Three times Ive tried to be seen for services and all three times the wait has been way too long, or when staff has been told I would come back the next morning, allows walk ins to skip ahead. Refuses to bring in more help. Ive been a loyal customer for 5+ years and I have never been treated so awful. I tip way better than most of the clientel that show up, and yet this is what happens. Ill go elsewhere, thank you. I advise... Do better!

The owner at the front was very rude..I am a customer from December 2020 and because of her attitude Im never going back. They open at 9am I got there at 9:06am all staff was already busy.she said I have to wait 3hrs i said ok then she said there are other nails salon i could go to..like seriously..how could u say that let me decide that..and she said she dont care how she sounded or how I feel..so I just cross my name out and left..I got my nails done somewhere else.and the service was exceptional..

It was a very rushed job. My nails are shaped weird and he wouldn’t listen to fix them. I was told it would be 36 and they charged my card 46 and refused to acknowledge they messed up or refund the extra 10 they ran on my card I gave a cash tip the person who I spoke with was rude and told me I was lying and my bank statement was wrong

I’ve been a customer for year, but let me say, this place has been remodeled to be COVID FREE! Love that the owner takes COVID serious while being able to keep her business open.Right when you arrive they will take your temperature, ask you to wash your hands, and have everything set up as needed in this time of a Pandemic.Thank you for everything! 💅🏻

Me and my best friend got her nails done here they were so nice they take your temperature and then make sure you wash your hands they did the design perfect and it was so clean and they talk to you and they ask you how you want your nails before they just go and do it and ask you for looks good I will definitely go back

Well, had to do our reset (over the road truck driver team) in Phoenix and decided to get my nails done while shopping for some truck stuff at Walmart. Decided to be wild with an almond shape again and a mood changing gel polish. Kevin is awesome!!!!! Thanks

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! I swear the people there are so rude & have no customer service skills what so ever. I went in to get a full set, the guys that did my nails was so rude! I asked for 2 different type of designs & all he would say was “we don’t do that”. I had asked for long nails & received short ones. When I told them that’s not how I wanted them all he said was “that’s the best I can do” . I would recommend not to spend your money here!

In the beginning I ask her if she could do a certain design and she said yes, but by the end when she was trying to do it, she kept saying she couldn’t and that it was better if I left it blank. She kept rushing and did a lot of mistakes on my nails. She also kept telling me she wanted to go home and it was barely 6:10 and they close at 7pm...I wanted diamonds at the end and she purposely put oil right away and her co-worker yelled at me and said “she can’t put anything anymore because she applied oil!.” I was deeply unsatisfied. They really don’t care about your wants or needs.

WORST place to get your nails done. The people were VERY rude. I asked for a full set . I sat down and asked if i could see if they had more colors and the lady got a rude and was like “ god isn’t that enough already ” when there really wasnt. I seen a lot other colors behind the counter but she didnt even let me look and while i was waiting, she told this young guy to do my nails. He was on his phone half the time and didn’t even do them how I wanted. I asked for coffin and they didn’t even come out like that. They looked squared. Then when he polished them, they came out horrible! They had bubbles in them and looked weren’t even close to the same length. I recommend never to come here and wasted your money.

The best place for nails and pedi

Extremely nice and accommodating staff. I wear extremely long nails (so people say) and I am fascinated by the price I receive for fills and so forth. This place is really worth trying. Although it can get a bit cramped during busy times (after 4PM on Fridays and all day on weekends) the staff has an uncanny way of getting everyone in and seated.Enjoy!

My sister visited this place today and was assaulted by the Male technician..She was told that she couldnt have my nephew in the shop which Ive never heard of this as she was leaving he proceeded to push her out absolutely unacceptable she was not yelling or being difficult and should have never been treated this way worst place ever I dont recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and to be treated with respect and professionalism....#shutitdown

Ive gone there twice. My first time I had Kevin. He is very much requested. It wasnt the BEST experience but my nails looked good and they lasted perfectly for 2 weeks so I was satisfied with his work. The 2nd time, I had Kathy. Better experience. I could tell that the regular customer get treated WAY better than new ones. Its like they dont care if they scare away customers. However, the signs say $20 acrylic. I chose medium length nails and was charged an additional $5 for length. That charge is not mentioned in the sign. Also, my index, middle and pinkie nails were completely crooked and I didnt notice until after the polish was on so it wasnt fixable. Lastly, 2 days after I got them done.. My index finger nail snapped while putting on my shoes!! It broke in half and the price to replace was : $5 to remove other half, $5 to fix, $3 for polish. I have hated my experiences here and wont come back.

Such very nice people. I accidentally left my new nail polish behind. It took me a long time to remember where I had last been with the bottle. A week later, this salon still had it and had it in a locked cabinet. This was super nice of them.

Horrible service. Terribly rude and would never go back. I waited nearly 2 hours to get my nails done. I watched as customer after customer was taken care of and left before I was taken care of. My hands where left in acetone for far too long. When it became too painful and I tried to take them out, they argued with me and tried to get me to put them back in. It was the worst experience ever. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Had a manicure the place is super dirty but I figured that it was a manicure and couldn’t go wrong. It’s a simple request. Turns out I guess it can go wrong because “Toni” said “you want to pay me incase I mess up you can’t get mad” so this place doesn’t trust their customers clearly. They probably have people angry all the time. I will look for a place that trusts me not assumes the worst.

I have been going to this shop for over a year and I put up with there rudeness and disrespect for the last time today . I went in for fill and pedicure, signed in and the lady in the front said nothing . I then went to the atm to receive money because I’m always being charge 5 to 10 dollars extra.. I then returned an sat down no one said anything. After 30 minutes of waiting I was recognized by the lady in the front . I had my pedi first which hurt and not pleasant for example polish was on my skin and digging .. After finishing I sat there for 10 min and a lady just signed in and sat in the chair and start getting her nails done .. I stated to in the front lady that I was waiting first and wanted my nails done .. she stated I thought u was waiting for tony (guy) I said no not today, I can get anyone today .. she stated in aggressive tone well when you come in need u to Tell me .. I replied when I came no one said anything to me ..she said u giving me a headache shh.. then the short girl said something smart .. so I just paid and said no long will they get my money ..It’s sad how they talk and treat people .. I seen many people leave and say they will never come back for example that don’t like kids on the phone which helps entertain them, people on the phone, pictures or anyone telling them about there mistakes..Please do not go to this location and they improve on the communication skills and service ..

The owner the one that sits in the front is def not customer service friendly. She is bossy and very rude! When she was doing my nails i advised her that one nail was not okay and she got upset and started to argue with me, i told her you asked for my opinion and I’m giving it to you, once i told her that she rushed me off her chair and said I’m not doing your nails again . KEVIN is the only reason I’ll go back since he is sweet and kind when doing my pedicures.

Very rude staff!!!! Went in today to get a full set was told there was about a 2 hour wait I decided to stay and wait outside the salon. After about waiting for 30 minutes, my 2 year old asked for my phone to look at a movie. Kevin the rudest employee there told me to turn down the volume on my babies movie which was not loud at all.... Plus we were not even inside the salon de were in the walmart hallway outside the salon he was extremely rude about it. They lost 3 customers today my mom and sister were also with me and we left and will no longer go back. Please stop giving your money to these people who cant even get their customer service right!!!!

The lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me until I said something, so she told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I came back 30 minutes later and kindly asked her if I would have to wait a couple more minutes since I had waited already. She then told me “ you can leave if you want” . Like excuse me ? I did not just wait 30 min to be told to leave.She was being very rude. I also noticed they were letting others in who were Caucasian. ALL before the Mexican girl who was there first (me). I’ve been coming here for over a year and the ONLY reason I stayed going there was because of Johnny, he’s the only one who never seems to make any rude remarks. But because of the rude customer service from the the front desk lady I will no longer go back.

First time at this shop & I just got my nails done last week & i payed for Gel nails that are suppose to last 2-3 weeks. 2nd week having my nails a nail pops off barely any glue on it what it seems . So i call and tell Cathy (if that’s how you spell it) about it she says to come in they will fix it. I go in and she’s like you told you were here an hour ago i said i never stated that over the phone otherwise i wouldn’t be here & she’s like you have to pay $5 to get it fixed after she had just stated over the phone that she would fix it . Gel nails never break within a week of having it that’s the purpose of paying extra to have them last longer. The nail literally just fell off . Won’t go here again !

Worst Nail place! Nails started to come up after a few days having them done. Went in to have them fixed and they didn’t want to fix them! This was my favorite nail shop to go to but not anymore, Also I was told that I should go to another nail shop because they didn’t want to redo my nails.

I used to go for years, but dont go any longer. The techs are good but they are always busy, it is cramped, and when I asked one of the male techs to please remove the toe separators they create from paper towels, he sarcastically said that it wasnt that hard, all you have to do is bend over and pull out. I KNOW how to remove, but didnt want to take a chance in smudging the polish. Sure it is a little thing, but sometimes that is all it takes. Havent been back in over a year.

They are extremely rude here! I had a picture of the simplest design and KEVIN didnt want to do it because it was packed. So I got my nails done a different way anyways and in the process of getting my nails done they were so rude to an older woman like literally yelling at her and a women in a wheelchair right after that. I was on the verge of walking on during the process but I needed them done. And my pinky nail ended up so to the side I needed to get it fixed somewhere else. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! KEVIN THE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES.

Horrible place! I wish I could give 0 stars. The stuff is so rid, especially one, she call herself Tony. She always has Bluetooth on her ear and tolking to somebody else every day all day long which is very annoying. I was witnessing like one customer was not happy and asked another technician correct her nails. The technician started making faces and did not want to redy it.

Rude Rude. Not clean. Board of health needs to go there. No personal attention. Just getting you in and out!!! I took a lyft here yesterday..told me come in. Ha! Spent 17.00 and 15 min later no no no no were done. Why tell me to come then? Its nasty anyway. I found a real salon, a gem. Shes awesome and professional. And not all that mess. I went there 05/07/2016They open before time that was great. But there was a lady came in a wheel chair and she was there 8:15 a.m. and they took everybody else before her they did get to her until 10:00 am snd no these people didnt have appointment. For this reason I will never go there again. She was telling them dail a ride would be back for her and they didnt care. And Mike was very neat and the lady that sit at the first table as you walk in. I will be going all the way with this i will be reporting them because sje wasnt treat fairly.

This used to be my go to place for my long nails and pedicures. But its overly crowded and the wait is too long. Im not gonna wait 3 hours for a seat.

My girl friend and her Nana went into there and due note her aunt is paralyzed on one side so she cant move her left arm... and they bitched about doing her nails because she is Paralyzed on her left side....SO now i will take this to 3TV for this kinda of bullshit... because its uncalled for....

So Im getting married in three days and I went in here like I have for the last 10 years,well needless to say I wont be going back EVER!! The new guy they had in there was EXTREMELY unprofessional. On top of that he cut my cuticle after swearing up and down that the machine doesnt cut people. Worst experience Ive ever had here.

NAILS ARE DONE WELL BY MOST OF THEIR NAIL TECHNICIANS BUT THEY ARE ADDING A LOT OF EXTRA CHARGES TO YOUR BILL. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING TO REMOVE REGULAR NAIL POLISH!!! NOT SURE IF I WILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN.

I was told by my friends and one of the employees that acrylic was $22 for one color but then when I was getting my nails done they said $30 and I told them that wasn’t right then they said it was $27 and it I still said that it wasn’t right and it should be $22 but she then try to lie to me saying it’s $27 for either one colors or two and she was going to make me pay before she did the acrylic but she did all the acriylic first for my friends then have them pay before they would get painted I was very respectful and quiet while I was there I feel like racism was a big factor in my terrible experience there if I could rate it’s no stars I would I wasn’t about to pay for unfinished garbage nails and one of the ladies cut me
