All the ladies were really nice and friendly. Taken care of immediately. The x-rays were extensive. No wait for the doctor. I did feel however, that they were pushing dentures on me without much discussion. I went for a bad tooth and was prescribed antibiotics for a week with a return visit in one week.

My visit with Aspen Dental was pleasant. The staff was great as well as the doctor herself. I let them know what I wanted and they didnt waste my time by trying to detour me into other work that was not needed, we got right to business. I was very please how it all took place and would definitely recommend this office for all dental needs to anyone

If you want your appointments repeatedly canceled and then receive texts from their automated system telling you you missed an appointment they themselves had canceled, well, then they are decent.

The experience was professional, caring and very competent from the moment we contacted this office. The registration on line from the corporate entity was challenging, but the local staff were extraordinary and most helpful. From the moment we were greeted (my spouse and I did this together) everything was handled promptly, professionally and competently. The exam was very thorough, and the results were clearly shared with us. The caring attitude of each member of the staff team put us at ease and added to the confidence we have for the care we have been afforded. I would highly recommend the Klamath Falls practice of Aspen Dental with highest marks, and am pleased to have them care for our dental needs.

Its appalling how dishonest these people were after the Dentist Dr. Khatkar botched a simple procedure. Even after Khatkar admitted her initial error in pinching a nerve! Had to pay for additional procedure with a specialist a month later for a root canal. I also believe the specialist Dr. Achieithner is in cahoots with Aspen Dental and is just as dishonest! I dont write many reviews and normally they are not in a negative tone. Lesson learned...if you do decide to go to Aspen and they refer you to Dr. Achieithner my recommendation find your own specialist!

Went to my appointment and was told they canceled it without telling me and then blamed it on a 3rd party but knew they had already been having trouble them. (If you know its a problem fix it.) Rescheduled appointment and was told the same quoted price by two different employees. The day of the new scheduled appointment they called 3 hours before doubling the cost. They arent worth time and staff was rude.

It was nice that Aspen Dental was able to get me in for an appt 2 days after I called them. However, I went in for a toothache, same one that I have had for the last 2 weeks, hoping to get some relief, but instead I got no relief and $233.00 charged to my dental insurance for a full mouth of exrays and a exam, but no relief. Left there with a plan of nearly $5000. in dental work and a referal to a surgeon. Am I happy about it? No. Maybe for some people this is a good dental office, but I felt there was nothing done for me except a bill and future dental work at the cost of $5000. I have my own dentist, but I am not able to see him or get relief from my pain until July 10th, hoping I would get some from this dentist office, but wishful thinking on my part. Good luck to the rest of you in youre mission on finding a dentist that gives help in this town. Honestly I can understand why any kind of insurance is expensive, for I think they are taken advantage of by anyone who can bill them for something or another. Its all comes down to the money!!

I want to start by highlighting that the dental hygienist was VERY professional and HONEST with me, she’s the only reason I didn’t walk out of the office. When I arrived to the office I asked to speak with the Dr. Khatkar and asked her to please remove the gingival irrigation from my treatment and after 20+ minutes of her arguing with me about it, unfortunately I agreed as I would like to think I could trust her. Let me add, I am a young healthy person with zeroproblems with my gums or teeth, I simply wanted to basic cleaning. After the hygienist took one look at my mouth she said there’s no way she would ever preform that on me and I absolutely did not need that done. Kudos to her for being honest and saving me an extra bill. I believe Dr. Khatkar has a goal of getting in the patients pockets and taking extra money. After reading other reviews with a similar experience to mine, I suggest looking for a different dentist to save time and money :)

My first consultation here was great !I have had dentures for almost 7 years that were done elsewhere by a dentist who really messed up.I was very impressed with the Dr and staff at Aspen Dental. They were very professional and so caring and kind and did not act like car salesmen... Lol. I now have hope of having a great new smile again 😊

Very disappointed today. I had an appt this morning for 11:30. Got there about 5 minutes early. The place was totally locked up. Called them to see what was up, no answer. Ended up leaving 2 voice mails. Another lady walked up who also had an appt. She was not happy. Her and I went to back door and knocked. Not a soul around!. So went to my car and set there until almost 12:15. Watched 3 other people and a fed ex delivery vehicle come up, and go to door. No luck. Not a great way to do business. Other than this, I have been very happy with Aspen. They are very efficient and friendly. So who knows what happened. But would have appreciated a call to reschedule since I drove 35 minutes to get there!!

This is my second visit to an Aspen Dental office. This visit was even better than the first. Jasmine was particularly professional, efficient and pleasant. I appreciate being assigned a single assistant/aide throughout the visit who ensured I was alway comfortable and had every question answered. They are thorough and fair priced. I’ll be back and highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Great first time visit. Beyond there concern for your oral hygiene, they all did an amazing job at keeping me at my most comfortable through every process. I had an absolute amazing experience with my first appointment. The girls were very kind and very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand and what I really liked was they were very straight forward, no sugar coating anything which I loved!!!! The friendliness of the staff was 5 stars for me, especially their office manager. So was the speed at which you can make an appointment (I was able to get an appointment 2 days after scheduling).However, the practices themselves were questionable. The Dentist wanted $1100 for a routine cleaning, and refused to treat my cracked tooth otherwise. When I said I absolutely could not afford that, she didnt budge. I feel like its antithetical to pitch an $1100 cleaning as a prerequisite to a crown to prevent infection, but allowing that same patient to walk around with a cracked tooth knowing it will inevitably require extraction/antibiotics.I dont think Ive ever seen a more obvious cash grab in a dental setting. She definitely did NOT care about the safety of the tooth, because letting it remain cracked is far more dangerous than any treatment she couldve provided today.I would definitely recommend checking out Premiere Care Dental BEFORE going here, unless its an emergency and you need new care ASAP.

I had just gotten my top two wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. Todd. AMAZING! He was so smooth that I didnt even know that he pulled the first one out and so the second was just as easy. No yanking or anything uncomfortable whatsoever. Went back to work a few hours later. I could not believe how easy this visit was. I just have to make sure with follow up instructions. Feeling really good today by the way. Thank you!!!

Perhaps one of the worst customer service experience Ive ever dealt with. Had a cleaning/fillings in November, unbeknownst to me, they had a new dentist that came on board that was NOT an in network dentist and they never told me, and never indicated that there would be an issue or that this was new dentist. I paid what was due, only to get billed an additional $200 for their lack of communication. I have spent 8 months trying to get my money back, and have been getting nothing but the runaround! Their Peace of Mind promise, which on their website states No Surprises Your Aspen Dental practice will provide a clear, detailed estimate on the cost of your treatment plan in writing so you know what to expect is untrue. I was refused a request to speak to the regional manager. I want my $200 that I paid (only for the avoidance of being sent to collections) back!

I had an emergency to go see a dentist and these guys were the only ones open in a hundred mile radius. They got me in the following day. My exam and xrays were free, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The doctor, i cant remember his name off hand was very knowledgeable and friendly as were all his staff. Even the nurses made me feel at home. They scheduled an appointment for some minor surgery, and Ill be back the next week. I will definitely be a returning patient, and will reccomend them to my friends.

Unable to get dental care due to financing! Your credit history (which has been in repair for 2 years but nothing dropped yet) should not be a reason to just shove you outdoors without a goodbye. But...thats all that seemed to matter. I wish alternative options had been available or I would not be in HORRID pain today. Dr Todd is an awesome and gentle, caring person, as were the staff. But to be poked, prodded and dug into, only to find I would be going home worse than when I got there was disheartening when all I needed was at least one tooth pulled asap! The rest could have been planned out. Almost 7 THOUSAND quoted!!! THIS is how seniors are treated?

Seeing the dentist is never something someone looks forward to. I saw Dr. Bernard to have a molar pulled. I was anxious and starting to make myself sick. All the staff was so compassionate. It helped make a painful experience much more.doable. Very professional and caring folks. Highly reccomend.

I was hurt tremendously by this practice BUT I am proud to say Klamath Falls OR is the birthplace of the Boycott Aspen Dental movement that was born out of the atrocity of me losing a tooth over a simple crown replacement (OUCH)! Readers, persistence did NOT pay off which forced Aspen Dental B.A.D. to be founded. ADMI stuck their disabled victim with a 10k bill, and seemed to enjoy themselves as they did it. THATS RIGHT, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I suffered enormous pain (tooth finally had to be extracted), continue to suffer, and Aspen Dental never one time showed any concern. Reception and billing were easy to deal with, friendly and competent.Periodontist was efficient, considerate and cool.I got a blue-tooth enabled electric toothbrush that has a dedicated app devoted to analyzing my brushing pattern in order to suggest incremental brushing technique development...........:) Thumbs Up!

Got a good replacement fillling installed by Dentist Dr. Bernhardt. However, the billing department treated me like a walk-in with no insurance and at first told me I would have to pay the entire amount; then, they hadnt called to request the correct billing amount from the insurance, they billed me for deductible when I have none; they quoted me my prior insurance cost (it changed), so I am not very happy about that whole experience. In all, I paid them $75 more than I need to, and I had to pay before I even walked in the exam room. And I dont know how long it will take them to correct the billing and get me my refund. Thinking about changing dental companies.

Everyone I worked with were all very pleasant and helpful. They really take away that fear if the dentist. Love this place.

Overall, it was a step a head from my previous dentist. The only complaint I have was the fluoride treatment I was given during my cleaning; at no point before or during my treatment was I told that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I would recommend you tell your patients that the treatment may be at an extra cost before proceeding with it.

Had a bad experience at another dental office in Klamath. Needed to go to another dentist to get checked out after. Chose Aspen because it is close to my work. After my experience at the other dental office I am rather frightened of dentists, I explained this to the gal that gave me my appointment on the phone. When I got to my appointment I was still super nervous. The staff at Aspen Dental were very kind and compassionate. I am happy to say that they are my dental office now! They really go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office.

Great environment, nice people the only problem was I had some extractions done. I informed them I was planning to get implants, well they pulled the teeth for way less then my other Doctor. But did not inform me that I should have a bone graph done as well, due to the fact my bone would be to thin for an implant. Now I have no teeth and can not get an implant because it has now healed and the bone is to thin. So one star they are lucky I do not sue!

After many years of neglecting my teeth, they handled my fears and anxieties and immediately put me at ease, and were very caring. I have had over $8000 of dental work done here. Now they want 600 more or I dont get the warranty on my denture. It has taken 2.5 years just to finish my lower denture.

Mostly positive . Extremely capable assistants. The dentists vary. Very good to work with.However do to there volume of clients adjustment of denture is ok but slow.They are very busy..I have to return for hopefully the last adjustment.I would recommend a spin deflect to others.My experience with all the workers was very good.The people there are people that care. Dedication is apparent.

My first visit to Aspen Dental was a consultation for dentures. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, even asking if I wanted a cup of coffee or water because the Dr. was delayed longer than anticipated. I got my free consultation for dentures and my Dr. gave me so much information and suggestions of different ways to obtain a healthy good looking smile. He saved me money! I qualified for their payment program in minutes and appts were made to get my work done. These people are truly all about their patients. I can’t wait for my next appt.

Made an apt. Had two missed calls with no voicemail regarding what the call was for. One text reminding me of my apt. Got off work early, 30 min, to make it to my apt and as im walking to my car i called too see what they were calling for and the receptionist tells me my apt was cancelled because i did not confirm that i was going to go to my apt.Just a little advice, when your receptionists call, it would be great if they leave a messages.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Klamath Falls, OR. I had several teeth pulled and left the office wearing temporary dentures! I opted to have the procedure done under a local anesthesia and Dr Bettencourt was amazing. I had ZERO pain throughout the procedire, he and all of his staff were calm and made sure to ask if I was doing okay while he worked. Ive seen many dentists in my life and this was the best experience ive ever had. If youre looking for a great dentist with a warm and friendly staff please give A span a try. Im just sorry I didnt find them sooner.

Had to wait 45 mins for the dentist to show up. The young lady who did the x-rays was great. The prices quoted for me were way to high, if thats the going rate now I dont see how anybody on a fixed income can afford dental work!

I received great friendly care/service in a reasonable amount of time. I got lucky and they had someone call and cancel their Teeth Cleaning appointment while I was there, so I got to do one stop shopping. New intake with all the xrays, exam by dentist, oral cancer screening, teeth cleaning, and fluoride treatment. I had initially expected to have to come back for the last half, but due to their cancellation they were able to work me right in. Saved me another trip to the dentist.

The dental office uses advance equipment and the dentist and assistants have been great. However they need to work on the front office personnel. I have had issues from day one with them on insurance. My insurance was changed this year and I informed the person making my appointment to verify my insurance. The day of the appointment it was cancelled due to incorrect information on my insurance at the office. My appointment was rescheduled. The office person said she would call me back with my cost. She never did so I called the day before. I called three time during that day and the person did not have 10 minutes to call me back. Finally the day of the appointment I received my cost. The person did apologize for not calling me back. She had a week to call me with a total! I hope the insurance issues are behind us. I really like the dentist and dental assistants.

I was a first time patient and they saw me early when I showed up because I was in so much pain. They were gentle and caring. The consultant worked with me financially, easing the out of pocke expense, since I have no insurance. I will return for future needs!

I broke my bottom rear molar and needed a crown. The dentist did a great job, adequate pain management and quick removal of the old tooth. The assistant, however, took about 5 tries to place the temporary, eventually she had to use permanent adhesive. Waited three weeks and went back for the permanent tooth. I asked if she was going to numb me, to which she responded I wouldnt need it. The assistant began to cut off the temporary with a grinding tip on exposed dentin with NO novacaine (or whatever they use these days). Needless to say it was like having a real tooth ground off with no pain control. She tried AGAIN, after I said it hurt. She really seemed to not care at all that this was one of the more painful physical events in my life. Eventually she had the dentist come in and numb me. She was dismissed for the day, presumably, because a new assistant came in with the dentist.I will be moving to a different dentist, who removes even a temporary tooth that has been applied with permanent adhesive? I will be moving to a new dentist in Medford after, once again, having a terrible customer service experience in Klamath Falls.

The technicians x-ray and assess you before you actually get any requested service. They then provide a personalized program for you and schedule you for the actual work. The actual work is friendly and professional. They use a lot of notifications and follow-up to minimize missed appointments or uncertainty about the services performed.
