I took my wife to this place they make a good job

I live this place! Its perfectly located on Tatum and Bell with good parking and its easy to find. The owner personally makes appointments and works with the clients. Her staff, men and women are kind, friendly and efficient. They do a great job with fingers and toes. I feel amazing after each appointment. They are also reasonably priced and have great hours of operation. I also love how each person must wash their hands after entering and everything is clean and comfortable feeling. I definitely recommend Love Polish!!

Walked in today with teen daughter who had a design picture she wanted for acrylics. She was sat and showed picture but no one in the salon could do the art; it wasn’t complicated. She didn’t want to embarrass her so just proceeded with one color and it wasn’t explained until the end that you need an appt if you want nail art. I would have had my service and taken her elsewhere if I had been made aware. My experience was good; they helped match my colors for feet and hands.Others were offered water but we weren’t.We will try a different place next time.

Came here for my first ever pedicure and was thrilled! They were super busy but still made sure to tend to me since I had an appointment. Everyone was very kind and professional through the visit. My tech was also very accommodating to me as I had a knee injury and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely return here and recommend it totally!! They take cash, card, zelle, and venmo to make things super simple and fast!

I do not recommend. Told one price in chair, charged much higher price by manager (very rudely I might add) when I went to pay. Then she yelled at the nice employee right in front of all customers for quoting wrong price.

Quick service and reasonable prices! I was excited to try a new place, but the quality of my pedicure was mediocre at best. I paid $47 and left with pink shaded toes (not the nail)... I pay extra for gel expecting they will be shiney and they arent. My massage was rushed, and a left with calluses even though I paid extra to have them removed.. to say the least, I cancelled my gel manicure and left....

Great experience! Clean place and Great work - I got a gel manicure. T did a phenomenal job shaping my nails and the gel looks great!I’ll definitely go back!

The pedicure was fine nothing went wrong I just feel like it was really quick and there wasn’t much attention to detail I feel like normally with a pedicure you want to make sure that your cuticles are being taken care of and the sides of the nails are being cleaned. LOL that’s why I go get pedicure because I can’t reach

First time there close to my house. Got right in..nice clean place. Very nice people. Spoke English well. Had a pedicure only.. Ive tried many places recently to find a place close to home. I have not been impressed enough to return. But I will try this again. ..

Been getting my nails done bi-tri-weekly for 2 years now and I come here every time. Call ahead, they get a big rush everyday, because theyre amazing!! Every employee does a great job!

I went here with my daughter several times. Until the last time. The lady swiped my card and her machine crashed, then she swiped it again. My card was charged twice. I went back to get my money back for the double charge and they refused saying they only have 1 transaction. This is a scam and not to mention fraud. The do not do right by their customers. I will never go back.

Neat and tidy, and almost all of the technicians are warm and friendly (though Mayella is my favorite). Free water and juice is another touch of good hospitality. The sugar scrubs and orange peel used to exfoliate, after pedicure is truly refreshing.

I really like this place. Kathy has done great S and S. Lasts a long time. And her pedi is the best.

The place is very well maintained and clean. Every one is very friendly and did my pedicure and manicure very well. They make u feel comfortable. They have wide variety of services they provide and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place has awful customer service. I thought I would try it since it was close to my home. But will not be back. They told me the price for my nails when they were done and while working on my toes upped the price from $50 to $55. I was still okay with this until I was told a price of $45 for my pedicure and was ready to checkout when they upped the pedicure price to $50. I told the front desk that I was not happy but paid and left a $20 tip. I have ridges all over my nails and pieces of the product under my nails catching on my clothing. I will not be back. Going back to my regular salon where I get a neck and shoulder massage with great nail service and the most that I have ever paid was $88 for both my nails and toes. ☹️

My new favorite nail place. Probably the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in. Huge assortment of colors and they set the bar with excellent customer service. They also provide great ideas on new and fun styles of you ask.

A little over priced but they do a good job. To be honest i only go because its walking distance from me.... I no longer go here due to nasty attitudes of management & no connection to people only to the people money. Ive been going there faithfully since the day i moved to the area over a year ago & for the 1st time i had an issue (tech cut my nails without asking me) i told the manager lady whos always up front & she told me make an appointment for who i want next time. Came back in 2weeks as usual and was told to come back because they wont be able to help me THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED I politely left & went across the parking lot where i got family feel great customer service & better work done. Keep your little juice being all about money & rushing is not a way to Express good customer service.

Love this place! Treated myself to a pedicure and absolutely love it. I came back to try the SNS nails and had it for 3 weeks, made my nails grew out healthier and thicker. Very friendly staff too! This is my new nail spot.

Ann at Love Polish has been doing my SNS Natural Nails since they opened last year. I am treated like royalty upon my arrival with a warm greeting, offer of snacks and drinks, and an immaculate environment. Ann is a patient technician as she has worked gently with my eczema and tender skin. Love Nails has a receptionist which avoids the technicians from being constantly interrupted during appointments. My appointments have always run on schedule. I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment so they are awaiting your arrival. See you in between trips, Ann.

Totally remodeled but feels cold. Clean and the same people working here so thats the reason I came back. Getting a pedi as I review and so far its awesome!! New massage chairs are great too!

Relaxing. You can do gel, and regular manicures and pedicures. You can get a wax done and there are different flavors of smoothies and there is a water and one restroom there.

So clean! Ask for Thy (Tee). She did a great job on my Mani and Pedi.

I took 3 girls here to prep for prom and got manis/pedis for all 4 of us. Great service all around from the 5 amazing people who served us and the front desk girl was so lovely. You can see her constantly watching the flow of traffic trying to increase efficiency and make sure guests are getting service quickly. Pretty cool to watch. She was also super helpful and friendly when we called in to book FOUR same day appts right before prom. For myself I had the ultimate callous killer pedi and it was heavenly. I will go back by myself sometime to get another so I can fully enjoy it. Highly recommend!!

Went in to get a waxing and they said to wait 30 minutes, 40 min later I asked how much longer I would need to wait and they said 30 more minutes and looked at me like I had 8 heads. Total waste of time! Dont go here!It was over 30 minutes. I walked in at 4pm and asked at 4:35 when i would get my waxing. You said 30 more minutes so I left. My grandmother was waiting with me and she just had chemo and was tired so I went next door to get my waxing at a different place. You took 2 people who had walked in after us and told them 10 minutes and we were still waiting.

Stood at the door for five minute, after the front desk walked away when I entered. Asked about waxing times and they didn’t know and said they won’t be doing it today. Walked out with no service done because why advertise that you provide services but only do it at your convenience? My first try at this location and gave it a shot.

Easy to get an appt, good service, reasonably priced.

Had a full set put on, and had a promble with it. But called and Manger, she took care of it right away. She helpful, kind n understanding. They were beautiful and still beautiful after a couple weeks now. As a former Nail n Costomogly, having someone that works is as important as mine was to be. Is a great PLUS for me. I plan on going back for a fill and pedi.

11/15/17 I went and got acrylic nails put on...by now most have fallen off. Typically they last 3-4weeks before you need a fill. I wear acrylics quite often! This is absolutely unacceptable and poor quality of service and products!! I will never go back!
