Best nail salon I have been to. The staff were very professional and friendly. Following the covid guidelines to a tee. My nails are absolutely gorgeous. Took my mother in out for her birthday. She had a reference photo and they followed it so well. The final product is great and the process was to. I dont get my nails done often but, I might now.

These people do an amazing job and when I say amazing I mean it to the 10th power. I had a set last me over 6 weeks without any show of growth, chips in the polish, or anything whatsoever. They were pristine and absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly atmosphere personable people I highly recommend

This is only the 2nd time I had been here - I went in for a fill, it was basically the same price as my original set. The woman working on my nails was practically trying to twist my fingers off my hand - to the point where my hands hurt for an hour after. Not even 2 days later two of the recent/expensive/painful fills popped off and had to be superglued back on. I will not be coming back here ever again.

I love this place have been going forever. Always get my eyebrows done here. Dont let anyone else do them. And love how they do nails anytime I go in and ask for a certain look or detail. It gets done and comes out amazing. ❤❤

I witnessed one of their workers, if not the owner. Unsure... Literally told a customer she had to wait a hour, in which the lady did outside, she then came back about 45 minutes later just to be told by the same lady. That one of the Techs wasn’t going to service the lady, once asked why couldn’t you have told me? I was waiting all this time. She nonchalantly said “I don’t know sorry”. Then preceded to say that they won’t do her nails anymore. That is horrible especially because everytime I have gone she had carried the same ugly attitude. Will no longer visit. I understand they have the right to refuse service but not to waste anyone’s time and having them wait for nothing.

The nail technicians and owner are all very very nice and welcoming. I’ve never been able to walk into a salon and get seated right away so friendly. They asked several times if I loved my nails before I left their salon which is very courteous. I don’t live in the area but plan to be back. I appreciate their prices as well. Thank you!

Honestly, it was one of my first times being in a nail salon and the guy up front was extremely disrespectful. We were asking about pricing and he said, “You guys are wasting my time. Get out.” So we calmly left because we’re better than that. We’re just glad we didn’t waste our money at this place. If questions about your pricing annoy you, you shouldn’t own a business.

Love this place and how they do my pedicures but the only thing that ruins the vibe is this particular employee that’s the greeter not too sure what her name is but she’s extremely rude ! She’s never been rude to me personally but my few visits I’ve seen how rude she can be with new customers that come in. She shouldn’t be in a work place like that if she has such low patience and tolerance towards anybody

Really rude if I could I would give them 0 starsWe went there and my daughter was going to get her nails done started looking and touching a hand mannequin then the manager started yelling at her .I explained in a very calm way that she was going to get her nails done but still he said and I quote I dont care tell your daughter to stop playing with the nails he told us that he was not going to get our nails done then he told us to leave . Some clients there told us that if we wanted to call the police that they were going to be an eye witnesse account in our favor. I left so my daughter would be ok now. I felt so humiliated. I would never recommend that place and will never go there again

Beautiful nails done by 2 ladies (Tuna and Angie) but I cannot say the same for the manager. The person they call the manager is the oldest male in the shop with a nasty attitude and poor customer service. Definitely should not be in a superior position such as manager. He was very rude, made major mistakes when doing my full set and overcharged me. Otherwise; the nice, talented young woman whom told me her name was Tuna did an absolutely excellent job on my nails, better than anyone else in the 3 years Ive had acrylics. I will be requesting her from here on out. Thank you! Another young woman, Angie, did my nails exceptionally well a few months prior, in 2015. Thank you very much to her as well. Both ladies deserved the nice little tip that was left for them. The manager received none.

. The guy that did my nails was phenomenal. I got right in. After I was done, I tipped what I could, and the manager said something about me. Dont know what, but you could tell he was aggravated. He might need a little customer service etiquette. Dont talk about your clients until after they leave !!!! Just saying

Love it here. They do quality work. Havw my nails on 4 weeks with 1 fill at 3 weeks and havent had any of them pop off. They look good too.

The one who did my nails and pedi was great (Angie) had been going there for several months but the last time I went I called ahead and the manager said come right in and when I got there he told me there would be a 1 hour wait and I could not make an appointment with Angie and when I said I had just spoke with him and he said come right over he said they only do walk in now. I have not been back since too bad Angie does not work somewhere else as she is terrific but not worth putting up with the manager

Im so sorry to hear of the other bad experiences.I have been going to Shiny Nails now for over 10 years Really for my nails, pedicures and my eyebrows they are polite and professional. I know the entire staff, Leon his great patience to put with me ...Yes they are always busy because they do such great work. I lived all of the valley but I will still drive to them for service. Not only that my mother in a nursing home shes a diabetic I bring her in for services and my sister drive from Scottsdale to see themI would definitely recommend them. Tell them Anita sent you😉😊

There is this lady that “works” there and she just sits and stares rudely at customers. She always has an unpleasant attitude. I’ve never seen her doing any nails or anything just sitting there at the front asking what you need when someone walks in. The whole vibe after is just ruined because she comes off like that.

Ive been going here for 5 years and have always left satisfied. The staff is friendly and professional. Just got a pedi by Kevin he is new, but did a wonderful job.

I just went today to get a full set acrylic and they did a very poor job. My nails didnt match up in size there was acrylic still left under my nails and the manager had bad service skills. I recommend only going to get a pedicure.

Didnt like it at all. I went there because I had limited time and its close to my job. not only was there miscommunication, but a took a while for the girls to decide whom would do em, out of the 3 the older lady got up. she seemed liked she didnt wanna do em cuss she lacked on her job. My nails were different sizes, crooked and bumpy. All of them had something wrong. I got home, fixed them with my filer and shaper myself. And re painted them. not going back, def. Do not recommend.

Leon was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He was fast, clean and very good. The salon is older but they still are clean. It wasnt busy when I went but I drove by later and it was packed. Great job Leon!

I came In with my daughters to have two pedicures and manicure I received a Horrible attitude told me they only have gel colors that the 30 colors on the wall are the only ones then I asked if they had the regular and gel color for a color and he said they don’t that i need to stop being cheap it wasn’t the fact that they didn’t have the regular gel it was the attitude and rudeness, ignored me while I asked. I had been coming here off and on for years but I will never come here again smh

I am always back an forth with this place.The older lady does eyebrows perfect!! Thats the biggest reason why, I never found someone that can do them as well as she does.But, its very busy duee to there affordable prices an they are arent very friendly or welcoming.

I used to love this place! Until I went in asking for the lady that did my pedis. The owner was super loud and rude to me, told me She No Longer Works Here! And turned around. Well thanks:/ So I went elsewhere, and found a better deal.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Literally writing this review as I’m sitting in their parking lot. I called ahead of time and was told to come in because they do not take appointments, only walk ins. I go in and ask for a mani/ pedi and a male (didn’t confirm name) tells me that if I am not VIP they can not help me because he has appointments coming in. They close at 6PM, told me to come in at 3:30 then turned me away at 4PM. This is not the first time. I thought maybe the first time I was turned away that maybe they were unusually booked but this time I seen that they simply didn’t want to service me. Open chairs and all. Needless to say, I’ll never even attempt to use these people. MINE nails on 19th ave and Northern took me in and I love them. Cheaper prices, better quality pedicures and polish and extremely nice people on top of that. Visit MINE Nails for a better service and experience!

Such poor service. Tech got irritated at me for wiping hand on towel, not holding my fingers properly, for her hand smudging the polish, and for me not putting my hand in the uv light in a way that would make it turn on! Crazy!! Not sure how they keep business with this attitude. Too bad. I like my nails but wont be back.

There is never anyone there to do eyebrows. There is always an excuse as to why she isn’t there. There are better places out there😊 keep looking

My sister and I only go here! We love it!! Weve gone to other places and their prices were too expensive for simple things or the people who worked there were rude. But not at shiny nails! The people are always friendly and they exceed our expectations every time! Just love them!!!!

This place was very bad. Asked for square nails with a flower design and came out with a messed up flower and nails that Were not square . Never again it look nothing like the picture I showed .

My mom and I went to get our nails done there and we received bad service. one of the guys was rude to us and to top it off my mom got fungus on both her hands and feet from getting acrylic nails and a basic pedicure. DONT GO THERE!!!
