Hannah the receptionist is so cool and nice! She was the best part of my experience here, although everyone was very nice I was disappointed in the final result of my Mani and Pedi.My nail technician told me she could not do ombre nails so I settled for pink and white french tips. She took an extremely long time and was hurried along by the other technicians. So she painted on the tips and they were streaked immediately.Because my manicure took so long the woman who did my pedicure could not Do gel polish like I asked. It was all so rushed. I liked the people, but I will not be back.

Took my 4yr old daughter for her 1st mani/pedi on Valentines....and today, again. Theyre so good with her and make her feel soooo special! I think I created a monster💅 lol

I’m pretty disappointed in our experience here. This place has a great vibe and is priced as though the services are higher end than the competition, but there are only about 25 powder colors to chose from and we only received about a 30 second massage on both our hands and feet for the most expensive pedicure and manicure options. I would’ve thought for $100 a person, our experience would’ve been more memorable as that’s the main reason I tried this place as opposed to my regular salon while my cousin was in town visiting.Had the massages been literally anything more than what we received, my review would be different.

It is not just about the free mimosas/wine/beer! The service has been amazing, I have only been here twice, but it has been fabulous both times. My feet feel fantastic, I had the seaweed moisturizing mask today and Im not sure if I like this better than the paraffin wax.... Both great ways to leave your feet feeling soft and smooth. Love the color selection. In the sun this color looks like a soft lilac... And I was pleasantly surprised since I thought I had chose a deeper pearl color.

M3V Nail Bar was exactly what we needed for some self love and pampering on a Sunday! We didnt have an appointment but they didnt mind. We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and immediately we were impressed by the boutique style decor. The menu of services had something a variety of price points and the drink menu was definitely a pleasant surprise!We were lucky to have Janelle (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) who has a very friendly demeanor and strong hands. She took excellent care of us and was a joy to talk to. She even recommended a place to grab a bite after we finished, which we did!The salon is very elegantly decorated, clean and welcoming with an intimate atmosphere in an open setting. The drinks were perfect, we tried the mimosas and were delighted with the variety of tasty choices. We were also offered chocolates and candies, both of which we enjoyed a lot! Were planning on returning to try some of the other drinks and services soon.Although we only got pedicures today, M3V offers a variety of services which we cannot wait to try. It is definitely worth the drive to be pampered and the staff really took the time to make us feel welcomed, even letting us sit and finish our drinks without hurrying us along at all!If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Thank you for the wonderful experience M3V!🥰😍🤩💖💅

I went here for the first time on Mothers day with 3 friends hoping for a fun memorable experience. The technician made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not get the color or design that I asked for. My friends were not happy with their pedicures. It was not a good/fun experience at all.

My bestie and I had the greatest time today! The owner was so sweet and offered us treats and drinks right away (they serve soft drinks too) and she didn’t make us feel rushed at all when choosing our colors. We both got beautiful glitter gradient pedicures from our awesome techs who were down to earth, friendly, and did an amazing job on our pedicures. (Thanks, Kim! Sadly, I didn’t get the name of my friend’s tech but she was awesome!) I discovered The M3V Nail Bar on Groupon and I’m so glad I did because it exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back!

Ive gone to M3V twice now and really enjoyed the experience both times. I wish I remembered the lady I saw the first time but she was great. Today, I was with David and really loved him. Hannah, at the front desk, is always smiling and happy. Everyone here is friendly and nice to be around - great place!

I visit this place last week and Im extremely unsatisfied with the work that I had done. I paid $55 plus a $5 tip for coffin tip acrylic nails. I believe the lady name was Martina blonde hair. But the shape of the nails was not right nor did she polish the nail all the way around. Two of my nails fell off already due to the lady putting the fake nail so close to the end of my actual nail. The nail feels flimsy and ready to snap at any moment.The place itself was great also the atmosphere was great. They just need better nail stylist.

Good customer service, a little too expensive for me though. Basic pedicure cost $40, where Im used to $22 and get more for less. Still an awesome place and you can get your drink on lol

My friends and I were treated like an inconvenience by our nail techs because we wanted to be able to drink our prosecco on Mothers day without our masks on. My nail tech literally wanted me to just pull it down when I wanted a drink. The mandate has been lifted and were all vaccinated. We didnt have a problem wearing a mask walking through the salon but to make us wear one in between sips is ridiculous. My moms nail tech wouldnt even talk to her, just whisper to the girl next to her. So rude and it wasnt cheap!

This is no longer Nail bar, as it implies in the photos there are drinks here, this is now known as A+ Nails and lashes, and they continued to mess up my nails, my sister didnt say anything also has the same experience, my mother paid over $250 for mani and pedi.. sad experience..Update. I think they took down my last post, but went to the updated nail bar from the previous address. Never coming back. Nail polish didnt stay on, and the receptionist was rude. Only the alcohol and humor was good at this location.. wasted $70 on nail polish that didnt stay on for a week..

My experience was great! I recommend Marlin and Colleen. Marlon did my acrylics and Colleen did my mothers toes and Marlin was very thorough and kind!

The nail tech didnt apply a base coat before applying color. The top coat peeled and my nail color clipped within two days. This was a dip polish. They also have a small dip color selection. $53.00 including a 18% tip, would not recommend. Amazing!! Another customer had bad experience two weeks earlier and their offered correction service. And all I get is thank you, have a good week. Whats up with that?

Nicole does an amazing job on my hard gels! I am sensitive, particular, and very protective of my nails. Nicole takes excellent care of me every time. At my most recent visit I brought my eight-year-old daughter with me. Marlin did a childrens manicure for her, and we are incredibly pleased with how it came out! This was her first time getting her nails done, and she has not stopped talking about it. We got her nails done for a special occasion, and Marlin did an amazing job of making the event memorable. Everyone there is very attentive. They definitely have our business for the long haul.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times (I’m the guy who likes the occasional pedicure). This spot is awesome and the service is FANTASTIC (techs are amazing btw). The loss in star is that something isn’t right with their listing on google. I called yesterday to book us in and made the reservation with no problem with the number listed on Google Maps. We showed up today and they had us booked at Desert Ridge - not where I called. Not sure how that happens, but it was a bit annoying. They couldn’t get us in this location today, so I can chalk it up to miscommunication. Just disappointed... not a fan of the Desert Ridge location and wasn’t going to rush over there because of a phone appointment mishap. Maybe check the numbers match or confirm the location. Guess we try again another day...

I was in town for business and needed a nail fix. Tracy totally took care of me. Got me in immediately and Elizabeth did a great job. All while I enjoyed a great glass of wine! Very clean and very professional. I highly recommend.

I was charged $60 for a basic SNS manicure. A week and a half later my nails were chipping off and cracking. The service is good, but not worth the price for such bad quality. I’m usually able to go at least 3 weeks before needing to go back.

Met my girlfriends for pedicures the weekend of Easter. It was very busy in the salon and we had appointments for our services. Love that you can enjoy an adult beverage and be served chocolates as you sit back and relax. There was light music playing in the background, but noticeably no loud TVs displaying random movies or the news like many other nail salons I have been to. A staff member walk around and offered hand massages to those getting pedicures for an additional cost. Certainly a pleasant experience to be enjoyed with a group of friends.

Terrible experience. My friend and I thought we would have a fun happy hour getting a pedicure. The techs were awful. Not friendly. Not customer oriented. Hurried and bossy. Neither of us received ANY massage time (I chose a $50 package). The male tech also had unusually long (and appeared unclean) fingernails! They didn’t interact or use polite language for what they needed from us. Basically just barking at us and telling us to ‘stop tensing your feet’ (which is what tends to happen when someone’s causing you uncomfortableness or pain!! To which she said ‘did you not want me to do that?’ As if doing it more gently wasn’t even an option)I’ll never go here again; and I’ll never let anyone I know go here without sharing this story.

You dont know what a good mani pedi is until you have gone hear. Atmosphere, service (thank you Elizabeth), quality all 5 starts. I got the cooling moisturizing treatment and would highly recommend it. Did I mention it comes with a free glass of wine? No hesitation to give this place 5 starts.

This place is amazing. I have been going here for about 6 months and it has become like a family to me. The owner Traci is an amazing hostess and so warm and welcoming and my nail tech Toni is the best. I have never been so happy to be at a nailPlace. The fact that they speak English helps too.

Was looking for a nice nail salon in the desert ridge area and found this place. Walked in to what looked like a professional, dressed up atmosphere. The owner was super friendly and inviting, and gave me recommendations for nail colors. My nail tech was also very nice and made sure I was getting my money worth. She offered me 2 drinks...you get a free drink per service. I got 2 free mimosas, one with my mani and one with my pedi. I couldnt complain about that! The pedicure was okay, the nail tech could have applied more pressure when it came to massaging my legs/feet. I would go back but only on a special occasion, as the prices are raised because of drinks being included. I would recommend this place for people celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, girl days.. and that sort of thing. Come check this place out!

Sent my mom here for Mother’s Day and I am simply shocked at the number of stars this place has. She received the worst polish job I have ever seen from a professional. It was sloppily done, her toes had paint all around the nails and spots were missing paint altogether.I reached out to them and the owner never acknowledged my issue or apologized. Instead she was condescending and insulting. I was appalled. If you read through her responses to people’s bad reviews you can see what kind of customer service she offers.Please don’t fall for the chic decor. There are too many other options in north Phoenix.

Love this salon! Great atmosphere in a great location with a variety of nail services. However, google maps says its closed on Sundays, when in fact, it is open. It is only closed on Mondays

Thee worst experience ever and I work for the airline industry. Called made an appointment prior to me walking in for a mani and pedi I had mentioned on the phone with the receptionist or who ever I spoke with that I specified I needed a new set not a fill. Long Story short the lady greeted me with the most inconvenienced expression on her face. She had been holding a bag of what seemed to be her Chinese express take out looking lunch. She was scratching her genitalia stateing she wouldHave no time for my new set. She kept insisting that I was taking her time for her other appointment not until 4pm it was 1:54pm when I showed up for my appointment. I said don’t you close at 7pm yet I was still an inconvenience even though I had made an appointment!

Way overpriced!! I got a gel mani and a French pedi and paid $85 and it is worth $50. It hasn’t been a week yet and one of my nails has already chipped. No to mention with how expensive it was a sugar scrub wasn’t included with a pedi nor was massages for either mani or pedi. Not worth the money at all!

Came in for my 25th birthday (September 2nd) for a Pedicure and Mani-Polish, the two girls who were taking care of me did an absolutely FANTASTIC job. They treated me so well and I felt amazing (it also doesnt hurt that the service included a glass of wine). I now have a new standard set for nail salons, ill be back and also refer to friends and family!

I was so excited to check out this nail bar, Because I had just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to treat my mother to a relaxing pedicure/mother daughter day. When we finished our pedicures, we had done the same exact thing on both our pedicures. The different technitions quoted us different prices. So as I tried to question why there where different charges for the exact same thing done to the receptionist, she came off rude murmuring/talking under her breath. When I called her out that I heard her. She became very argumentative and even threatened us to call cops on us(she was loudly talking over me as I was questioning the different pricing, saying I was refusing to pay). Which was not true at all, I was just trying to understand why we were being charged differently for the same thing done. We where so insulted and after paying the bill. I called the next day and spoke with the owner. She said the girl was going through alot of stuff and she had been thinking of letting her go prior to the incident, because of other unfavorable actions and complaints. However the owner sounded more like she was defending the behavior of the terminated employee. She never offered a sincere apology or a discount for a future service to try to keep our business. But mostly just an excuse to why the receptionist treated my mother and I this way. I will never go back to a business who knowingly knows they where in the wrong and make no effort to make it right with a customer. She definitely didnt care about how my mother and I were treated or to have any future business with us. My mother and I will continue to go to the nail places we normally frequent that treat us well. They say people should really speak up when something like this happens, so that other people can be made aware. That is why I chose to write this review. I also write good reviews for great service as well. I believe in both. Goodluck out there.

My mother in law and I came here and I cannot tell you how happy I am that we did!! The girls here are fabulous. The owner is an absolute gem as well. The thing we appreciated about M3V is that the girls know what theyre doing and can help you make decisions and they know how to make you happy! Not to be rude, but the fact that they speak English is also a plus. This is a fantastic experience. Yes, it costs more than the nail salons in the strip malls, but the experience you get here is SO spectacular! I love my glittery nails so much. Bummed that I somehow smudged my pedicure after I left but thats ok. 😊 In short, go here. You will NOT be disappointed! This should be the mani/pedi standard.

Love this place! My daughter introduced me to M3V for a Mothers Day mani-pedi. Immediately you notice the decor which is fun and vibrant, no ugly fake flowers and tchokis hanging everywhere. They all speak English here, this is not your typical strip mall nail salon. This is an upscale, glamourous, relaxing, nail salon. Adult beverages are offered, your choice of beer, sangria, champagne, wine or mimosas, one drink per service. Be careful as you are not told this, if offered a refill as you will be charged extra. The prices are adjusted to reflect the upscale salon and services, so if you just want a cheap mani pedi and dont care that the nail techs are talking about you in their language then this is not for you. If you are okay with paying a bit more for a relaxing, mani, pedi with drinks included and a nice place to go for a special occasion then check this place out! Highly recommend! Whenever my son is in town he asks to come here as this is his favorite place for a manly pedi, beer included!

A mommy group I am a member of scheduled a moms night out @ M3V. There were a couple of last minute cancellations due to sick kids (a natural occurrence when you have kids!). The owner of M3V failed to mention anything about a 24-hour cancellation policy. So our poor group organizer was forced to pay for three cancellations, in addition to her service. The manager told our group organizer that this is not the first time the owner has not explained the 24-hour cancellation policy but has still charged people.Its unfortunate that a new business owner is so misleading and takes advantage financially of people.
