I got my nails dipped here a while ago. The front desk lady was really nice and talkative, but I was so disappointed in the nail tech. I was too nervous to say anything at first, but as I got into my car, I realized how awful they were. They were very warped and bumpy. They were super chunky, messy, and some nails were even bigger than my actual finger. I’m in shock that they would let me leave the nail salon like this, after paying $53 (after tip). I went in the next day to have them fixed and I was told the same nail tech would have to fix them, but I felt uncomfortable with that due to what happened the first time around. I ended up going to another salon to pay to get them redone. I give two stars instead of one because the front desk receptionist was really nice.

I went to this nail salon for the first time today. I had Tiffany give me a pedicure and her did a wonderful job. The spa is clean and the service was friendly. Tiffany was meticulous and patient and I didnt feel rushed. It was the best pedicure I ever had. I am a local and will be coming back again soon. Very upset with the quality. They were constantly rushing. I had to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and once she started doing them she left every 5 minutes to take care of someone else. The employee sitting next to the one doing my nails even noticed how poorly they were done and fixed them for me. If I ever go back it will be with her.

Very friendly, patient and gentle. I made an appointment and was nice to come in and get pampered right away. Definitely coming back.

Been going to Nail Spa @ Lincoln for a while now! Every time I have gone, I think going with friends. Its helpful to schedule an appointment beforehand so there are enough chairs for you and your friends. What I really love about deluxe nails and spa is that the quality of the nail polish is wonderful and it lasts longer than any other nail salon that I have been to.

This is a lovely and relaxing salon. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant even on a busy Sunday afternoon. They have nice candles burning and soothing music playing - no flashing t.v.s is so nice! They have a ton of color choices and many variations on a basic pedicure so you can customize it to your needs. They even have a massage therapist who will give you a shoulder massage while you are having your nails done - so happy to have found this place!

First time visit NAILS SPA @ LINCOLN VIEW and was overwhelmed at how good it made me feel being there. I felt special and catered to as a woman. For all that, the prices were not inflated or high! Regular salon prices in an above regular salon atmosphere!****

I love this place. My gel manicure last 3 weeks. I was recommended by my neighbor. She was right! This place is amazing. They offer multiple services and of course, you can add on a neck massage while getting your nails done. So worth to give this place a try.

I really love this salon! I first visited this place a year ago when my nails and hands were very much in need of some care. I had become allergic to acrylic and my nails were weak and thin and short. They do such an excellent job here of making you hands feels pretty again even if they are short. Hopefully this time I can let my nails grow out with gel without biting them! (Bad habits)

I was very very impressed with my experience here!! I requested an appointment and Lily had me confirmed for a next day appointment within an hour. The location was immaculately cleaned and polished and super nice inside.I dont usually like to get my nails done but living at the beach + running takes a toll on a girls toe nails so I decided to *treat myself*.Lily greeted me and I had an actual million polishes to choose from with a lot of organic options. I was also offered a glass of complimentary wine (yes girl). Lily took her time on both my manicure and pedicure and they turned out amazing. I was so happy with the friendliness and customer service I received. They may have just converted me into a regular! Go check this place out.

Not sure what to say other than this place is great and Im beyond grateful I found it. The first time I walked in I realized the owner greeted everyone by their first name and asked about their recent activities, I thought this might have been just a handful of customers she knew by first name basis. I was wrong, everyone at Nails Spa @ Lincoln View knows their customers by first name basis at the moment they walk in the door!

My hair stylist recommended this spa and she was so right. I am very self conscious and have severe varicose veins but they were not judgmental. It was busy on a Saturday but they got me right in. They have pedicure rooms so you arent in view of everyone - max 3 to a room. Angie worked on me. She was skilled and professional. I will be going back. Thank you so much.

Filthy, bad service and attitude. I really don’t appreciate being spoken about in another language, i don’t do that at my business and i speak 3. The woman knew i was trying to get out by 5 and after taking an hour to do a BASIC normal no strings attached pedicure she tried to start work on my hands at 4:57 .... then took a phone call. I got up went to the bathroom and when i got back she was still on the phone. I then decided I’d do a better job at home so I️ decided to go home and not do my nails here. So when i went to pay, she started to argue with me to sit down and let her do my nails. NEVER going back. I brought my mother here from out of town and I’m humiliated. Biggest waste of $65 in my life. They get their nail polish from the rite aid ... same rite aid i get mine at. I literally went home and did a better job myself.Thanks for nothing.

When I get my nails or feet done, I am very sensitive so I have to be careful where I go. Everyone here is terrific and I hardly ever have any pain. This is the best place we have been to. Thank you

This nail shop is beautiful! I love getting my nails done here, usually going for an sns mani. My nails lasted about 4 weeks, as well as my pedicure. Staff are super nice, sometimes there may be a wait but its only because they are busy and they try their best to attend to everyone, so I understand. Definitely a staple place

I have been going there every since I moved to Phoenix and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I drive from 30 to 45 minutes to be at the best nail Spa in the Valley. So if you want to be pampered come on in or call.

Horrible transaction experience. Purchased a gift card as a birthday gift and discovered that someone else had already done the same thing. Returned to the salon with the receipt and gift card hours after the purchase and they refused to offer a refund. The customer service was abysmal.

Look at these nails! And do I even need to mention the messages? While youre getting your manicures or pedicures you can get the most wonderful massage for just a few extra dollars.

I got an ombré full set and my mom got a pedicure. Both technicians were very friendly and Im really happy with how my nails turned out!

They were overpriced and rushed us in and out the door. My wifes gel manicure looks fine but the experience was not ideal. With so many nail places I dont recommend this one.

A wonderful nail spa! I have many allergies and many products affect my nails. Demi and Jimmy have worked very hard with me to find a solution to find just the right produts to keep my nails in good shape. They are amazing with their outstanding service and always go above and beyond for their clients!

Came in to get a spa pedicure and acrylic set. The woman told me they were closing in 10 minutes no one could do my nails. I’ve never been to a nail salon that turns down service before they close. 🙄

Almost everyone is competent and attentive. As in any salon or service industry, some technicians are really good and others are o.k. I use Lilly and she is wonderful, as well as passionate about her work.

Filthy place with old ratty towels! I got a spa manicure, and the tech slapped a dirty towel on my hands with what looked like crumbs on it. I would never go back. Plus they use timers for the hand massage. Who does that? There are way too many other nail salons within 2 miles. The saving grace was the polish actually dried quickly so I could get out of there!

The lady that did my feet made me feel uncomfortable. The lady that did my nails left acrylic under my nail dried up and they started to lift by the end of the week. I wont be going bk.

My tech was lovely, dont get me wrong, but did an awful job on my SNS manicure. Pushed my cuticles(that she did a shoddy job trimming BTW)down with her dirty nails, which left my nail beds red and aching and with a few hangnails.. not to mention, when I asked, do I get an arm massage? She said no arm massage. Lol. Fine. Youd think for $40 it wouldve been included. Beware this place. Dont waste your money.

Awful nail technicians. This place is so packed they are shuffling people in and out without looking at what they are doing to your nails. $60 later for gel paint on JUST MY NATURAL NAIL that looks like my 4 year old son put on. Every nail is a different shape, size, and dimension. Some of my nails have hills and bumps on them from paint pooling. How? The edges of my nails have no paint on them? Why?******You can clearly tell this place is about quantity not quality.*********Do not recommend you waste your money here. Doing a good job is simply not what they are interested in. They just hurry you up to the counter to charge you for the poor ‘service’ you just received.

Bad service and a horrible waste of money! I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday. There is still polish all over my fingers and toes, even though I asked for the woman to clean up around my nails. She said I already did. She also failed to cover my entire nail, it looks like I polished my own nails with my left hand.The most annoying thing, though, is that she didnt cut or trim cuticles/skin at all...even though I said for more expensive options that were supposed to clean up my nails. I asked if she was going to do that and, again, she said I did.I will never return and I wish I didnt waste time/money!
