First time here tonight. Was a great experience, they have good prices. I came in an hour before close asking for a mani/pedi. They stayed almost an hour past close finishing up my and a few other ladies’ nails. Love my nails! 🌿 I will be returning there

First time there. When I entered nobody greeted me for a good 10-15 minutes then asked what I was there for. I waited over half an hour past my appointment time. I did get an apology for them taking ne late. TVs were a bit loud but my nails came out really nice and it was a good price. So I will go again because its hard to find good nail techs now a days. I did get another apology when I left as well so that was nice.

Horrible! My nails were not even close to how I wanted and next day already lifting and cracked. Worst place for a pedicure I DO NOT recommend at all!!

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the staff here and the prices are just as great! Even after I moved I still make the 40 minute drive because I just haven’t found a place that quite tops it! I am INCREDIBLY picky, always a hot mess and can’t pick a nail color to save my life. They are always so patient and kind with me even though I know I can be a difficult client sometimes! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it here!

I am one picky girl when it comes to my nails and I havent found a place like this in a long time. It is awesome. All of the staff are friendly and interactive with their customers. All staff does quality work but I recommend John. I had been to a salon that wrecked my nails and he fixed them and does and amazing job no matter what you want. I also guarantee not one salon in the area can match their prices either. Great place All the way around. And play movies! Love it!

Maybe I just have bad luck. This was my second visit. The first time with Jon was good. This time was the absolute worse. I had an appointment. He started my nails. He was all over the map. He messed up the ombre. He filed my nails forever. The decorations looked liked a 5 year old did it.The nail polish melted. He said he was sorry, but had no time to fix them. What??no time, because his next appointment was there. I literally had a tear come down my eye. I walked out. This is ridiculous! He admitted they looked bad. Last time I tipped him 30.00 for 45.00. Maybe he dont like black people.

I am in awe! I went in today to get my dip nails with tips taken off. They took all safety precautions and made my nails look incredibly beautiful. The staff was amazing, professional, and clean. I am very thankful for finding this nail salon as they have been the absolute best salon Ive ever went to. The pricing was reasonable if not low regarding the quality. Each technician paid extra careful attention to my nails as if they were doing their own. I was impressed with the attention to detail and perfectionism that was put into every nail. I will be returning promptly as well as telling all of my friends to go in immediately!!!

Vien nails is by far the best in the area. The prices are very good and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I am very picky as I has been getting my nails done for over 25 years and I know what I like and I will definitely be back in a couple weeks. Jose ( not his real name) is the most amazing nail technician. I have never had such an amazing experience at a salon before. Jose, myself and my daughter laughed the whole time. Unfortunately after 10+ years this place has really started to go down hill. Make an appt and be seated 45 mins later. My whole family has gone here and one by one we stop going. Weve brought multiple friends in as well and today my daughter was completely ignored and prom is tomorrow. Last time was my birthday and we made an appt said it was my birthday and my requested person wasnt even working. Theyve lost us for good now.

Been coming here for years even though I live across town. Tried a few salons nearby that can’t compare to the quality. Never had a bad mani or pedi, the staff are so friendly, literally the best place to go!

Amazing Everytime go there probaly once a month and get acrylic or gel with tips, everyone is super kind. Michel is great!! These are short acrylics but I usually get long coffin.

This place is awesome! My husband and I had pedicure here last week. Today I had my nails done 💅 she used the dipping powder and they look fabulous! Very fairly priced. We will definitely be back.

April does an awesome job on pedicures, eyebrow wax, and gel manicures! I only make appointments for her.

Pedi was nice & they adjusted the nail color. paid extra for scrub & stone massage ( which was short). my sis emphasized to keep her pedi as basic but was charged for expanded anyway. She didnt challenge it as she should have.

Im not a regular but this is my preferred nail place in this area. Everyone is super friendly and they all do such a great job. They place movies while you get your work done so you wont be bored.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for about 7 years now. They do a great job at a reasonable price. The only thing that I dont like about it is that no one says hi or greet you when you walk in.

5th pedicure ever, 1st one here and its my favorite. The hot stone massage was divine.

I will not go to another Salon unless its necessary. They are so well priced and the quality you get is better than ive gotten at many places that charge almost double what they do. ALWAYS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They get very busy and even with appointments they run behind. TRUST ME, THEYRE WORTH THE WAIT! LOVE this salon. Ive gone here consistently for over 10 years. Every time I go somewhere else I regret it.Vien is like family. They remember their regulars even if youve not gone in months. They are affordable and provide quality services.They are a busy shop so always call ahead or make an appointment. Sometimes they run behind but thats just this industry. They are always kind and give you the attention a customer deserves. They will not rush you, so why rush them!I dont even live close to this salon anymore, but I will drive the extra time just because they are that amazing.

These people were amazing. Me and my friend came in here and they started joking with us and it was amazing. They were really funny and cared about what I thought of my nails. They would ask me if I liked them every step of the way of doing a full set. I really loved this nail salon and the people working in it.

I have been going here for years and years since I was a young teenager to full on adult with a car payment. They have had the same family working here and are all fun, playful, and professional. If I muck up my nails while barely leaving they will fix it immediately and Ive never had a bad experience. They always play a movie in the lobby while you are being serviced and are so quick with their clients I barely have to wait to get a seat despite the wait time.

Really liked the customer service and the lady who did my nails was so sweet BUT while my toes were soaking she did the whole tinfoil on my nails and left them soaking with the acetone and went back to doing my toes and the entire time while doing my toes while my fingers were soaking after a while my fingers started to sting and I wasnt sure if that was normal since I dont normally get gel polish and this was my 2nd time and its been 2 weeks since my visit and after that visit my nails have been breaking after the 2nd day because of how fragile and weak they are from soaking in the acetone in which they still hurt from being weak but other then that the place was nice! Not posting as a bad review at all because overall my visit was nice and I was still sure to tip the nail tech

I have been to this place once or twice before randomly walk in & left happy every time. I love their hours as I work late in the afternoon. They’re usually open until 7:30p. I was turned away once just because they were jam packed so I understood. Staff has always been nice & courteous. My last time in on Wednesday locked me in for this place. Kim is friendly & very kind! I will start making appointments here just for her.

I have been coming here for close to 12 years. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. I have never had any issue with infection. I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment, especially on the weekend during the summer. They are almost always booked up.

Lack of CLEANLINESS. Great customer service. I was helped quickly and felt welcomed. I came for a wax and was very pleased with how well my experience went with the service. However, the waxing room appears to double as a storage space. Two chairs and the table were provided for sitting and all were filthy dirty andThere was gunk on the wall surrounding all of the waxing supplies. I considered leaving while I awaited the woman who was doing my wax. I likely should have for my own health and comfort. However the wax was very well done. Customer service is the only reason I am giving this place more than one star. They just need to clean up and this place could be fabulous.

I walked in and waited over 10 minutes still no acknowledgment that I was there or the gentleman that walked in front of me. A girl walks in a few minutes later and they greeted her but still said nothing to both of us on how long the wait was or anything. They really need to work on their customer service.

I drive 30 min to see Mr. Noname for acrylics. He is very detailed and always consiatant. Shaping and even length are always as requested. High quality acrylic product by Tammy Taylor are his preference. Prices are definitly below the quality if work.

Every time I come here I never get disappointed, I am always happy with my pedicure . I have done a manicure about twice and I liked it, but my pedicure I’ve done about 8 times here I never get disappointed and I love the way my feet look alive . I love coming here because Michael and April also joke around and make me laugh. Great job ! I have had both Michael and April for my pedicure and I prefer them both.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Twice in a row I have walked in there and they didn’t even acknowledge me until I Asked how long the wait would be, only to find out that after waiting the nail tech (Asian dude) said “we’re booked”.

The workers are great, and they do a wonderful job. The wait time is a little long sometimes, but they have up to date movies playing to keep you entertained. Love it!

They did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. My nail tech was very rude and didnt do a good job at all! My nails were uneven. He kept insisting they were and refused to fix it! I will NEVER, EVER return to that nail salon!! Also I had made an appointment, wasnt just a walk in. It took them an hour to get to me. There were 4 nail techs doing nothing! I asked a couple times if I could go back and they said just a minute. Also got an infection from them not properly sanitizing their tools!! Never again!!

I suppose I could give a review if I could get in. Tried 3 times in less than 24 hours. So, if you dont have an appointment, good luck getting in. I did see they were very busy, so maybe thats why. But, I never know when Im going to have some down time to go.

I finally live back on this side of town! I’ll be back in tomorrow! I’ve been going for almost six years now! They seen me from young to growing up now. There like my family. 💛 I love this place and this my only place I love going to even if it’s super far from me. They can definitely be trusted and it’s a clean salon. And not to expensive either.
