EXCELLENT! 1st time here and I will be making this my go to nail salon! Tony did my nails and recommended I try the nail Dip Powder rather than acrylic and WOW, it is cool! Final product looks beautiful too. Tony was awesome and has a great sense of humor making the 1st time experience all the more fun! Definitely recommend Grand Nails Lounge!

Ive been going here for 2 years (since I moved nearby) for dip manicures and I have no complaints. Staff is always friendly and does a good job, just make an apt because theyre always busy (for good reason).

I absolutely love this place! Christina is my girl, she does my nails perfectly and fast! I also get my lashes done by her and, again, just amazing. Theyre always looking right. I just love the work she does. Cant give her enough kudos!Nina, the manager is also awesome, they always make time for me and make me feel right at home! LOVE GRAND NAILS!!

My first time being there, i was a walk in and Im not sure if the girl was tired today or something but i just got my pedicure done today and the quality is badddd! She left my right big toe long and when I asked her to file it down a little bit she totally ignored me and clipped it down short! When i clearly said I don’t want short, then she puts a very very thin base on my nails i can see part of my nail through the paint and brush strokes its all even! and didnt cover anything up! the paint is messy smudging on the edge of my nail and skin i was still polite and respectful even left her a tip because i get it, its still time and work but really made my feet look so ugly! So frustrating, Last time going there! Idk how this place is rated 4 stars

Went there yesterday after seeing their Now Open sign on their building the day before. Right as I walked in it looked very elegant and clean. I was greeted right away and seated in a pedicure chair. Christina did my pedicure and she was great. Very sweet and gave a great massage. Nina did my gel manicure and it came out amazing. The staff is very nice and friendly. Ill definitely be back.

Its okay I got a white tip dip for $45 the nail technician who helped me was patient and listen to what I wanted. Over all it was okay Ive been to other places with the same level of skill what made this place really stand out was how clean their whole layout of the salon looked.

They do amazing work, but its pricey. My daughter got a full set, with a design on one nail, and it was $70! The pricing is the only reason Im hesitant going back, but if you have to money to spend, its worth it. I took my daughter because she needed a last minute place to go before her trip because her nail lady stood her up. Otherwise I wouldnt have paid the $70 and went somewhere else.

3 times Ive been and paid for their grand pedicure. Hot stone massage missed completely once wax missed once. Today they did my mothers toes (this was her mothers day gift) and every toe wiped off. They redid them but on top of the double booked appt we scheduled a week ago (our appt was 1 its 350 Im still here for toes only) I will not ever be returning :( also if you talk to my mother like she is special needs again because you screwed up it wont be nice.

I will always go with Christina. She is detailed and extremely professional

The tech seemed rushed and did not do a very good job with cuticles, removing old polish, pushing nails, or application of clear polish. I was disappointed but paid and tipped very well even though I was not very pleased with the service.

Very friendly and beautiful new location. I was seen right away Saturday 3/16 for my mani and pedi, and they didnt let me spend too much money on extra acrylic powder for my pedicure that I didnt need (but thought I wanted.) Which I really appreciated! She said I could grow my nails out a little more and maybe get the dip or gel on my toes next time and I will definitely come back :) And I also appreciated the special help with my pedicure. I have Fibromyalgia, its difficult being touched on my feet and cant take the massage on my legs. She made sure to just do a plain pedicure, not too harsh. My dip manicure looks great, too! Great prices.

Classic pedicure turned out great. Theresa paid attention to detail and the service includes hot stone massage. Only complaint is that they use a rasp instead of pumice and that made me a little nervous. Very large holes. Other wise great!

I have had a couple of good experiences here but today was terrible. My pedicure took about 10 minutes and I still had to touch them up myself. I have no idea what I paid for. Complete waste of money.

I will not return! Horrible customer service! My dip nails came off within a week which should not happen! They also rushed me and my friends hands and nails. They told me it’s my problem, such horrible service! Dip nails should never come off within the week. It’s also funny that they always recommend dip and then when I tell them the problem I have they tell me I should try acrylics. Do not go here!

I’ve been to quite a few salons around the valley and this is my new favorite spot! The manicurists and front desk staff were so friendly, and they do great work, quickly and for an amazing price! The space is awesome, with new furniture and trendy decor. I love, love, love this place and can’t wait to go back!

I had always come here with my Bff and we love how they do our nails. I wish I knew the person who did my nails today because I didnt like it at all. I told her to cut them and she did what ever she wanted because she dont like short nail. She was so sloppy, didnt even look at the details. Left my finger all stain. I did the dip. I was so upset because if Im going to pay a lot I want to be happy with the service. When I went home I cut them and file them to the length I wanted.

I keep coming back to Grand Nails because they take good care of me. They always make sure that Im satisfied before I leave and will right any wrongs. The owner is always there and she makes sure each customer is happy and assisted promptly.

I brought my granddaughter for her first manicure. It was terrible!!! They didnt know how to do any nail art what-so-ever! Not to mention the next day after spending $37 on gel polish my nail polish was chipping off. My whole nail wasnt even painted, looked a mess the very next day. My granddaughter got a manicure and a paint, her nails were chipping very bad the next day! I spent $60 dollars and bought a gift certificate for my daughter to get a Grand pedicure the next day!!! I have never been more disappointed with a gel manicure in my life!!!

My girls (17 and 11) stopped by after seeing the “now open” sign outside. My 17 year old had wanted a set of acrylics put on, she had saved her own money to pay for them. A younger muscular tattooed male did her nails for her (Ken maybe). He was extremely rude and her nails aren’t the same length on her opposite hand they are considerably shorter. She didn’t bring this to my attention until we got home. The ladies who do my pedicure and my 11 year olds nails were very nice and professional. The place is very clean and the pretty inside.

I appreciate that the place is clean and I usually dont have to wait if I come in as a walkin but I got Steven to do my acrylic fill this last time and it was a sloppy job. The nails are not shaped nicely, he seemed very rushed and unhappy, and because he didnt wait to let the light run its full cycle, my topcoat is not shiny like it should be. It was an average job at best this time. The woman who did my pedicure however, was top notch.

So glad I found this place. Pedicures are my favorite treat and they do a great job. Friendly staff and adorable services. Highly recommend.

Dont judge a book by its cover is appropriate to describe this salon. The salon is BEATUIFUL, clean and obviously brand new. I came on a Sunday to get my nails done and was assigned Steven, I left inconsistently shaped nails, my top coat was not shiny the following morning my gel polish bubbled up and started peeling. I was devastated! I went to work hiding my hands all day stopped at the salon on my way home to get it fixed and was told that I needed to schedule an appointment I went another entire 24 hours hiding my hands throughout the day came in for my appointment To finally get it fixed and I got a horrible attitude as if it was my fault Are you remained quiet so I could just get the Polish corrected just to find out that even after the correction my topcoat is still not shiny like gel should be And I am over all on satisfied with this technician it is unfortunate that this was my 1st experience.

Went there for the first time today for a pedicure. Very nice and clean there, everyone was friendly, great energy. The lady that did my toes did a great job and was very nice. Definitely coming back! Update a day later my toe is red and hurts really bad. The girl hurt it when she did it but it went away but today it is red and I can barely put pressure on it. Not sure if it’s infected or just got hurt by the tool.

Went on a whim due to an appointment next door. When finished with their services I was given a paper to pay at the front. $43 was the total with a $10 tip on May 30th. June 3rd my credit card notifies me that a charge of $60 was posted from Grand Nails. NOPE did not go twice only went once and signed my copy for $53. BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS !!!! SCAMMERS

Beautiful salon! Great work, but when I asked if I ask for the nail tech next time, she gave me a nasty look as she walked away.

Overpriced nothing special. Clean new building but the techs are just like any other salon. I don’t mind paying a little more for better service but their service was mediocre.
