I went in for the first time today and I will be coming back for sure. I had Tony and he did a great job with my pedicure by getting rid of all dead skin and giving a great massage. My feet look pretty! The shop was very quiet and relaxing and I really liked the massage chairs and foot rests on the wash tubs. They had attachments that helped keep your foot up which I haven’t seen before. Good job to everyone.

Don and Nancy were amazing! On top of going above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that my nails were perfect, they both were genuinely lovely people. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely go back. Thank you Don and Nancy! You really made my day..😊🌼

First time and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly the prices are pretty market level, not super inflated, like Ive seen around Phoenix. The place is chic and nicely decorated. Definitely a new spot for me to become a regular!

I use to be happy with their service, but when my stress radar is triggered, I know it’s time to move on. The issue: broken nail was repair, they asked me to look for the color, I couldn’t remember, and chose the wrong one, 3 nail techs proceeded to discuss this in their language for way longer that necessary, in front of me, obviously; very uneasy, gut feeling. Unfortunate.

Thao did a wonderful job. So patient and detailed.

I go to Centre Point Nails and Spa off and on. I usually see Celina, but she moved somewhere else. Today, I called ahead and booked an appointment for 2pm. I arrived at 1:40, washed my hands, and went to pick out a color. Amy was assigned to me and rushed me even though I was 20 minutes early. She suggested a nice color, so I brushed off feeling rushed and followed her to her station.When Amy was finished, I ended up with nails of varying lengths and with ridges... Some looked like ruffles. Others looked like gum. I asked her to fix them, pointing out the ridges in two nails. She seemed annoyed and rushed to fix them. She never even filed underneath.I was scheduled for a pedicure. I decided to skip that.

I had a wonderful experience. My technician was Nancy. She did an outstanding job! The facility is clean, up to date, and the massage chairs are super comfortable. Centrally located. I was a walk in and was taken in less than 5 minutes.

Highly recommend this place and my first choice for lash extensions,manicures and pedicures. You can choose to be a walk in or make an appt for manicures and pedicures. You do require an appointment for lash extensions and Chi is phenomenal and the best at this. Overall, you cant go wrong when you choose this spa for your pampering needs.

I have been getting the most beautiful long lasting manicures here! I’ve been doing SNS with Thao and they look so nice that I’ve had even strangers comment on them and ask where I go.I have had many other nail techs do my manicures and pedicures and they are consistently excellent. And all of their staff are friendly and professional. If I could give Centre Pointe more than 5 stars I would!I recommend scheduling an appointment because they can get busy. The scheduled appointments run on time.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. Went there twice and both times the gel didnt hold longer then 1 day and already chipping. The staff is very nice but gel should last at least a few weeks...

The lovely lady who did my nails did a fabulous job! She was a rock star answering the phones checking in customers etc she was amazing hands down someone who should be an employee of the month she did an amazing job on my nails and also made sure I was cool with every step .

Amazing experience . Amy was my tech. She probably spent an hour doing my nails about twenty minutes finding the perfect color for me . I didn’t feel rushed and the music was soothing and the atmosphere was very conducive to relaxation . Gel mani was 30 dollars . I would have paid way more . I’ll def be back

I can’t say enough good things about this salon! I’ve been going for ages, and they never ever disappoint. All the technicians are friendly, skilled, efficient, but never rush through your service. My polish lasts for so long and I really only have to go back once my nails start growing too long. Absolutely love it here; it really is the best salon!!!

Came here for a last minute pedicure and when I say this was the best pedicure Ive ever received 🙌🏾 omg. Tony was ha da down amazing, he have ame a ice gold water and he treated these feet like they belonged to a queen.i highly recommend this place.

Im not a nail salon kinda gal but this salon is making into one. Im addicted to my ladys mani/pedi massage. Everyone is polite. Very clean and sanitary. Appts are very easy to make and get. They instantly text you a confirmation of your appt. So nice.

I walked in to Center Pointe nails on Jan 9th and Lisa was my nail tech. She took off an old set of Acrylics and put on brand new set.It took 2 1/2 hours and $58 later (They charge $8 to push cuticles back and cut them) this is the hack job came out of it. I honestly didnt even know it was this bad until the gel was removed. It looked terrible with the gel on as well.Needless to say, Im never coming back here again.She made me feel like I was being too picky when I just wanted a very simple nail service done right.I had to go somewhere else and have them take off the gel and reshape and file and put new gel back on. Waste of time and money!

This is a very nice salon and seems to have nice ppl here but the particular person who did my toes did a horrible job! She insisted I had callus and suggest callus remover and filed so deep I was cut! She then applied acrylic over a spot she knew she drilled too deeply into, which is nothing but risk for infection for the cheap acrylic that was applied. Application looked liked it had been done by a child. It was was just a hot mess! As a licensed professional I think it is so important to receive quality service!. African women are shamed when they walk into these places and complain about paying our hard earned dollar and treated badly bc we’re not one of the rich women walking in. I will continue to go to Elles Nails on 7th street bc at least they give quality work!

It is always so easy for a walk in on short notice. The wait is never long. I have always received good advice on what I should do for my nails (to keep them healthy and strong). All of the employees are so sweet and great!

Received a fabulous SNS manicure from Lisa. Lisa was great - very thorough and gentle. I also received an amazing pedicure (can’t remember which tech 🙁). It was a clean and chill environment.

I really enjoy my time here at Centre Point every time I come. The manager is a delight and took care of me my very first trip. She should be doing acrylics instead of managing, although she’s great at both 😅! My second trip I received a fill and a pedicure. Tracy was amazing at my fill. She took the time to understand what I wanted and payed very close attention to detail! I will be scheduling with her again :). I also received a pedicure during my second service but it wasn’t what I expected. I had a young guy doing it and he was a little rough. Kind of showed he may not have been as experienced as the others. He also showed he was a little upset or annoyed that I mistakenly chose the wrong polish. The actual pedicure still came out pretty good. I just suggest he works on his touch and hospitality. Maybe next time I’ll try something other than the express lol. Overall a great business! I will be back ☺️

This is my second time at Centre Nails. Each time the service (regular manicure) and the tech did a poor job. Messy paint and a rushed job. I personally love how each time the mail tech left skin on my nails and painted over it.

Chris is amazing, I love that he checks his work and is very symmetrical throughout the whole service. I’ve never left not liking my nails and I’m someone who usually dislikes something as I’m pretty hard on myself. Thank you Chris!!

I was a walk-in when I was in town for a conference and they were able to get me in with no appointment after maybe 10 minutes of a wait. Don was amazing, very good at what he does, very personable, and just an all-around joy! He made some great recommendations for keeping my nails on longer, and he is making me consider making the 2.5-3 hour drive up here from Patagonia to make this place my go-to! I will recommend it to anyone I can!

My first time there and I am honestly still in disbelief with the number of things that occurred during my appointment. Everyone has recommended this place to me and hyped it up so I was expecting it to be good. First off, the nail technician suggested I go with a coffin shape nail so I said that was fine and as she was doing my nails, both hands had completely different size nails and the acrylics themself were not even coffin they were like stubby triangles that looked absolutely insane and the other hand was semi normal coffin shaped but still all different lengths and width. I kindly asked if she could fix them and make them more even and pointed out to her that they were all different sizes and I was baffled that she didn’t see that herself, my friend was sitting next to me watching the madness as well. She attempted to fix them, seemed to be annoyed with me because as she was shaping them and using the drills she drilled into my hand carelessly for a good 4 seconds as I was saying “ow” until I yanked my hand away from her because she wasn’t listening. I couldn’t take it any longer and it was basically closing time at this point so I said she could just proceed with painting. AS SHE PROCEEDS TO PAINT.... she accidentally drops the polish. No big deal at all I’m obviously not going to get mad at her for that it was an accident but as she picks up the polish I was expecting her to at least wipe the brush cause the floor is dirty with hair and nail clippings. She DOES NOT wipe the brush and continues painting my nails and their were black hairs on one of my nails and I was so grossed out and she didn’t even care. I asked her to get rid of the hair from the floor off of my nail and she just went over the nail with clear coat to try and hide it. HOW WOULD CLEAR COAT COVER THE BLACK HAIR? If you’re not going to fully remove the nasty hair at LEAST cover it with the pink polish we were using. She charged me $40 for god awful acrylics and the best part is THEY FELL OFF WITHIN 4 DAYS OF HAVING GOTTEN THEM. For those wondering, no I was not working out with them or doing anything physical I had only traveled to Mexico for spring break and relaxed on the beach. I called about my experience because I was told the issue would be solved with a discount or certificate of some sort and the lady I spoke with on the phone was kind and seemed to know of the exact technician I was dealing with and told me they would call back with a solution. I even offered to show pictures of they needed or didn’t believe me.Never got a call back. I am just overall disappointed and upset I spent $40 for the most awful set of acrylics I’ve ever had. The one star is for their set up inside... it is very pretty.

Went back in February as a treat for my boyfriend and I to get pedicures. The service was okay, but I expected much more for the price. In total, I ended up paying $100 for both of us getting the more basic pedicure package (and had the technician roll her eyes because I wouldn’t upgrade). I was also reprimanded for not bringing a tip in cash... which just gives me a feeling of how sketchy this place is. The place looks nice, but I will never be going back.

Centre Pointe is by far THE best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’d bounced around salons throughout Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe for years and years until my friend introduced me to this place about 2 years ago and now I refuse to go anywhere else! It’s a beautiful salon that is well maintained with updated decor, relaxing ambiance, top of the line products, and all around great service. They even have a rewards system for return customers! I always have great experiences here but today I had an EXCEPTIONAL one that I felt should be recognized!So I do usually try to set an appointment prior but today I was a walk-in. I noticed they were very busy (it’s the week of Thanksgiving so everyone is trying to get those nails looking nice for the holidays!) I contemplated just making an appointment and coming back another time but they assured me I would be taken care of. I started with the BEST gel pedicure of my life!😍 I went for the Signature pedicure and it was heavenly as always. Followed by their complimentary neck massages while you wait for your next service. As far as my manicure goes, I came in with a few week old acrylic overlay on my real nail & gel polish. They still looked good from weeks prior but I needed them shorter because I unfortunately can’t take care of long nails properly in my line of work so I figured I’d get a color change and fill while I was there. One of the managers, Chi, quickly noticed that it was indeed time for a brand new full set (I am terrible at knowing when it’s time to stop just getting fills and start from scratch, I leave that to the professionals☺️) So, getting acrylics removed is a new level of torture for me since my natural nails are so brittle and weak from over a decade of being covered by acrylic. I expressed to her I was nervous and couldn’t handle the removal and she assured me she was going to make sure she would soak them and do everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Although I was a time consuming and probably difficult client, she was so patient, kind and precise and I so appreciate and admire the attention to detail and dedication to giving clients the best service possible! My nails and toes got the ultimate royal treatment and I could not be more pleased! Thank you to this amazing staff for being the best! If you haven’t been to Centre Pointe, you’re missing out!❤️

I have not gotten my nails done in over four years because when I use to get them done I would not like the end result. I was driving home and seen Centre Pointe Nails & Spa and decided to get my nails done for my event tonight. Kathy was the lady who did my full set with an hombre color and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!! Kathy made sure I understood what I wanted, that I was okay with the length, the size and most importantly she took her time to make sure I can trust her and because of that I will be back soon!! I have been coming for many years and Don is the best. I like having healthy clean looking feet when I teach Yoga or Pilates.I brought a male friend and Lee has changed his life. His feet are clean, callas free and he has no foot pain anymore. His shoes don’t hurt his feet and he will never go back to life without pedicures. He looks forward to his monthly pedi.

I lost my most favorite Nail Tech (Don) when he left the former shop I used to go to. I FOUND HIM and he works at this beautiful facility that is now my new place to be. Visited this past Tuesday and I was totally happy. The atmosphere is great, nice music, lots of chairs, variety of pedicures and they offer Eyelash Extensions as well. This place is close to home which is great. Im recommending it to all my female relatives and friends.

Im not a local, but I have considered this my nail place for the last few months on regular business trips. Great service, an unbelievable selection of colors, nearly 20 pedi chairs and 18 main stations. I was introduced to SNS, a powder dip that has easily lasted 3 weeks without chips. Very happy!

I came to this salon because we needed to kill time before our flight left. They took walk ins easily and everyone was so nice. Its a pretty big salon compared to the ones back home (seattle). I really liked how the acrylic station had a large bar table instead of individual tables and that the atmosphere was really clean and modern. Cecilia did my pedicure and Kim did my full set. Both were really sweet, fast, and talented. Kim was spot on with my nails. After seeing a pinterest photo, I think Kims finish work on me was way better! I wish we had this kind of salon back at home!

This place is awesome, one of the valleys gems. The decor inside is beautiful and no matter busy it is the salon never becomes loud. Just walking through the door is relaxing.The staff are friendly and attentive. If there is a wait, its never that long. The work they do is far better than most other salons.

I thought that it was a nice place at first but today was one of the worst nail shop experiences of my life I haven’t felt so degraded because of the color of my skin they kept telling me the price like I didn’t have the money to pay for my nails and this is the third time that they walked me up to the door and waited for me to pay mind you they don’t do that Gm anybody else’s”whites “ but me I’m getting my nails done and when I say I want them long they start to laugh and make jokes about my nails making me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I never ever want to come back being unique is beautiful and I will never feel bad about how I want to accessorize my nails it felt like my junior year all over again I wanted to cry because I truly felt unwanted with how many times they looked over and laughed and didn’t care at all about how I felt she even had the nerve to ask for a tip and I even felt bad for not saying Thankyou but I didn’t deserve to be laughed at by grown adults and I’m an 18 year old

I have been there several times ; everyone is very polite, the salon is very clean . I am a little concerned that I have gotten texts saying I have an appt and checked in there, when I am actually at home ... not sure what that’s about

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon with all of my girlfriends. There are a lot of nail salons to choose from in Phoenix however this one by far has been the best one we’ve ever been to. Rude and Unprofessional establishment! If you like messed up nails and people talking smack about you while getting your nails this is the place! Got my toes painted and nails done here, the whole time they were talking about their customers (they should be more considerate, not everyone just speaks English). Not only did they mess up my toe polish, I will be posting pictures, but when I called to get it fixed right after they refused. On top of that, the lady had forgot to do matte on my nails and Got frustrated with me because I should have reminded her. Lost my business and will tell everyone take their money elsewhere.

This is a good quality nail salon. They have a lot of workers and a lot of chairs so nobody should ever have to wait from what I can see. I had a manicure and a pedicure. They offer multiple pedicure options so I chose the one with the hot stone and oil massage and paragon wax. It was $42, which was reasonable. For both services (which were done at the same time and immediately started once I got there) it lasted around an hour or so. The massages on both hands and legs were excellent and they use warm lotions, which is quite nice. Even though it is a bit of a drive I will be returning. I dont have anything negative to say. Even the decor was nice and the chairs were comfy.

Visiting out of town, we had called and made an appointment. The staff were very kind, and the shop was very clean. Everyone was wearing masks and adhering to COVID-19 precautions.Aside from the slight discrepancy in the initial price quoted, it was a wonderful experience.

I won’t get my nails done anywhere else! These ladies and gents do a fantastic job when it comes to nails! I always get the SNS and I can always count on them lasting a full 4 weeks! I’ve gotten SNS done at other places only for them to start chipping after week 2.If your due for a new look, they will remove your old SNS or gel for free! It’s a great nail salon!I also get my eyebrows done here from time to time. It’s very quick and only $12!I would highly recommend Centre Pointe Nails!

I had been coming to this place for almost a year. I’ve had awesome experiences, meh experiences and rude experiences during this time. I keep always keep coming back. Why? Because they do a good job, the experience is almost always enjoyable, the atmosphere is nice and the facility is clean which is very important. No place is perfect 100% of the time.They do get busy. I come once a month for a pedicure and there were two where I couldn’t get in last minute after being able to do walk-ins for three months. It was during these times where I went elsewhere that I really appreciated the experience that centre point gives and the quality of their work. I recommend calling beforehand or booking ahead to make sure you get in.

Don is the absolute best. Hes always there for his customers. He does an amazing job-no lifts or breaks, and he really cares about his work. It took me years to find a good place, but even longer to find a good person.
