Had a 6 o’clock appointment. I was early and waited about 15 minutes.Everyone was very friendly and the place is so nice, but my tech was rushing the whole time. I asked for pointed round nails and I got these large bulky uneven nails. Some are rounded, some are square . Some of the powder and paint doesn’t reach the sides or go down to the cuticle . She didn’t clean under my nails or any cuticle cleaning prior . Left dried powder on my fingers and around my nail bed. For 63$ I feel like extremely ripped off. The lady was very kind but I felt rushed because I was the last client . Such a waste of money.

Being from Detroit its hard to find a nail tech to meet my expectations and Ive found the best acrylic laying tech in Phoenix. Tonya is an expert in overlays and any nail service period. She is kind and super fast. Her skill are unmatched. She can do pink and white sculpture set perfect. She is my forever nail tech. O, and her shaping and polishing skill are impeccable! All her work that she has done has been perfect! Her work lasts until my next fill no chipping, cracking, or peeling. My toes last 4 weeks! The best part is they are very sanitary and disinfect very often.

Had 7 services done today and it was timely, clean and all our appointments were well executed and my mom, my sisters and I were very happy. Work done was excellent.Thank you

The ladies did a great job! I had a small coronavirus wedding and went to Biagio Nail for my small bridal party and moms! I had Angela as my tech, and I have a hard time with shape of my natural nails - she did amazing! I am rarely, if ever, pleased with the shape I am given at a nail salon.

Service was very fast and sanitary. Tina did an awesome job of fixing my horrible acrylic overlay done by someone out of town. This will be my new nail salon. The price is just a little more than I normally pay but, you get what you pay for.

Love this place but very disappointed in my last visit. Tech put the wrong jel color on me and didnt respond when I said it wasnt the cream pink I picked. It was a pearly red. I hate pearly and sparkle nail polish so I would never have picked that. I thought I could live a few weeks with it, but its already killing me and its only been two days. Ugh! However, they always normally do a fantastic job and the salon is impeccably clean and very beautiful. Will I go back? Of course I will. He still did a great job even though its not what I wanted. And, I still gave him a very healthy tip. Next time Ill speak up louder.

Since my daughter turned 16 this year, I wanted to take her somewhere to get a Mani/Pedi. A few of her friends recommended this place so we booked an appt online yesterday and got a phone call later on in the evening to confirm our appts. I opted for the SNS Dip in french manicure, and my kiddo got a full set with artistic nail polish..we both got a Pamper Spa Pedicure with Gel polish. We are in love with this place. Very clean. Very sweet and helpful staff. We had tons of fun and enjoyed both of our techs, Nga and Jason. We cant wait to go back!

It can be a hit or miss depending on who does your nails, but the prices are good and its very clean and comfortable

One of the best pedicures I have ever had and great ambiance.

Clean salon, with some hard workers. However the owner is ripping of clients by charing all services separately. It was advertised that a full acrylic set was 45 with gel polish. When I went to check out they charged me an additional 13 for gel POLISH. When I questioned the charge she was very rude and stated ALL salons in Arizona charge separate. This is not true I have been to more high salons in Scottsdale, which are more reasonably priced. A full acrylic set was 58!! Which is absolutely ridiculous for a solid color- no manicure included in that price. I wouldn’t go back. However, Jimmy did a wonderful job and took his time.

They nickel and dime you and act very cheap. They never honor the coupons they give out and make the checkout experience awkward and uncomfortable.

I wont be back. They get one star because zero is not an option and another for the technical skill my manicurist possessed. However, I was provided and then charged for a service I did not ask for. I doubt it is the technicians fault, they are most likely told to make more money for the salon, which in my opinion is worse than bad service. Hope you spent my 7 dollars wisely because you will get no more from me.

Ive been coming to Biagio Nail & Spa II for several years. Sure, I have a few favorite nail technicians, but they ALL do an outstanding job and everyone is committed to cleanliness, professionalism, and kindness.

I came in for a 6:15 appointment, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with my appointment type (3 people). They went above and beyond for us, even staying after closing time to finish. Amazing friendly staff, would recommend to everyone!

The mail tech was nice enough but he cut me with the drill and filled right over it a few minutes later

This was a great experience! My sister and I came here, I got a pedicure and my sister got full set of acrylics, we both loved what we got. On my pedicure, Mai was very fast but it didnt feel like it because she took her time to massage and sugar scrub my feet. It was awesome. I really needed this and they totally exceeded my expectations! We were there for only about an hour. The place is very clean and pleasant and the service tops it off! By appointment only due to COVID-19.

What the heck, I aint coming back, so might as well put em on blast.I was pretty excited to have a pedi date with both J-WoW and Kazi-face, because it had been a hot minute since I had my toes worked on, and my previous pedi didnt even last 3 months. ;)First thing I noticed, was a relatively small waiting area (3 seats), and J pointed out a limited wall of polish color. We were escorted back to our awaiting chairs prior to our reservation time, as to free up 2 of the 3 chairs in the waiting roomI did like the fiber optic light changing color in the basin of the chair. Outside of the paraffin, thats about all I enjoyed during my stay at Chez Chemical Burn.Yes, I opted for the callous, and yes, both my feet felt the effects of fiery acid melting away the healthy skin with the dead, which stressed me out, and as we all know, stress is very damaging to the epidermis.Unlike my first chemical burn, I knew it was only going to keep burning worse, so I immediately let the tech know, and she quickly rinsed the acid off and hit me with a sugar scrub.The pedicure seemed to fly by, and before I knew it, the tech was standing to my right, giving me what appeared to be a massage. Not really sure though.Like I said, the paraffin was enjoyable, and I opted for some Minions nail art, which wasnt sealed with a top coat, and thus ruined less than 18 hours later at the water park.The dream team did manage to take some super cute pix before bouncing. Felt safe, lots of spacing and plexiglass but not obtrusive. Technicians were pleasant and did great work.

They saved my full set that had been horribly done, walked me through my options, and did such a good job. Exactly what I wanted and great customer service.

I’ve been going here for a few years. They are really careful now with the pandemic. I appreciate that since I work in healthcare I notice everything. I see Emily and Tonya. Both are very good. They have plenty of colors to choose from. It’s also a very pretty salon.

I love Biagio Nail salon for its excellent manicures and pedicures with friendly techs, affordable prices and it’s beautiful clean venue. I get acrylic French tip nails and fills and these delicious pedicures with add on treatments like a sea salt scrub in these high back massage chairs (massage optional, but why wouldn’t I when I’m running like a crazy woman most days?). I love the team, including the owner. Biagio is at 16th street and Glendale, right off Hwy 51 in Phoenix next to Sprouts. They have a couple designated parking spots right in front. Sometimes you have to be patient and search for your spot in the adjacent Sprouts parking lot, so give yourself a few extra minutes to park. I’ve gone to high end salons that charge more. Biagio earned my business. And it’s a great girlfriend activity to catch up and pamper. I also see mothers and daughters, which is sweet.

This was my first time visiting the salon. I received a pedicure and the staff was extremely friendly. I personally think it’s silly that masks were required for me to get a pedicure but I am still leaving a five star review. People need to get over this virus because it’s not deadly, 98% recovery rate. Therefore, if you’re scared/weak then you stay home so the rest of us can get back to normalcy.

Upon removal of the polish, I discovered the big toenails on each foot were black. The doctor said its a bacterial infection. Cant say for sure I got it at this salon but I havent had bare feet anywhere else but home. And, the tech scrubbed the bottom of idiot raw and it bled. Plus, they were rude.

Best thing to do is always call to schedule an appointment. This place gets busy and hard to just walk in for services. Once you have an appointment the service is great. Its very clean and they open the packages in front of you for pedicures. They clean the tubs right away and they put new plastic in so you wont catch anything.

Soooooo love you Biagio Nail & Spa II such much! One such place in downtown Phoenix !! Theyre VERY FRIENDLY! I appreciate that they dont use a drill to remove old gel. It is so NATURAL than any nail salons Ive been to! The only place in the town for the nails/toes. And I think its a value for a manicure.

Biagio’s has always done a reliable job on my nails. I don’t have to worry if one day somebody’s going to come along that works there and screw them up.every single time they’re good. They just don’t hire bad nail techs

Have been a customer there for a couple of years now and they are absolutely amazing. They will get you in even if they are super busy. I went in a few days ago and granted it was the day before Thanksgiving and the fall upfront still got me an appt. Very friendly. The tech was not that friendly. But I will still be coming back

I arrived things were beautiful and clean.I was seated with the nail tech and things seemed to being ok.I give 3 stars because the work was great and the place was clean. I took two stars away for treatment and lack of customer service.Then the nail tech places the price list on the chair and I browse the list I saw that the prices were not the same as they were online which concerned me so I asked about the list. The nail tech left and came back with the manager and the manger did not tell me in discretion she was loud so it looked like I had a problem paying for my service. She kept explaining that the prices just changed that day and that the deal is if you get a mani and pedi. Then the price is differ all I wanted was a regular pedicure and a gel polish change on my nails. It went from 25 to 30 and 13 to 20 plus an extra 5 if you want two colors on your nails. That was not in detail on their website. She didn’t honor the websites prices either and it was rather disturbing but I went ahead got the services because I like the atmosphere and I drove so far to get there.The way they treat you and the way they do business is another story.My nail tech was too curt for no reason as if I was a five year old child. She turned off my chair massage said that it was shaking too much. I’ve never had that happen then when she did the gel change she was frustrated with me called me skinny and said that I needed to keep scooting closer and to stop moving. First off I was moving and she was the one jerking my hands and my hand kept scraping on the Plexi glass I told her that it hurt then she fussed at me and said I need to put my thumbs under the UV light when my hand was already fully in the machine. By this time I’m over her and just irritated because I wasn’t doing anything and she kept yelling at me. She made me feel very uncomfortable. For my first time visit I will not be back. Talking about my weight and bossing me around is not acceptable and $50 I can take elsewhere and when I took her her tip she was very arrogant as if I owed her. And talking about me in her language is unacceptable too. Be careful what you say because you never know what languages people know. Just be prepared to pay more than what’s on the website they will not honor the prices and it’s extra for glitter top coat. FYI a tech should never complain that she’s doing too much work. I didn’t have a lot of work that I needed.

This place is very nice inside! However when I got there I told the lady I want gel acrylics and a line through all my nails with a different color. She told me it would come out to 70$ With the full set, length, gel, and “design” which was just a line. After she put the gel on I told her I didn’t want any design. I messed up and nail and she got upset! Then when I went to pay the total was 50$ because I got no design. So the “line I wanted through my nails would have cost me 20$ more? I think they add on charges themselves be careful. Plus I wasn’t satisfied completely with the shape. I could have done my nails like this for cheaper! Other than that the place is extremely nice and some ladies very welcoming but the quality isn’t worth the price you pay!

The end product looks ok but they charged me $5 for having long nails. I promise I have avg length nails. I wouldnt say they are so long to charge extra. She didnt do the proper amount of coats for gel nails so I can see through them. She also didnt paint close to the cuticle. What was the point of the charge? She said for the extra polish and time to shape. My nails were already in coffin shape I asked her to sharpen them and she rounded them. Although she told me she understood. So she had to fix it. She hurt me several times in a row even though I told her it hurt she kept doing it. She kept twisting and pulling my arm awkwardly. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs. I cant stand it when salons charge $5 for every little thing but wait until they are in the middle of the work to tell you. I didnt get design or anything special. I got a fill with gel polish. I saw another reviewer said the same thing. They shouldnt charge for miscellaneous things that are not posted on the services list.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband and myself to receive pedicures and him to get a manicure. It is a beautiful salon! Very clean and busy. The service we received was impressive!! Loved everything about it. Wish it was closer to home!

I like how they offer other services but there is no pressure. I really appreciate that if I ask for something that is going to add on to my cost they let me know that upfront so I know absolutely what I will be charged before anything is done. The job they do is superior and everyone is so talented and friendly its like having a mini hour-long vacation every time I go.

Great for nails depending on who you get. However, would never get eyebrows here again and wont be back...the girl was pulled off a client (booked brows in advance), in a rush, dropped wax across my cheek, chin, and in my hair. She also missed getting the wax off of my hair and cheek, but was in an uncomfortable rush so she didnt even hold the door open as we were leaving the room!! Just unacceptable.

Okay so I wasnt going to leave a post. I was just going to be in my feelings about the fact that this place got me for $173.04. Yes! But as I look down at my nails today, I realized it look as if I need a fill already and I just got my nails done this past Wednesday, 4 days ago! The nails looks as if theyve grown out but in fact he didnt go back far enough smh this is what Google has as top rated service. I would have to disagree.

Got a long coffin shape full set with regular color that cost $3 more I wasnt happy with the shape and expressed that as well as the amount of powder she was applying.I was helped by the lady at the front desk because the shape I got looked like an egg and not a coffin.. while she filed them a little better I was still unhappy with the outcome. 5 days later my nails started to break off. I can usually keep a set on for over a month without any breakage and after spending $78 I decided to go back and get them fixed today and left with 4 nails that look and feel way better than my first set and also look completely different given the circumstances it would have been only right to re-polish all of my nails but the man who did my nails was instructed not to. All and all I am very dissatisfied and will be sticking to my regular salon. This was the nicest looking nail salon but the worst service Ive ever had.

I got one of the best manicures ever. The salon is very clean and very organized. I think the services are well-priced and I’m happy to say that I found a place this amazing. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to anyone.

It was a very busy evening! You could tell that the woman at the front desk was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people needing her assistance. Nonetheless, she was very polite and helpful. The lady doing my pedicure was wondeful. She was very gentle and at the end gave me a quick massage. I got the number 2 treatment which was removal of calluses on the feet with a salt scrub. It was refreshing. I walked away from the pedicure refreshed, with soft legs and pretty toes. Great experience. I will be going back soon for a manicure/pedicure.

The Actual pedicure was amazing, 5 star. However, I am very disappointed in the online booking/ checkout. My husband booked me the pick 5 pedicure online for valentines day. I went in today and got a very relaxing pedicure. When I went to check out it was $70 instead of $55. I asked why it was 70 when I was almost certain my husband booked a pick 5, she said no I got the VIP. When I got home my husband confirmed that he booked a pick 5. I can confirm this because the VIP isnt even on the online menu. They decided on their own to upgrade me $15 in service and charge me for it. Not okay. Also bring cash for tips, you cannot apply to service payment.

I cannot emphasize enough how polite, thorough and efficient Galena was. My feet were like a baby. I will not see anyone else. Please schedule with Galena.

My husband insisted I come here and get my nails fixed because I was so unhappy with my nails. What a better way tho start then pampering my feet! Theyre very gentle and detailed which I loved & I know I will never walk out with ugly nails ever again. I have referred a few people to this location.

I discovered this place a few months ago & had a perfect experience. I loved the attention to detail the manicurist took while cutting my cuticles since Im pretty particular about neat cuticles. The atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. Quality over Quantity for sure.

I went in to have my nails done after a friend recommended. I ended up getting a pedicure and waxing (by Amy). Everything was excellent. I didnt have a coupon, but they gave me discount anyway. Clean and efficient. Busy though. Recommend you make an appointment.

I went into this nail spa location yesterday which would’ve been my third visit and it was a complete disaster… I asked for a number 6 which would’ve been an 84 minute pedicure and and they forced me to go to a $37 pedicure which was not even 30 minutes. The owner does not allow you to bring in your own utensils/tools to prevent you from receiving an infection . The minute I inquired about them removing my ingrown toenail they start talking their own language which I felt was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They stated we don’t do that Nothing is ever the same there there’s not the same employees consistently none of them everywhere name tag . They prancing around as if they are walking the runway for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show . The way in which their spa looks absolutely beautiful as if it belongs in Scottsdale but they treat you as if you are as second-class citizen .They’re constantly rushing you through and never really do a great job .I will never frequent the spot again nor would I recommend this place to anyone of my friends. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time to pamper yourself this is not the salon for you. I rated a complete 1 out 10 .

The ladies were nice and friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable. However, my gel manicure chipped on the third day, by the fifth I had a chip in nearly every nail and on the 7th a whole nail fell off. It is the worst gel manicure Ive ever gotten.

Wow, this place is awesome. Ive been to so many nail salons around Phoenix I could write a book on the topic. From the moment you walk in, they are friendly and organized. I called ahead to make an appointment, which I rarely do, but Im glad I did. Lots of people must love this place. They were able to do my gel mani and gel pedi in great time, without sacrificing service. I was offered a bottle of water when I sat down and I got a neck rub, all for less than what I was paying down the street. This is my new permanent nail salon.
