Am very picky w my nails. Buttt I decided to try luxe and & got RYAN as my nail tech And I was very Happy the way my nails came out very natural and got the shape just how I like it!

I was told the wait would be around 15 minutes and they got me in a chair in less than 10 minutes. The salon itself is very spacious. Very clean and follows good covid protocols. Will definitely be returning!

My pedicure was really good and well done. However my manicure was just okay, I got a simple manicure with clear polish. I washed my hands when I came home and the polish came off which was strange. I had my eyebrows waxed and my right one is good however my left one there is hair missing. I purposely grew out my eyebrows so I could get a nice shape. That was pretty disappointing. The lady who did them was super sweet and friendly. She asked how they were but I didnt have the heart to say anything besides you cant fix waxed eyebrows when hair is missing...:(. They were super busy and was 40 minutes late to start my appointment. I gave 3 stars because I really loved the pedicure.....just really annoyed about the eyebrow situation especially becuz Im celebrating my anniversary this weekend.

Came here for the first time and my tech was great! I had acrylics removed and a gel mani. She was gentle and super communicative the whole time making sure I was happy and comfortable! Ill be coming here again!

I have been here multiple times and I must say I love the friendly service. Work stations and shop is very clean and has a very clean smell (although we are wearing mask). The services that you get here have met my standards. I’m a nail addict so I know when my nails are done right and when they are done wrong and this place gets you right! They take their time and make sure you’re getting exactly what you come in to get. Will never stop coming here to come and pamper myself.

Overwhelming amount of color choices that are very well organized. I have decided to come down here regularly because on top of all of that, my nails turned out great and have held up beautifully!

The shop look clean and then staff nice I would give them five star but the owner tammy and her bother run the shop look like a mess I havent see the guy Manager I use to see in the shop missed him he run the shop so mood

Got my nails done here for my birthday and it was the best present Ive ever gotten I love my nails and the staff were great to me even though I kept them past closing. My daughter and her friend have been going here for quite awhile now and there nails always look amazing. They get the SNS powder on their natural nails (which are both long).So, my daughter has been telling me to go get mine done because Im always complaining that my nails never grow because they break all the time. I do my nails every Friday myself (file and paint). Well, we had a special occasion coming up on sunday Dec 3rd, so i figured ok, ill get my nails done. My appt was on Saturday, Dec 2nd at 1pm.I got the SNS powder and everything was going smoothly. Id never gotten my nails done before, so this was new to me with the SNS powder. The technician that did my nails, he was very nice and I loved my nails. I was excited to have nice nails without the paint chipping or breakage. My daughter and her friend, their nails last a good 4 weeks at least! Again, I was excited. I couldnt help not looking at my nails now and then, haha they were so pretty.Fast forward to Thursday night, December 7th ... which is ONLY 5 days since Id had my nails done. I felt a snag from my thumb nail on my right hand. As i looked down, it was chipped! Then noticed its chipped on both sides (corners) of thumb on right hand. My natural nail is there, but the SNS has chipped off and is gone. I was sad and my daughter was in complete shock. She was all, how does that happen!Then this evening, Fri Dec 8th ... I notice there are two other nails on my left hand that are beginning to chip. Underneath my nail, I can see where there are like pockets where its going to lift. For the price you spend, youd hope for it to last at least the 3-4 weeks. Mine didnt make it the first week!Im going to go in tomorrow to see what can be done. I feel its only fair for my nails to be redone.Salon is very nice and my daughter Always LOVES her nails and cant get enough of the deluxe pedi! Im hoping it was just a one time issue with my nails and theyll redo them.UPDATE: They tried to glue the spots that were lifting, but I asked for them to either be redone completely or get a refund. They redid them. It must have been a fluke cuz it never happened again. I continued here up until the end of April. I decided to five my nails a rest. But every month since December, my nails always lasted 4 weeks and my natural nails were not damaged when I took them off.

Oh my god this was the absolute worst service I have ever ever ever received!!!!!! Everything was fine I got my nails done there, they were nice whatever. 4 days later 3 of my acrylic nails started lifting, I called them to get it fixed and the attitude this man gave me!!!! The OWNER was so extremely disrespectful, not believing me even though I have it on video, THEN hung up on me!! I have never called an establishment and been treated with that MUCH DISRESPECT. I’m in genuine shock right now at this I truly do not know how someone can own a business, and yet talk to customers like that. It wasn’t even like he just had a little attitude this man was literally yelling and talking over me. This is so unacceptable it’s ridiculous.

First timer at this place and first time getting my nails done. I think the tech did a great job, I love my nails she did an amazing job in my opinion (: got attended immediately as well & the location is very clean.

They have great pedicure and take good time on my feet massage. My feet feel so soft after all and the color on my toes nails are super pretty. Strongly recommend this place if you want great pedicures.

Get service and quality work. I just started coming here about 3 months ago and I LOVE it. I love the SNS products that they use. So far I have been here 3 time and Im for sure not going anywhere else. The people that work there are nice and easy to talk to. I initially had a great first experience with them my mani and pedicure was great. The second time was a nightmare. MY pedicure was done fine.. no issues there.. however the dip french was completed horribly. The more I pointed out the mistakes to him.the worse it got. I had to come back later in the day to get my nails redone. Everyone in there does not do a good job and the price is the same. So...i was disappointed and it was over 5 hrs of my Friday wasted. Sad to say I wont go back. On the positive side they do try to fix the wrongs. I just dont have that kind of time to go back and forth

Ive come here Saturday mornings and so far no disappointments. Theyre always quick to take me in without an appointment and I love their work. Andy did my nails the first time and I was IMMEDIATELY SATISFIED with the results. Lasted me 3 weeks and Don did my nails another time which he did a perfect job with the shape and detail. Ive tried a lot of places so far but this is the place for me!

Gave this place TWO chances, both were a disappointment. The first time I got a full set and pedi and the girl who did my pedicure cut my nail too much, now it’s infected. The second time I got a one-color overlay fill, BUT I got charged $35. That’s almost the same cost for a full set! My nails were not very long, and it was just an overlay. The girl did my nails so fast as if she was racing. By the 3rd day the nail polish on my thumb chipped off. I will not return, the quality is not worth my money!!!

I would like to give this place 5 stars because i always go here and they always do a nice job but sadly to say i will never go here again. I went on Thursday to get an sns ombre and the nail tech that did my nails made me bleed on 2 different fingers not only that but one of my nails broke off today and ive only had them on for 2 days so far. Also one of my fingers that the tech made bleed is still in pain. And Some of the nails are not the same length.

They got me in really fast and did a great job. This place is also very clean, which is super important to me. It is definitely my favorite place to go for any nail service! It was my first time coming to this company. The atmosphere and design of this building is beautiful. The employees were great and Gave me an awesome pedicure. Even though they were busy, we didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The sanitization and cleanliness of the place is 10/10. Definitely recommend!

I love this place, I live in paradise valley & I come all the way here just for JENNI to take care of my feet. She’s phenomenal & takes her time. She makes sure my toe nails are all the same length. Makes sure she’s happy with the job she does. She has been my nail lady for 3-4 years now. All the people are very nice. Really recommended!

Its been a week and I still love my nails. Customer service is incredible! They took their time and I had the perfect end result - both in color and shape. Every time I have come my nails look great. No complaints. Im super happy with my nails and Im going to come back again and again.

Great salon! Everyone is very friendly and talkative. A bit more expensive than other salons but you get what you pay for, excellent nails 💅👌. The technician Justin did an acrylic fill for me within 30 minutes and was still detail oriented. Very satisfied with my nails.

Came to fix one nail because I accidentally broke it at work and i waited 2 hours only for them to pass me to the receptionist. She didn’t even shape it correctly . She just shaped it with the nail clippers and didn’t bother to file it . Now 1 nails looks different than the rest. I told her the shape looked weird and she ignored me and continued to charge me . I had to finish filing it at home for it to at least look decent .

Luxe Nail Spa is a great place! It is so pretty on the inside and everyone is so friendly. One day I came and got gel nails and didnt like them the first five times and they didnt hesitate to change them or charge me. I am very pleased with their service. Also they are very fast and have A LOT of colors than other places (and Ive been to several other ones).

I have been coming here for several months and I will continue to do so. The service is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I always do my full set with Anthony and he never disappoints. He does a great job every time and is very friendly and funny. I have received a pedicure from several different people and they always do a great job as well. If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend setting an appointment as it does get super busy at times.

I used to love coming to this nail place as it is convenient location for me and their work is nice.. but not anymore. On may 5th they sent a mass email to their customers stating they’d be re opening for business- as soon as I got the email, I called within the same 2 minutes and talked to the owners wife (who shouldn’t be operating without her husband.. she clearly can’t run a business by herself) and made an appointment for 10am Monday for Lisa. She said “lisa 10am Monday, okay see you then.” I show up 9:55am for Lisa who apparently no longer works there and now I don’t even have my appointment booked. She did not ask for my name nor number over the phone, which is not my problem I still called and made the only 10am Monday appointment as they have limited techs and schedule... we go over our call history and there’s a 45 second call between her personal cell and my number which apparently isn’t enough time of a call to book an appointment. What else would we talk on the phone 15 seconds short of a minute about????She has no concern to help or fix the problem she created, so then I ask for her husbands number or his email because he is the owner of the shop and I know if he were there, he would’ve made sure to take care of me... she then says he does not have a phone. Horrible service will not ever return! Luckily, there is another shop around the corner who gladly took me in and took care of me no problem with no appointment and understood the most frustrating most unprofessional situation I had just left from.

I used to come here all the time because I believed they did a good job and were friendly but over the years as they started becoming more busy they raised their prices and provided poor service. I was charged $61 for a full set . The man who did my nails had no clue what he was doing. He cut my fingers with the metal drill several times and applied a thick acrylic layer all around my cuticles and ON MY FINGERS. He redid the nail polish 4 times and someone had to come finish the job. I payed full price because I was late to work, I didn’t think they’d take 4hrs to do one set. The man was very rude. The lady said she’d see me in 2weeks for a fill as I walked out the door. My fingers hurt all day at work to the point where I cried and my fingers began to swell. I went the next day to get them removed before I got an infection and the same man removed my nails by dipping them in acetone instead of wrapping them in foil. My natural nails began to break off and my fingers were all cut up and swollen for two days. Never again.

My nails have air bubbles all over them and the gel polish is too thick, a friend and I went they charged her $28 and me $35 and we got the same thing. My nails look like those square bubble gums Not worth it I wouldnt recommend this place. I recommend V nails on 95th and McDowell.

I go to a different nail salon each time I get a pedicure and this has been one of my favorites so far. I would give it a five star if they hadnt left my feet soaking for too long and serviced a woman who was there after me first this last time I went. But prices are fair, and costumer service is good. I got a basic pedicure with a gel polish came out $37

Leon is the best thing that ever happened to my nails! He does a fabulous job with the SNS on my own nails. He doesnt buff so much that he digs into the nail. I always leave Luxe very satisfied.

I went for a fill based on reviews of course but definitely not what I expected. I felt felt like the lady doing my fill was in a race to finish. Ive never had such speedy service...literally. Normally that would be a good thing but absolutely no attention to detail and a $5 charge for longer nails Very disappointed.

Arrived in and ALL service are great! They invited me sat down a pedicure chair and explained how shape and gel color I was. Then she took a good her time and the manicure I received was spectacular. So wonderful with my nail result ... really like to her gel color today, thanks!

Updated Review!!I really like the packages they offered for pedicures and all but the customer service is the worst!!! When I first started going here I gave it five stars and i had nothing but positive things to say as you will see in the old review.However, the last time I visited was just the last straw. Its almost as if whenever you visit you never see the tech that was there the last time. They always have new people, which is not the real issue, but they are in training and its almost as if the others that have been there do not want to help them find what they need among other things. They also tend to have you waiting and help people who come in after you, who do not have an appointment. Just overall bad customer service and communication. I had to stop going.********************This is the place to get pedicures! Very soothing and relaxing. It does get busy at times but the wait is worth it. Ive gotten a few manicures as well and they were lovely.

Getting your nails done here is superb💅👌🦊🐺When you do come here try to get your nails done by one of the male staffers because they do really good job, there are females that for that do good too, but the male staff get into really good detail 👌👌👌. I recommend coming here and get those food relaxed 😁

I love my nail shop but my last two visit have been unpleasant. Nails done by same tech both times. My 55$ nails that I just got today are bending and cracking. We had some issues with them drying while I was there, I mentioned them being too thin and was ignored. .-Amy Patton

Boyfriend and I went here and were impressed! They worked very hard and they also gave me several amazing advices on my nails/toes. My pedicure was perfect and I found this an overall enjoyable.

They over cut the sides my toe nails and I have been having a painful red and swollen toe for over a week now, I think it caused an infection!-what happened to the reply about calling me a liar before I posted the picture? That was so rude and unprofessional!

I was frantically looking for a good place to go and stumbled across this one. My technician was very sweet and professional. She worked her magic on my pedicures and it came out perfect. Besides, the prices are reasonable! I dont think I can find this price anywhere in the city, plus the great detail services! Couldnt be more elated with this place :)!

Everyone here was kind except the man that did my nails. My nails are short and he didn’t even file to bottom. He wanted to charge for everything I paid $50 for a full set. I would of paid $37 anywhere else. Place looks nice but it’s way to pricey.
