Helena is the Best Property Manager there is. She is respectful, Kind & appreciates all the tenants. She will over and beyond to help you and the funny part is she isn’t even my property manager..Yet my property manager is incompetent and could careless about the tenants. Juliana is disrespectful and does not know how to communicate with others or communicate with fellow co workers on a certain situation. Tenants at my specific location are in love with Helena. She gets things handled when tenants are having issues and that is not even her job it’s juliana yet Helena treats her position more than just a pay check and shows concern and professionalism. She is a saint and deserves a raise. Thank You for having someone like Helena on your team.

I love Helena. Anytime something is needed or a dangerous situation may occur, Helena has showed nothing but the up most concern and help. Helena is caring and goes over and beyond to get things done. Helena is the reason I will continue to be a tenant. Helena tries her hardest to make my son and I feel safe,she does take her job seriously and I am grateful.

Horrible people to rent from. Take Before & After pictures to cover your tail. I lived in an apartment building of Santa Barbara place in Cape coral for 5 years before they bought the building. I could not get them to do any repairs to my unit. They only did very minor repairs everything barely working. It was like pulling teeth to get management to do anything around the building. When I moved out they charged me $1500 for upgrades they did to my unit which I never received in the 5 years I was living there. Now I have a mark on my credit because I refused to pay these people. Be smart and find another apartment or house to rent.

I highly recommend Zivkovic & Associates for those looking for rentals. I was a tenant for 5 years. During Hurricane Irma we lost power due to the electric lines being disconnected. The owner himself (Robert Zivkovic) kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were ok and that the issues were being corrected. My last property manager, Judy, is an absolute gem!!I can’t really speak to the other negative reviews but my experience with Z&A was very wonderful! In a sea of rental properties asking for 3x the already ridiculously high rent, they were the only ones requiring 2x!

Not Great in writing reviews but this company was extremely efficient and deserve to get the good reviews too! I had them manage my property. But the service was very bad. e.g. the tenatnants moved out and it took them 7 weeks to start renovations. The ownern is tearing up the sky with his nose, and nobody in this company is able to look down on the needs of the people surrounding them. in the worst case they even screem at you. I can not recomend them.Plus his reply is not true!! we wanted one indoor capet but it took them 6 weeks just to make one appointment for it. So if Zivkovic runs out of arguments he preferes to lie then to face the truth and make apologies. Again: Stay away from them!!!

I resided at 13781 River forest Drive fort Myers for 2 years from 2015-2017 ! Before we moved in the place was filthy cockroaches stuff left behind ! Dirty broken blinds stained carpets! Wood floors were laminated with hair still stuck on the wood floors! We took pictures documented everything before we signed off on the walk through contract so we wouldn’t be held accountable for the damages, we put money into that place cleaning up the yard new ceiling fans new carpet! We cleaned and repainted before we left! They told my fiancée on the walk through that he passed and then during Christmas they sent a letter for damages! Just rude and deceitful, when we worked so hard cleaning carpets and washing walls and filling even nail holes, so we could get our deposit back! Where we come from that is called theft! We both received a check for $60 out of $1,350! So sad and disappointed would never recommend this place to anyone ! So sad that they ask for a security deposit to cover themselves but how do the tenants cover ourselves from being ripped off? So ruthless! Please understand we are honest truthful god fearing Christians and we pray that they will be forgiven for their sins! God bless anyone who has to go through this as well!

Their apartment complex have mice infestation! They have been notified numerous times since March 2017 it is now September 2017 and they still have not done anything! We have children in these apartments. But do they care? No. I guess they will care when one of our kids get sick from these rodents and are in the hospital!!!!9/22/2017So as the owner you feel the stories of the MICE are fabricated? How so? When you have a hired Termite/Pest control specialists who was recently hired to HELP with YOUR MICE INFESTATION? I do believe his name is Joe Buggs? An awful nice man who has been doing his best to help with our mice problems BUT the SIMPLE FACT that IVE lived here 7 MONTHS and STILL HAVE MICE. But my review is untrue? Your staff are could NOT be bothered to call TENANTS and ask of their well fare and conditions of our home. We just went through something unimaginable and instead of being compassionate and helping your tenants you try to dismiss them and the problems they have been dealing with prior to IRMA? You have mice and instead of dealing with it you dismiss it

This company for the most part, gave me no problems. Mainly dealt with Mike Lyons, who was always professional. We just vacated our rental after 3 years, and cleaned for a week in order to get the deposit money back. Was worried after reading some of the negative reviews. Not the case here. Very happy to say the hard work paid off. They returned the entire deposit!! And much sooner than 30 days. Thank you :) Would definitely recommend!

I live in Singapore, and my relatives had much reservations about investing in real estate so far away. I am thankful to have found Ashley. Ashley has been kind and helpful in helping to manage properties in Florida. She has made being an investor in Florida property a pleasant experience.

Beware I believe this company is only going around collecting application fees. They state you only need to have 2x the income and no criminal history at all and beyond good rental history...over a decade worth but my app was declined so yea ...so be aware

I have nothing bad to say actually Ive been renting with them for more than 3 years and cant complain at all, Im a happy camper. Very professional company that really take good care of the properties and the tenants. Every time I have an issue at the house Im renting their response is immediately. I cant speak for others but because of my experience I will truly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The people with this management group really make getting a home the best experience possible. They are always willing to work with you on any financial situation you may be in. This is my second time going through this company and I havent had any problems at all with anything. They are really great and make you feel comfortable as a tenant!

I called once to the phone number in one of their rentals and since no answer or chance to leave a message I called their office number which gets transferred to Irene’s number. She got so upset because I had called ‘numerous times’ (only once to her cell and once to the office) and was incredibly rude and cut me off. Not my fault you are having a bad day, and you should learn how to run a business professionally.

My family and I moved to Florida 2 years ago from Minnesota knowing no one and having to have to find a rental home. All these people that are talking about oh great Ashley is. literally just make me think their fake profiles cause she is terrible, she never calls you back EVER, the only time she called me back about an issue with the plumbing is when I had left a voicemail stating how unprofessional she is and that as a renter she should take 5 minutes from her day and respond. After that she told us we should have received a complaint letter in the mail, which we never did. These group of people/office building whatever they are. Are horrible poeple they are nice and friendly when they get their money thats for sure but during the middle of the month when they dont get nothing from you forget about them cause you will be wasting your breath and better wait sitting down cause itll be a while till you here back.

I had an EXTREMELY bad experience, not treated well especially by one of their property managements Mike ! Tried renting an apartment and 1 week before my move in date they tell me that the apartment is being sold now.. Not only did they not help me to get another place they never refunded my application fee, deposit I put down and also the property management fee as well. Im still calling mike to this day trying to get my money back, leaving voicemail, texts, etc. and still nothing. I HIGHLY recommend you not dealing with these people, you will just have problems after problems with them. Best of luck!

Ms. Simonelli was one of the most cordial and professional people I happen to have dealt with during my home search, and although I ultimately went with another rental (it was more convenient for me location-wise) I felt compelled to write a review to comment on the great service I received. Ill go so far as to say that anyone who didnt give Ashley a five-star rating was probably bitter about some issue they themselves provoked, as I have seen that sort of thing numerous times, and thats pretty sad and lame.

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING is done about noise complaints from neighbors who are very disrespectful past reasonable hours and even during the day, my unit SHAKES due to ridiculous bass and to where my son cannot even do anything in his room. It is EXTREMELY RUDE for a manager to expect a tenant to go to another tenants unit and ask them to turn something down or stop doing something. That is the MANAGERS job, not mine. It is asking for trouble and ultimately putting a tenant in danger. How is this acceptable? Its not, and they should have enough knowledge to know this. I dont care how much rent is or who is up to date or who is behind, they still have a JOB to do, and they do not do it. We have stated numerous times that there are things that need to be fixed and not one bit of it is fixed after 9 months of residency.

I have had a wonderful experience with Zivkovic & Associates; especially with Ashley Simonelli. Despite the negative reviews I see, she IS caring AND professional. Successful people are busy and sometimes its challenging to get them on the phone initially-thats how they become successful; not sitting around waiting for money to fall in their laps. After a divorce leaving me in financial ruins and a roommate situation leaving me in a lurch to quickly find housing in a very short window of time; Ashley was very understanding and accommodating. I did not expect handouts, freebies, or to be catered to; just a home and Ashley helped me out when my options were very bleak. I am grateful for her allowing me to be a tenant when others couldnt see past my past. She IS easy to get a hold of in a TRUE emergency and handles things in a prompt, professional manner. If you are not a self absorbed cry baby who thinks everyone should cater to them and their every demand then I highly recommend Ashley Simonelli and Zivkovic & Associates-you will not be disappointed!

As a landlord these folks will send unqualified people to repair and maintain your home from landscapers up to repair personnel..check your Bills landlords as we were told by many they are ripping you off and certainly underpaying the help that does nothing but complain about them and their tactics .... beware of dangerous conditions they dont take care of that leave you with lawsuit potential. as a tenenat beware of their unkept promises missed appointments unfinished work orders employees that quit mid job employee turnover passing the buck, faulty workmanship and unprofessional overall communication.Horrific Overall Service, add unprofessional, unknowlegable and incompetent.shame on these people representing themselves as professionals!

I do the air conditioning for zivkovic and associates and I deal with ashley on a daily basis. She is an awesome person to work with. She expects me to be responsive and treat her tenants well. She goes out of her way to keep tenants comfortable and safe.I really enjoy working with her and respect her professionalism and drive.

We only know Ashley for about a month as our property manager. In that time, she shows her professionalism in managing our property, kind and understanding towards us, helpful in trying to help us communicate with the city officials .We look forward in hiring Ashley again to manage our properties in Fort Myers.

Ms. Ashley Bonnett or Simonelli or whatever it is now had a complete disregard for how much im needing a rental property, she hung up on me numerous time, ignored my calls and voice mails and never returned my calls after the initial call. She said i was rude because i told her the application fee was ridiculous. I would not recommend this person to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Fort Meyers Realtor Association.

STAY AWAY!!! They take you application fee never return phone calls RUDE RUDE RUDE and if you are denied they do not tell you why. If I could I would take 35$ application fees all day long is that how you have to make money????

This was a very poor experience for people who claim to be professionals. They NEVER return phone calls and if your lucky you will recieve a text a week later. It takes mulitple calls no matter what you are calling about to hear from someone. You are always transfered to a voicemail. I moved out over 3 months ago and recieved a certified letter stating that I would not be recieving my full deposit back because they had to go in and do a lot of stuff. I took pictures from the day I moved into the property and believe me it was bad. I agreed to take it as is so I could move in fast. I did leave the property in great condition when I moved out. The only thing I didt have done was the carpets cleaned which I offered but they lied to me and said a family was moving in immeidately and they needed my keys. I drove by that property over the next two weeks and NO one had moved in. But they were very quick to send me a statement telling all the things that they had to go in and do. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This so called property management kept my deposit when i moved out after.i did everything by the book..now this so called property management is making me pay for previous damages to the house that was already there when i moved in..making me pay for broken blinds which were already trashed when we moved in.the rugs in this house was a disgrace.when i moved in..im paying for this..stay away from these people.i know first hand..trust me..stay away.go ahead and keep my money..ill know to never go back again.
