ETA: Response from owner also comes off very rude. Again, I paid $80 for gel with french tips and they didn’t even put lotion on my hands. I said in my review that no conversation is expected, but I was treated very rudely and felt soooo awkward. I won’t be coming back. Also my nails are already peeling around the edges on day 3, weren’t trimmed, and aren’t the shape I wanted, so no, not a great job done.Very very cute salon. Loved the vibe immediately when I came in. Unfortunately, it was not a vibe that lingered long as I was brought back to Rose. No conversation, which is understandable and frequently expected when going to nail salons. However, she acted very burdened by my presence and I felt super awkward the whole time. For $80 (twice my regular salons price, which offers very nice techs and free alcohol) I really expected to be treated more politely. Granted, I love the nails I got, although she didnt trim them which I really needed and Im worried theyll break at this length.... Mixed feelings. I love my nails but feel gypped.

I’ve been doing my nails with Lauren for the past 2 years. I’m obsessed with her work and I would probably never go anywhere else ever again! All the artists are super nice. I also get waxing done with Nancy. She’s super quick and professional. Not only does everyone provide good service but the place is so cute!

I had a decent experience there. I went to two different ladies each time just because I cant find someone who does my nails perfectly. They both took their time doing my nails but its awkward when no conversation happens. First women didnt speak to me at all. Second one, we made some conversation. The second women did a good job but she was way too rough on my nails. I know she probably didnt do it intentionally but I have a high pain tolerance. It burned when she went down with her drill on my nails.. Besides that theyre really great at nail art. Which I truly appreciated.

Friday was my first time going to Slain Studios and it will not be my last! The vibes there were unlike any other nail salon. All the artists truly support each others work and it is just a relaxed laid back atmosphere with a great playlist lol everyone is professional.I went to see Vanna. She is friendly, and takes her work very serious. Went in with an idea to get a tarot card nail set and the results blew me away. It was beyond my expectations. She took so much time and effort making sure all the details were perfect. Needless to say Im already excited for my next set with her. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails too

I was excited to try this place based on the (mostly) positive reviews, and assumed I could get trendy nail art done based on their Instagram feed; I was mistaken. I made an appointment with Rose and included that I wanted nail art done when I scheduled online. The moment I sat down at her station she was rude and made me feel uncomfortable, like what I was asking for was a burden on her, even though ITS HER JOB. I have included a picture of what I asked for and an after picture of what I received. She didnt do any free hand work, she used only flower stickers, which I could have done myself at home and saved $100. Do yourself a favor and dont get your nails done here.

SLAIN SLAIN SLAAAIIINN! Thats what my nails scream when I walk out of this gorgeous new space! Jimmy and his nail techs are all incredible artists, good people, and make you feel part of the fam. Ive been seeing Jimmy for YEARS and never once walked away disappointed. I trusted him to do my nails for my wedding and brought all my girls in for mani pedis the day before. They treated us like queens and we had a blast! I will always recommend Jimmy and all the nail techs at Slain Studios because I personally, wouldnt go anywhere else. Book your appointments because they fill up quick!P.S. All of the pics are of my natural nails with gel polish. This is how long and strong your nails will grow when you go to a good nail tech!

I had my nails done there and got a new set of acrylics done on a Thursday and serval of my nails broke and popped off by Monday the following week, my new set only lasted for 5 days.....poor quality of service. Would not recommend. The technician (Rose) who did my nails wasnt skilled and wasnt the nicest. Its a shame because the salon is really cute and has a unique vibe (they sell crystals) but the quality of the work that I received and paid for was embarrassingly poor and didnt match the hype.

I called Slain Studios to ask if they had any walk-in availability for a gel manicure (since I was in the area).My timing worked out perfectly with their availability.The salon took proper safely precautions and had me wash my hands before my manicure and everyone was wearing masks.I was also so happy about their very large selection of gel nail colors. There aren’t many places in the valley with such a large selection of trending colors.Rose took care of me and did such an amazing job.She has the best attention to detail and was super gentle. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to, and I will definitely be going back!

Best Nail Salon I’ve been too, since searching because my old one shut down due to covid. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I had Kaylee and my husband had “momma” so cute ! And also NeeNee. We shared laughs and the time flew they were fast and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for new nail salon!

Took me a while to grow my natural nails and was referred to this place and not satisfied with the job done by the employee. My nails started to chip and break the next day. I went back to fix them and was charged 80 dollars for another horrible job. Now my nails are ruined and broken. I would have given no star. The owner stated that it may be the powder. Did he correct it and make it right? No.....

Shout out to a wonderful soul VivaLavon Nails!!!! I was in need of much needed nail makeover. She shaped and designed my nails!!! She is fast, efficient and friendly!!! Really wanted to like this place specially for all the good reviews and recommendations Ive had. I made my appointment with Kaylee and was excited to see her work. On the day of my appointment I was scheduled at 10:30 and by 10:10 a.m. I was marked as no show. I walked in and announced I had an appointment with her, she starts yelling across the room how she has no time for me due to showing up late in a very rude attitude which was not true since I arrived at 10:25, I showed the guy at the front desk on my phone the confirmation of the appointment and how I was on time and lets her know its correct to what her reply was well if you want your nails go wash your handsNo effort on trying to apologize for the unnecessary rudeness from her part.Alvaro and Jimmy later apologized, but I still feel necessary to share my experience.

Great environment.. Lauren took care of my nails. Super respectful of my natural nail. S*** looks hella fly.

This place is it! The nail techs are super talented and fun to be around. The salon is beautiful and they create the coolest nail art.

Cheap prices but my nail tech was not wearing a mask along with half of the staff. Will not return.
