This is definitely is great nail shop. Im a big fan of their spa pedicure, and its only $25! They do such a good job, and you can always add more callous remover for $6 more. Highly recommend, Ill definitely be a regular here.

I have been getting my nails done here for years (full set acrylic). They do a really good job and are always friendly and nice. Also the prices are pretty cheap (Im pretty sure its only $19 for a fill). Im not saying there arent better nail places out there but ive been getting my nails done at different places for nearly a decade and once I found this place I stopped going anywhere else because even if their work isnt always 100% the best, its better than most other places and I havent really had problems.

Great place for getting your nails and toes done. Their pedicures and manicures are fantastic! I wont go any where else.

Average place slightly higher than others. Would not suggest getting nails dipped if you wanted a variety of choices. Approximately 10 colors to pick from and those werent anything I would wear. Not a place I would go again, but to each their own opinion.

The guy did a phenomenal job. But I felt as if he was annoyed at my request. Which was nothing huge. I still like them, on thr fence if Ill go back again.

Wanted to try something different so I went with ambre this time. Andy did a good job I like it. 😁

I’ve been coming here for 15 years, they are like family to me. I Always call (out of respect) because they can be very busy, because they are awesome. If you just drop in of course I’ll have a wait, so either call, and bring a book, sit with us and enjoy the company 👍

This is a fantastic nail salon! They are clean, skilled, and very personable. I cannot think of anything that could be better other than they stay pretty busy.. but that only shows how amazing they are! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get great service, even if you live really far, its worth the drive!

I rarely get my nails done, but I decided to tag along with my bestie for some rejuvenation time. Im a bit of a germaphobe so its not easy to get me in a nail salon. This place is super clean and organized. The staff is warm and welcoming. I really felt at home! Thats saying something, if you know me. Thanks for the amazing experience! My toes greatly appreciate you!

Love the staff. I am super picky about my nails. I researched and tested out 4 or 5 places over a year that I received good feedback on. This salon was the least expensive so mistakenly I resisted going thinking the quality would be less as well. Boy was I wrong. I have had my nails done by maybe 4 different technicians over the last 8 months and every single one has been great. Friendly staff, great service, highly recommended.

Worst service. The manager, Tween, and her staff are disrespectful. They do not keep appointment times. My husband and I brought my mother here from the other side of Phoenix. When we arrived, we had to wait for someone to greet us. We were told they took someone else and we would have to wait about an hour. After 45 minutes, we returned and were told to wait another hour. Other people were walking in at the same time and were told to pick out nail polish! We went to get pedicures and luckily we left before catching germs from dirty tools and illegal toenail procedures! RUN!

I lived in Phoenix for 2 years and I went to many places before I found petit nails. I am so glad I did! The energy in the salon is welcoming and calm. They are kind, attentive, and they remember who you are. These people actually care about their customers in an time when that is uncommon. 18months ago I moved from Phoenix to Sedona. I still have no luck in finding a nail salon I like as much as this one. So when I came to Phoenix again for a quick over night trip, I made a point to have my nails done here!! If I am ever in Phoenix from now on, Petit Nails is the only place doing my nails. - Allie

This place does not adhere to appointments and is not up to code. If someone walks in right before a scheduled appointment, these people will take the walk in. We waited 45 minutes only to be told we had to wait an additional hour. They have no respect for anyone’s time. They reuse tools and claim to take care of ingrown toenails. They do not hold a license for ingrown toenails and a medical doctor is not present. I will never go to this place again and I recommend avoiding Petit Nails. The manager, Tween, is rude and disrespectful.

The wait time is usually reasonable for walk ins but if want to wait go during the week between 9 and 11am! The pedicures are amazing. :)

My mother and I went in and got our nails done here. Spent $75 for mine....well thats $75 wasted! The lady who did my nails made them crooked and was not gentle. Had to get them fixed else where. What a disappointment. The same goes for my mothers nails as well

I will NEVER go to this place. I called to ask what was included in a shellac manicure I saw on their website and they go to inform me that they dont offer that and then the lady who could barely speak English started arguing with me about it. False advertising 100%. So unprofessional and illegal. Never go here unless you want to be lied to about everything!
