Cindy did such a beautiful job on my dip nails! Exactly what I asked for, she has a great eye for design and I loved them. I’m really rough on my hands and normally destroy manicures before they get the chance to grow out, but you can see how well these lasted - this is 3 weeks later and they’re pretty much intact!

Very professional and on time. They have even fit me in early before. I’ve never had my nails done so well until I met them. They always give me what I ask for and do a great job at it! I recommend going here. You won’t regret it :)

I absolutely loved the spa/massage portion of the pedicure and love the concept of a ‘natural’ spa. Definitely more expensive than traditional spas, but cool to experience something different for a change.

I have been coming here for years and cant go anywhere else because I love it so much. The color selections, cleanliness, and customer service are excellent.

I request Ken because I have good experiences with him. I showed up to my appointment with Ken and I guess he was busy because they sat me down with Nicole. I decided to not say anything and give her a try. I got SNS. My nails are longer on my right hand vs my left. The edges near my cuticle are rough. It’s only been 3 days and they are already getting caught in my hair.

Helen did an amazing job on my nails! I got full acrylic set with gel nail designs. She was super quick but very neat! They came out perfect 💕 got a pedicure as well full set white gel, that was also perfect!

The whole team is great and very patient when working with new techniques and designs. They do a great job in answering any questions you might have. Nails have been beautifully done every time. Thanks for the beautiful art you create.

This was my 2nd visit to this salon. Its not close to my home but I liked that I was able to easily make appointments online. However, after this last visit, I will not be going there again.First of Haley, who I scheduled my appointment with was great. I only has a couple issues with her. She would try pushing my cuticles back with her fingernails while filing my nails and it was very painful. I asked her to use a tool instead which was much more comfortable but still not the best. I will remember to do this myself using some sort of moisturizer before any future nail appointments to avoid that from happening again to me. Also, the acrylic on my nails was built up so thick that they already looked like theyd grown out the day after getting them done. I cant say that either time I visited this salon, that I was truly happy with my nails, but I was willing to keep giving it a try. Haley also did my pedicure, and that was amazing. Hands down one of the best pedicures Ive had.The main reason for this 2 star review was the treatment I received from Haleys sister and fellow employee at the salon, Rachel. For some backstory, I booked my appointment online for 6 PM. I was so happy that later appointments were offered since my work schedule usually doesnt allow me to go get my nails done on a work night. Since it was getting close to their closing time of 7 PM, Haley enlisted Rachel to finish my nails while she did my pedicure. Rachel proceeded to lecture me, while she painted my nails, that I should book my appointment earlier if I wanted Haley to do both services. She stated that they closed at 7 and that this was too much work for Haley. My response was that I was only able to book the services at that time because it was offered on the website and that if that doesnt work for the employees, someone should update the appointments. Rachel then started to argue with me which really made me upset! Im spending my hard earned money AND I made an appointment for these services and now Im being rushed out the door while being scolded?! It was a horrible experience and Ill never go there again. I had 2 follow up appointments scheduled for the coming weeks, but after that experience, I decided to cancel them. OH! And on top of all of that, the GEL paint has chipped on my thumb nail. Its only been 3 days. My gel nails typically last 2-3 weeks with no chipping. Im totally unsatisfied with this shop.

I found this nail salon after moving from Texas to Arizona. I booked online (very convenient system) with Susan for Dipping powder aka SNS full set and asked for pink all over with the glittery purple accent nail on my index finger. She did exactly the same I requested and even suggested the ombré addition on my ring finger nail which looks pretty darn cool. We got done on time. Loved everything about this nail salon - ton of color options, and Susan was fabulous. Can’t wait to be back for more services and update here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to see Bee twice now and she’s amazing! She’s friendly and skilled. She’s done my dip nails and classic & hybrid eyelashes and I definitely recommend going to see her.

I had French manicure done exactly 1 week today and a pedicure. I paid $115 for both plus a tip on top of that. The ladies were nice nothing against them but my French manicure started peeling the very next day. I could not go to see them as I was going out of town. Today, so just 1 week later, all of my nails look bad on the sides. Too expensive for a very poor job. Disappointing. Went there for the first time and will not be going back there.

Tom is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing him since post quarentine after trying numerous other places in the area. I do the SNS and they last 3-4 weeks. I only have to get them done because they get too long. Thats how good he is!

Do not recommend as they only lasted 6 days before all breaking/chipping at tips. I asked nail tech to file down first before filling. Result of her not listening to my needs resulted in bad nails! :( first visit and last visit!

The employees really go overboard on great service and it is definitely up there with one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. I get my lashes done by Kathy every 2 weeks and she always makes me feel so beautiful every time I walk out! Lashes are the one thing I can’t live without, and after salons started reopening during COVID, the salon took careful measures to make sure everyone is clean and safe. I am so happy I found this place so close to my house, and Kathy is seriously the BEST! I have also done dip nails and a pedicure here, also with stellar experiences. I would recommend coming here for your beauty needs! The team here makes you feel so taken care of and really what more could you ask for?! 5 stars!

I dont know what happened the last 2 times I went the last Dip nails I got done started to come up after a week of getting them done. I went back to give them a second chance and the lady that was using the electric buffer ripped my skin from both of my thumbs and one of my nails got infected from it! She told me, Oh its ok. No its not! Horrible service, last time ever going there.

I just had my lashes done and first of all every one was so sweet, the place was popping and they were clean and quick. My lashes look amazzzzzing, Im so impressed! And the prices are so affordable! My daughter Hannah has raved about this place and her long coffin nails and luscious lashes always look fire so I finally went and I couldnt be more happy! Like I legit almost cried when I looked in the mirror because I felt so beautiful ( but of course I was like oh hell no Amber, no tears- 👏🏼you👏🏼 just👏🏼 got👏🏼 these👏🏼baddies on👏🏼! Hahaha❤). I read the wonderful reviews and made an appointment for a Gel/No Chip Mancure. They have Wonderful Service and sent me a text confirmation. Pikachu was very Professional and caring. She did a wonderful job on my nails and honored my request for natural pink nails!! I will return when we travel back to AZ again! They have a Great Team & Great Service♥️

UPDATE: After having a concerning experience I did continue to go to the business as they do a nice job. At my last visit they made sure to seek me out to talk to me about what happened at that prior visit and make sure that this was resolved. I was impressed they approached me and cared to check in with me to correct the issue that caused my prior experience. They are professional and do a good job on my nails so I will definitely keep going back.The woman doing my nails cut my toe because she got over zealous with trimming my cuticles and it caused me to bleed! Never ok especially during a pandemic when everyone is cautious. And now my toe hurts and REALLY hope I don’t have an infection.

I was having a hard time finding a good lash artist in the Pheonix area until a family friend referred me to Ivy. I have never been happier with my lashes. Ivy does a quality job making sure they look perfect and natural. She really knows what she’s doing. She makes sure you’re comfortable and the salon is very clean.

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to see about services and area considering I just moved here from out of state. This lady answers the phone, first off, doesn’t introduce herself, second off, sounds completely muffled and put out about having to answer the phone. When I asked about fills she’s HUNG UP. Didn’t answer when I called back either. Do yourself a favor and chose a company that cares about your business. I hope that the person that hose to hang up on me realizes that their bad day doesn’t have to be pushed onto another human being.

I just went to get a gel manicure, I was seen the second I walked in. One of the best manicures I have ever received! The staff was so friendly and really did a great job on my nails. The place was super clean and followed extra precautions to help prevent COVID. I will definitely be going back!

I had a very good experience. After not getting my nails down for 3 years I decided to try this place as it’s right across the street from my complex. When I walked in, my sister and I were helped right away. They had me wash my hands and then sat me down and Helen started working on my nails. She did a great job! I got the SNS. I will be returning for sure!

This nail salon is great! The new owners are present and ensure that you have a great experience. I found this nail salon by chance on Yelp and can honestly say it is now the only place in the valley I will go to.The parking was a bit tricky (I went on a Saturday right after a big movie release). There is ample parking, but you may have a short walk. Even though it may seem a tad inconvenient, it should not sway you from the salon.The customer service was top notch. The salon was clean and felt relaxing. I was very impressed with their selection of gel polish colors.It may have been my first visit but I am now a loyal customer!

Decided last minute to get a pedicure it was 5:20 when they close at 6 but they welcomed us in and they were all really sweet and didn’t rush at all. It was my first time going there and I will definitely be coming back. Also my pedicure came out great with a pretty flower added to it :)

I got the worst pedicure at this salon.The nail tech didn’t even cut my nails, didn’t complete painting my nails correctly and was on her cell phone the whole time. It felt unsanitary with the covid because she was working on my feet and using her phone. She made me feel like if I was an inconvenience and was very fast and was very sloppily. She even clocked out and left before my nails were done drying. I will never visit this place again and I do not recommend.

This is the only place I will get my nails done now. I had the SNS Dip done and went 3 weeks with no breaks or chips and could of easily gone another week or 2 before getting them done again. All the technicians are very welcoming and have amazing skills with designs and their own techniques.

I’ve been coming here and seeing Lyna for my manicure and pedicure for almost two years and I couldn’t be happier. My nails always look fantastic and last for a long time. Even when I chipped a nail, Lyna has me stop in and she fixes it quickly and at no charge. I will be a customer forever!!
