked into getting a competitive quote from another agency and I have over 10 policies with them. I unequivocally recommend them for all types of insurance without hesitation!

Kelly and the entire staff at the Murray Agency... every single person... set the standard for service and professionalism.I feel confident that they have my best interests in mind whenever I deal with their office. I have never been forced to leave a voicemail, and if I send an email, I get a response back in minutes They take care of you right away... they get info you need, coverage youre looking for, they call others on your behalf, they make good recommendations, and... I cannot overstate this enough... they are the absolute best at what they do. At one time during a closing on a house I was buying, I needed an insurance document sent immediately, so I called Kelly for help. She took the call, while in labor during the birth of her son, and had the paperwork sent from her office within a few minutes. Who does that?!?!! Again, I cannot begin to describe the level of customer-centric focus this agency has for its policy holders.I have so much confidence in the Murray Agency that I now require all tenants who sign a lease to live at one of my rental properties to also secure a renters policy with them, prior to getting keys. Anyone that I refer to them is more than impressed with the service they receive and most are now customers as well.Again, its hard to covey in a way that accurately justifies how good of an operation they have going on in that office. Beverly displayed consummate client service from day 1. She was responsive, helpful, got me the info I needed for the policies I was requesting, and helped me tailor the coverage to my needs once shed sufficiently explained all of the baseline policies we were discussing. She helped me get my online login set up and even changed my address for me after my move. Beverly and the entire Murray Insurance Team made us feel well taken care of and like wed made the right decision. And Eries policies were some of the best we reviewed while shopping. Id recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Ive been an Erie customer for over 7 years! All the employees know me by name and know my family. They call you back unlike the big corporate companies. I feel like Im family, not just another customer.

My husband and I previously had State Farm and had bundled our homeowners and car insurance we realized it was alittle more expensive but we’re alright with it because we figured we had better coverage and they were more reliable cause they were around for years. To the contrary because they gave us hassle after hassle with our claim and had so many hopes to jump through so we started shopping around for better insurance. We looked on the websites and made multiple phone calls to many many different companies and agencies and then we spoke to a women named Casey at Murray Insurance who was not only a real voice and person but she was informative, educated and patient with all of our questions and concerns. We were really impressed with her returning phone calls when promised and the time she took with us . We can be pretty demanding at times but if we are insuring and protecting our financial investments we want the right match with the right insurance company and when Casey was not available or on another call another women named Tomiann would step in and was just as kind and patient as Casey. I came to the conclusion that the attitudes in the office and the customer service we received was actually a standard of their office and not just a random nice person that you get. Love calling the office as I am never left to feel as though I won’t get a call back or pushed aside as I. I love the insurance quotes and premiums as they are cheaper than what I was paying and I’m 100 percent confident in the service, the staff and the insurance that I have purchased .
