I’ve been going to this place for years and I absolutely love it! I generally have my nails done by Jeniza but honestly all of the technicians are absolutely wonderful and highly skilled! I won’t go anywhere else and every time I do because of circumstances (ie. have to get my nails done when I’m out of town or they’re not able to fit me in cause they’re full booked) I’m always disappointed.

Cant go wrong here. Great staff and fast. Its not a secret so call for an appointment.

I absolutely love love love Jeniza and Michele they are both the sweetest! I drive an hour just for these ladies! The best pedicures ever if you want someone to take their time and not rush! I started going over a year ago and because of the drive I hate to say I did try a couple of different salons the past few months hoping to find what I have found at Jenizas but that’s not happening! I came to the realization that driving the hour is so worth it and I refuse to go anywhere else!! Beautiful ladies inside and out!!

Strip mall nail salon next to BevMo. Great nail work, regular or acrylic, with spa pedicures. Been going there for years and am always pleased, particularly with Lynette and Michelle. Good selection of nail colors as well. Make an appointment as they can be very busy on weekends.

I called a head for an appointment. I was early, and was greeted and sent right back to start my pedicure. Hellen, was very made easy conversations and let me set and relax while she did wonders on my feet. I got a coconut milk pedi. I highly recommend one for yourself. I also got an acrylic fill. Hellen again came through for me. The last place I went to for my last set, left me not pleased with my nails. Hellen took the time to thin them out and shape them. She asked questions, and listened to what I wanted. I well be going back to them from now on.

First time here and I was definitely satisfied with the whole experience! From the moment I called to check availability they were very polite, they even called me to let me know something opened up sooner! I got a full set and pedi done ! They treat their customers like royalty here I was really impressed with the customer service! Jeniza nails has won over my business! Bad management and they dont care about your time. Wait times can be 30+ minutes. I never went back. They dont care about the customer, just care for your money.

Anthony did my manicure and pedicure. He did an amazing job. Hes professional and hes a perfectionist so you guys know what that means, he didnt let me out the chair until he made sure everything was to his liking.The owner Jeniza was sooooooo nice and friendly which all the staff was. I’ve been looking for an amazing nail place in Phoenix for a long time and I finally found it! I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling and everybody was so nice and welcoming when I came into the salon. This was my first time getting acrylic and I was nervous but everyone there was so nice and helpful! They listen to what I wanted shape wise and also had the color I wanted! All the employees were having fun and laughing with customers! Anthony did my nails but I would recommend everyone there! Anthony was so nice and did a stunning job. I can’t wait to come back for my fill! You definitely made a new regular customer!

My daughter n I went to get our nails done. Most of mine were not the same length plus I asked her not to put too many stones on n she did. The guy who did my daughters nails didnt shape the correctly, n doesnt know how to do designs. Both sets were over 100.00 each. ...funny I went to my regular salon yesterday spent 80 total for both sets n they look perfect. Never again will I go to Jenzia nails

My fiance used to go here. The first several times were great then the service went downhill. The staff gossip about you in front of your face. They also try to up charge for items you did not want as well as try and run tips without your approval. The best technician, Kimmy left.

They did a great job on pedicures and aqua blue gel manicure for my wife they took their time and did three coats of gel two coats of topcoat. The nails look like they will last a long time. Competitive prices. Friendly staff. We will be back.

I love this place! I used to go to another place once every three weeks like clockwork but I never received that youre one of our regulars kind of treatment. I tried Jeniza nail on a whim one day and have been back ever since. I go every three weeks and Im treated as a regular...not to mention the pedicures are great! Especially the hot lotion!

Hands down this is the best place... Big shout out to Anthony!!! My nails were freaking horrendous from a previous salon.... He made my coffin nails just the way i asked for them. I will become a regular from here on out. My search is over!!!!

I’ve been here many times. Some nail techs are great and they are flexible with same day scheduling. Unfortunately some techs are not very good. I’m still recovering from my swollen toe that was clipped on the sides (which no one has ever done before). I will now have to go to the doctor to ensure that I prevent a potential infection.

My Mother and I went there today. My mother treated me and her to a manicure and pedicure. They seemed really rushed and other customers kept coming up to them and asking them questions and then they kept stopping what they were doing and attended to the customer and then coming back and they just did a really rushed jobThey were in a big rush and didnt take their time. They Didnt use sterile nail files. They were used several times. They were nice. They usually do a much better job. It was a rushed job and I go there to be pampered. It was not. It was very stressful... It Shouldve been a better experience.

I have been a customer for over 2 yrs at Jeniza nails and have only received professional customer service. The staff are always happy and getting along with each other. That to me says a lot about how a establishment is run. What I like the most about this place is the staff take pride in their workmanship. My nail tech (ANA) who is awesome was on vacation and I saw two other NT and both of them took the time to make sure I was happy with how they did my nails.

Friday June 21st....walked in for a pedicure.place was very busy.very clean and the staff was friendly.i waited couple minutes and had my pedicure.probably the best one ever!!!I didnt get the name of the lovely lady who did my pedicure but I was flying back to Boston and she knows I was the other Julie. A+++.

My nail tech was very rude and rough, she kept forcefully moving my hand. I told her to be easy and I would move my hand the way she wanted. She apologized but kept on doing it anyways. She made my nails too thick. I asked her to change the color of 1 ring finger and she had such an attitude about it. This is the worst place I have ever been. I wont be back.

LOVE this place!!I have been coming to this salon for about 4 years now and have found Christine. She just seems so confident and knows what I want before I even say anything. Never pushes just asks if I want any additional service besides my pedicure. The environment has even gotten better since the new owner took over and remodeled.I recommend Jeniza Nails to anyone looking for a new salon. If you have a complaint, voice it respectfully and they will always take care of you. :-)

Ive been going to Jeniza for about two years-- I moved further away and attempted to find a decent salon in my new neighborhood and always end up coming back. The place is super clean, prices are reasonable, but most importantly for me is THEY TAKE AND KEEP APPOINTMENTS. To the point where if my usual nail tech is out sick, they will call and ask if I want to reschedule. Im sure weve all been to places that take appointments and then youre still sitting there for 20 mins with all the other walk ins. Also their gel manis last 3 weeks on me, great color selection, never a single problem with the service. Love you, Jeniza!!

My brother took my twin and I here for our birthdays last month (April). It was really busy but not once did I feel like they were rushing to get us out and on to the next person! There were lots of smiles and I felt valued and appreciated. I decided to bring my mother and father in today for their first EVER pedicures( Let’s just say they had to put in ALOT of work on their feet. I’ve been begging them to allow me to get their feet done!!But They waited so long because they were a bit ashamed /embarrassed to go in!) My second visit here, was even better than the first!! The beautiful owner shared some stories and so did my mom and dad. There was laughter, goosebumps, and I almost got teary-eyed with the stories they shared.They took amazing care of my mom and dad and we will forever be clients here because of this amazing experience!!! I know they may not always have days to connect with their clients this way. But today I’ve met some amazing human-beings. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but thank you Kimi, the beautiful owner and the other beautiful woman that made this experience amazing and for making this a comfortable and positive experience for my parents!!😍😍😍

Be aware that this salons nail techs attempt to upsell unsuspecting customers, even telling the customer that there is no extra charge, until the services are rendered and the customer is ready to pay. Then the customer is hit up with the ballooned bill.This just happened today to my 87 year old mother, even though she kept telling them that she was there for the $29 gel coat service. Disgusting to bait and switch a senior, or anyone for that matter.

DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY with children. I have been coming here for 5 years and will never return.I came on Sunday afternoon with my 13 year old and 6 year old nieces. The girl at the front counter was beyond rude and treated us like we were a pain in the ass. Funny enough the owner, who is a doll, and her husband had just left.I watched her take every walk in before us. We waited over an hour. They finally took me and let me nieces sit in the waiting area for anotfher 10 minutes. After watching 2 more walk ins taken and the front desk girl go sit in a massage chair with her friends, I finally asked why she is taking everyone but my girls. Her excuse was she forgot. She then tried to tell me they were appointments which was a lie because I asked the people taken if they had appointments. We were literally sitting across from her the whole time. Okay so now you cant do your job and you lie. My nail tech said she forgot them. No kidding.Then she told me 2 nail techs left early. Hopefully the manager knows when shes not there her staff leave early, cant do their job and lie. You know she didnt even say she was sorry.Its too bad because they have great hours, clean facilities, and their nail techs are great. But I am not willing to allow kids to be treated this way. That being said I still will never come her. I will not be lied to and treated like our business is not important. I have probably spent thousands of dollars here. I tip very well.worst thing it took 10 minutes to do my nieces nails, and they gave her a pedicure and didnt even get her feet wet.

Theres always a wait. And once its your turn they have you soak your feet for 2min and quickly start tocut your nails and then youre done. I personally use this time to relax and I love my feet to get soaked and in warm water. Not cold and just have them dip. Lady was so rude rolled her eyes and then started speaking Her language to the other people becasue I asked to cut them shorter. She replied with why not you tell me sooner almost doneI seriously hate this place and I used to love coming here.

Ive been to this nail salon many of times before, however today was my last visit. I experienced ignorance at its finest. I couldnt believe that two adult woman, who work at this establishment would make fun of a disabled person. I was disgusted by what I saw, not only was it mean and disheartening, it was just straight out bullying. When I went to pay I mentioned this to the front desk lady, she tossed my card back at me, with an angry face. So after that horrible experience, I realized this may infact be one of the worst pedicures Ive ever had, very rushed and a waste of money.

I went there with a friend to get manicures, once there we were prodded to also have pedicures. Once in the chair they pushed additional services, we went with a few and I enjoyed mine. My girlfriend however was not pleased with hers and after being handed a $125.00 bill, nor was I.

Ive had it with this place and their complete inconsistency for nails and pedicures. I would say they do a crappy job 80% of the time. And quite frankly, Im tired of hearing the manager shout out employees names and what service hes chosen them to do. Dont come here for anything relating to your finger nails, they cannot get it right. Pedicure if anything and thats not even that good.

Horrible service . just got off work and wanted to get my nails done for the weekend and the lady doing my nails yelled at me a refused to finish my nails because I was leaning my head on the wall . I work to jobs and was every tired . The receptionist came over and agreed I wasn’t doing anything wrong but didn’t take care of the incident .
