I’ve been here twice and have had nothing but incredible service and great quality of work. First I saw Kim whose work was absolutely flawless and lasted even longer than the promised two weeks. My second tech was Gina (sorry on the spelling) who also did wonderful work. It turns out we have some mutual friends so I got a great manicure AND had a great conversation. I’ll be back for sure!

The total for my visit was $153. My 5yr old got a manicure and pedicure. I received a pedicure ($30) and I added on paraffin wax ($12). My full set was completed by Julie. She was very nice and overall she did a great job. I am giving 4 stars due to the wait time and because I was charged extra for coffin shape but my nails turned out looking more square

The most amazing, professional, kind service ever! I asked for a special design and Tom was so good!!! They also have a lot of clear nail sparkle options and do an impressive job. Reasonably priced too!!

I love this place. I’ve been going for years now and never have had a bad experience. Everyone is also so nice and welcoming, very accommodating to me when I want to change up the shape of my nails drastically. Always helpful in helping me choose colors.

Ive been coming to Luxe for a few months now and I really enjoy it! Im very introverted and quiet, but this place feels safe and comfortable.Noteable Pros: Ive seen a different tech every time but the quality is consistent! Some have complained about the techs working really fast and making mistakes because of it. While I agree that the techs work fast, I have not noticed that quality is an issue. ALSO they dont try to upsell (make passive aggressive comments about your appearance to try to get you to buy more services) here! Super win.Noteable Con: Im only giving a 4/5 because of scheduling. If you make an appointment its likely youre going to wait 10-20 minutes to be see (even if youre the first appointment of the day). I know to expect this now and its not a huge issue. Its very busy here so I recommend calling ahead if you want to be in/out by a certain time.

The nail tech did a great job and I thought the price was reasonable, however, Im not sure that they disinfect the tools between use. She put the nail and cuticle trimmers back in her caddy without cleaning them in anything other than water.

They were able to take me right away. Very nice inside and definitely looks of better quality than other nail salons around. Great service they were quick and were able to take me right away. My french pedicure was PERFECT! hard to find a place that gives a good French tip. Highly recommend ñ.

Moved to Arizona 10 months ago and FINALLY found this holy grail nail salon! Nail shape and design is on point and friendly service definitely recommend.

Its a great place. I spontaneously stopped by and tried for a Manicure and Pedicure. Very friendly, excellent service. They serve Water, hot tea and Mimosas. Amy was super sweet and did a great job with my Manicure. Pedicure was fantastic, Susan does an amazing job and her Massage is great. The salon itself is very clean and has a beautiful design. They offer semi private Pedicure rooms, which is great when you are with a friends. First time customers get 20% off service. Overall a great experience, I will be back.

Just went there to get a color change, first the lady tried to get my nail polish off with cotton balls which was ok but later on you can see the cotton ball hairs over the nail polish. Then she tried to get the nail polish off with the nail drill, still didn’t get all of the nail polish off and didn’t care to wipe off the nail dust that was left over on my fingers. She painted over the excess nail polish that was still on my nails. Applied the polish to thick as well. Would have done a better job myself. Would not recommend to anyone

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My girlfriend comes home after a visit (her first and last) and not only did they file her nails down entirely too thin, give her the worst french tip ive seen since the revolution, and charge her to fix their mistakes, but had the nerve to explain to her what OCD meant when she tried to tell them it wasnt right.Not the biggest fan of bad reviews, but this place earned this one

Ive gone here for years and love it! It gets really busy a lot though and sometimes they forget about you but other than that this nail bar is awesome. Super classy.

They were professional, and were able to squeeze us in even though it was obviously extremely busy. They did a great job with our pedicures. it also smells really good inside, and I like the atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I went for services. Paid over $200. I got a gel nail fill. 4 nails broke within a week. Called in to have them fixed and they refused. WILL NOT RETURN. Poor quality.***Will not return due to the poor customer service received when the salon was presented with the issue. ***

Was a loyal Customer who tipped well, was punctual, and always patient. After previously waiting over an hour (had appointments) for my boyfriend and my pedicures, I made an appointment for one nail to be fixed. The technician was just starting a full acrylic set, so I told the receptionist I was okay with any technician and happy to pay, mentioning my experience the week before (waiting an hour) and telling her today I didn’t have that luxury. Immediately she became defense and rude, the tech was rude snd short with me. They were all clearly bad mouthing me, abd as IM LITERALLY crying my technician tells me to “calm down” cause I wanted my nail shorter. I’m sad because I truly love this salon, but these two experiences make it impossible for me in good conscious patron them any longer.

John does a really great job with my nail art. He takes his time and its looked great when Ive gotten them done here.

Second time here. Called around the 10am for a 1pm appointment. Arrived around 12:45 and it’s 3:32 and I’m barely leaving and I had a basic gel pedicure and dip on my natural nail. I get the gentleman doing my nails is older but that js no excuse. I should get the same service from any nail tech there. He said probably a total of 20 words to me and didn’t even ask if I wanted my nails cut down or anything. They are a bit overpriced also. Went across the street for my last service and got a design and paid $10 less.**Edit two days later** got two foil strips on my nails and they are already coming up. I told the gentleman there when I noticed one coming up and he fixed it. I specifically asked if they were secure and told him I do not want to have to come back in a few days to get it fixed (which I now have to )I JUST called and the lady tells me I can come in.. I then asked if tomorrow at 6:30 works . She said yes. A minute later I say you know what I actually can come in 30 mins. All of a sudden there are busy and can’t see me. Not sure what changed in two mins

Not worth it for the price I even get hot stone massage somewhere else for less. first and last time coming here poor quality and unprofessional. The point is that I left with nail polish on my toes, the guy didn’t even bother to clean them he Said thank and left.

I have always been the type of person to go to ANY salon and never went to one salon until I found LUXE Nail Bar...I have become the most dedicated customer because I value their service, variety of colors and my nail tech Darren. It is a very busy salon so always make an appointment. I have never had to wait if I make an appointment ahead of time. Salon is clean, very pretty and big! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a salon that is high-end, clean, and excellent at acrylic nails, SNS, and gel. Best nail techs are Darren, Tiffany and Dilly!

Sincerely appreciate being taken care of after showing up late and missing my appointment. Service was nothing short of amazing. I fell asleep a few times during my pedicure. Not sure who my technicians were but I will indeed be back. Also complemetary wine or champagne wouldve added the cherry on top to my experience!Thank you again.

$75 for a mani and classic pedicure is absolutely insane. The girl who did my manicure had such a terrible attitude. Every idea I gave her for cute nail art she got so irritated and gave me such attitude over it. And they were very simple designs. Ended up getting nothing not a single design because the girl made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Salon is clean, employees are nice but constantly speak in their language. A bit pricey. cuticles didn’t get cleaned and no hand massage given here. 🤨 I asked for a lite natural pink and got a dark pink.. overall, ok experience.

This salon is really beautiful and all the nail technicians are extremely talented. There are plenty of chairs and even a nice area with couches in the middle to wait. My favorite part is the HUGE variety of colors to pick from. I always get SNS personally and the variety of colors to choose from does not even come close to amounting to what other nail salons have. Prices are also reasonable too. Great massage chairs. Everything is clean. Ive been coming for a year and my nails always last a really long time when I come here. I usually go to Ivy though. Scheduling system could be better, but its kind of impossible with a nail salon because people are late, dont show up, and the techs need to make money.

I asked for slim square shape and I got something similar to the picture I showed but they were so terribly pointy that I had to come home and cut them all down and file them myself. I was notimpressed with the full set I got and would never come back for that service. They were nice but to come home with scratches on my face and hands from having such pointy edges isn’t ideal.

Great shellac manicure w attention to detail. Decent pedicure. Really disappointed that the manager walks around w no mask, even when close to customers and when asked to do so by more than one customer. All the nail techs wore masks. Kind of pushy on the upgrades but the manicure really is great.

Amazing work they do a really good job and my nails always look good. Although the work is bomb the employees are horrible. They are very rude and dont make me feel really welcomed. I went a 2weeks ago for a full set and i havent been out in a while and i got super lightheaded (cause im 6 months pregnant) and i asked the man for a water and he told me no. And then i kept asking and he said 10 min then i said i was pregnant and he said “fine 5mins” then i realized i wasent going to get my water so i asked the lady up front and she went and got it for me. That was my worse experience with them. But every time i go they always do something that makes me remember how much i hate the people but love their work ive been trying to find a new nail place but no one can do nails like them. But employees suck so

This place is really comfortable and cute. I made an appointment online for my cousin and I, but they didnt have that written in their books so we were seen late. Nail techs are friendly and quick. I had a full set with gel and they look alright, some nails are uneven and there were some bubbles in the polish which is disappointing given they charge so much for their services. I also asked for a coffin shape and they didnt taper the ends very much and gave me some pushback about it.

I paid $140.00 for two mani and pedi and the bottom of my feet were barely touched by the person doing the pedi. I dont even think that they got lotion put on them. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Ill go back to Moriah Nails.

Nail tech Grace was horrible. Seemed liked she was in a hurry and she cut me twice. I had to walk out of there without my nails done because I asked her to be careful a few times and she cut me twice

First off I want to say everyone in there was cool, but this is the most thatd Ive ever paid for my nails and the job was decent until it came to the polish. The polish itself was super thick, inconsistent, and there were air bubbles. I even politely asked her to clean the edges and she didnt even do as I asked. She rushed through the process and I will not be coming back. This was my first time and last time here .

No wait when I arrived as a walk in. Super clean and very well organized. Everyone was so welcoming. Tim was amazing! He tended to my nails with care. I will be coming back for my toes for sure.

This place just was not what I was expecting. I had to go to another salon a week later to get my nails re-done. Unfortunately I would not recommend nor will I return. I got a simple full set, the excess acrylic was left under the nails so I had to try to chip it off when I got home. The nails were short and the technician I had made them way too thick! Overall sloppy job.

I’ve went to this establishment twice, the second time was to give them a second chance. The first time I went I got nails that cost $120 jewels included my jewels were falling off within the third day. My nails were also breaking extremely fast. Second time I got short nails to avoid them breaking still came out of pocket about $110 I got gel the gel bubbles bad the next day. I went back the manager was nice about redoing my polish but again the gel bubbles the next day so don’t get gel if you are going to take a shower.

I really try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt when you have poor service but this is 0-2. The first time I went was not a good experience I had forgotten what even happened. But today, was terrible. I really thought this would be the place considering it within walking distance but I’m surprised how many people even go there.-it is always packed. I am very confused to why.- two other customers were complaining when I arrived.- My nails were nothing like I asked the tech could do. Which is totally fine if he would have said “no.” Instead I paid $55 for a gel full set for a “blah.”- $20 for gel on top of acrylicsYou’d think a hand massage or even cuticle clean up would come with that. This isn’t Scottsdale or anything even remotely close to it.

Ive always had an incredible experience here. I bring my crazy pinterest ideas in and no matter what it is, they always do a phenomenal job. Theres not one nail tech thats my fave. I have found that they all do quality work at the same level, which is super convenient when the others are busy.

John is the best, I drive to see him just to get my nails. He is the best for my ombre look.

I am a Doctor of Business, a national keynote speaker, a business owner & an investor. I was in town on business and to visit my niece, who plays basketball at one of the local colleges. I have been to nail salons all over the world, and never in my life have I left a nail salon so disappointed. First, the customer service at this nail salon was terrible. This was meant to be a treat for my niece and very relaxing, but the experience was the opposite. Second, they were done with my feet in about ten minutes, and typically it should take 45 minutes to an hour. Third, they asked me to pay three times before the service was complete. Kindness goes a long way, and it should be a priority in a nail salon. The tech that helped me was not very kind. Also, nail salons should be inclusive and welcoming to all. Lastly, all of the upcharges were not necessary. They charge more to scrub feet with a foot file. Last time I checked, a pedicure includes foot soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, foot and calf massage, moisturizer, and nail polishing. I did not receive a foot file or clear nail polish. I will never recommend them or visit again. I hope to one day come back to this salon and give them an hour-long training on inclusion and kindness.

Sister and I got pedicures then i dryed while she had a Mani. I wore the flip-flops out and then over another hour later put my heels on for less than 2 minutes to have this happen on both big toes! Not impressed.

They filed my toe nail so low it was bleeding. I felt a sting but brushed it off only to take the nail polish off a week later and find a red spot on my nail. My manicure came off the next day. They didn’t put on top coat 🥴. Waste of money. My sisters drip nail popes off 2 days later.

IMG such awsome customer service compared to my past experience at other salons! Said 10 minute wait as a walk in but was seen and being worked on within 5 mints. My tech did a perfectionist job and was pleasant with me the entire time. She focused on me not her coworkers and their chat.prices are also great as you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but rather reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend this nail salon. The ambiance is also very beautiful and relaxing!!

I had a wonderful experience. Eddy was my nail tech and he was polite, efficient, and very accommodating. I got a long coffin shaped full set using dip powder and a matte top coat. He fulfilled my requests with no issue, and this may be the BEST set I’ve ever gotten. The shop was very clean, organized, tastefully decorated, and had an immediately welcoming atmosphere. Their open slightly later than other places I’ve gone making it convenient to head there after work. I will certainly be making this my go-to shop for all my nail needs.

No physical distances between customer. Chairs and tables no disinfected between clients and NO SOAP in restrooms. Don’t go this place should shut down.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the lady cut me and did not really clean my nails (I had an old set, went in for a fill). I definitely had better experiences before. Customer service was not as great.

My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and gets pedicures on a regular basis in Chicago. We were on vacation for a wedding and went to the nail salon. The girl who was assigned to my daughter took one look and said she couldn’t give her pedicure. They charged $19 to change her nail color. They never tried another technician. Very upsetting. Never encountered this in Chicago. I have always had salons go above and beyond to give my daughter good service.

This nail salon is great! I had a manicure and a pedicure and am happy with both. The salon is clean, chairs are comfortable, they play good music, and the staff is pleasant. They accommodated both walk-ins and appointments. My nails look beautiful - I will definitely go back.

THEY USED ALOE VERA PRODUCTS! & The guy KEN who did our nails was amazing💖 He was fast and my nails are the bomb dot com. I wanna come to Az just to get my nails done ☹️ Very good experience. Used to love going to this place and have been wanting to go back but the last time I went in I was told it was just a 15-20 min wait time and two customers came in and were sat right away and they told me that it would just be 5 more minutes but those minutes past by and I was told the same thing again, I waited about 20 more minutes and I was never sat down so I decided to leave and the girl in charge didn’t even try to stop me she just looked away.

Was kept waiting, saw staff sitting around. Talking and upselling the whole time during my pedicure. Not relaxing. Kept reminding about time frame. Paid for upgrade pedicure but poorly exfoliated, detailed. I do better at home. Quick paint job as I ran out of time.I wont return or recommend.

I decided I would try getting fake nails for the first time ever. I made an appointment easily and was able to get started shortly after I arrived. My tech did an amazing job. I dont have anything to compare it with but my nails came out great! The salon is very pretty and bright. I look forward to going back for regular appointments.

Had such a lovely experience at this salon!**Ask for Rose when you walk in.**I have damaged / thin nails from years of acrylics and she was incredibly gentle putting on a new set. She never once nicked my cuticles and was very polite.

I dont live in the region, but I was up in for work this week. I really needed a polish change on my gel and at Nails was able to do just that! She was super helpful to me with picking out colors (Im so indecisive by the end I usually choose blue) and was very nice! My nails look GREAT, and Ive received so many compliments on the color. I have a standing appointment to get a regular manicure and pedicure here every Saturday morning. I am always happy with my nails. The salon is very clean - which is very important to me. They also do gel manicures and waxing, but I have not tried that yet.Please make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, otherwise they may not be able to do your nails.

The receptionist is blatantly unaware of the order of customers and calls people as he pleases. I waited for over two hours for a manicure (because I was with someone else and they were being helped). There was a tech that was free and wouldn’t help me, he simply kept wandering around the salon. On the website they state a manicure is $16 but she charged me $21 and couldn’t tell me why. The lady who helped me cut my cuticles and created more lifting than there was to begin with and she also said I needed to pay before she could polish my nails. The nails have bubbles that have formed in the 2 minutes it’s taken me to write this review.

I waited for over an hour, to realize they forgot about me. I looked past that, mistakes happen. I got a gel pedicure and gel fill. I am 90% sure the lady doing my fill was the owner or at least part owner. She rushed through my fill, didn’t ask the standard questions, “do you want your nails shorter”, “what shape?”, etc. I had to ask for it. I honestly felt like she rushed through my nails just to get to the next person, well actually I know she did. Two days later, and my nails are chipping, BADLY. I would definitely not recommend.

Got my nails done there..ask if they can do my nails like a pic that I had they said yes but turns out the guy that did them couldn’t do my nails like that at all didn’t even look like the pic a little I said I didn’t like them he got mad and fixed it but In a hurry and left little spots of the other polish that I didn’t like..so u can see the new polish with spots of the polish that I didn’t like..I was already irritated so I left it..it looked horrible not only did that happen they over charged me 10 bucks..I only got a gel fill which was 37 he charged me 47 plus the tip I left him...at first I didn’t think nothing till I got in my car and looked online at prices..I called them to ask how much the prices were to make sure I was right and sure enough he took 10 extra bucks for him plus the 7 bucks tip I left him I told the lady what happen that the guy charged me more then it was And why he would do that and I want my money back..she started stuttering and hung up on me when I called back no answer..I didn’t even bother to go back I just know to never go back again!!! So just a heads up be aware What u are paying for!!!!

Im here from out of town and needed my nails done. I happened upon the Nail Bar and decided to try it. Very modernized and classy decor with a super concept! VIN, my nail tech, was fabulous. I never tip more than 20%, but I did this time. He earned it. I sure wish I lived here so I could visit every two weeks.

I have been going to this Salon for year. It is the best nail salon in Phoenix. I highly recommend going here if you are seeking any type of nails and/or pedicure. The Staff are very professional and friendly. Definitely a five star establishment!!!!

Great place and great value! Recommended to me by a friend. It is very clean and the staff is quite pleasant. Excellent and thorough pedicure. I enjoyed the massage chair and foot massage-floated out of there....very relaxing

Great customer service! Their powder gel is awesome! Ive stopped by a few times and been really happy. I had one off pedicure and came back, they totally redid it free of charge! So awesome! Ill be back whenever Im in town for work

Have been back three times and the nail techs have consistently done a great job (Ive had a different tech each time). I get the SNS dip manicure and am happy with the results.

This place was seriously horrible. I had my nails and toes done and they look horrific. They didn’t ask me really what i want and when they did they still just did whatever. The length isn’t at all what i wanted. They are bubbled and just a mess. I wasn’t the only one though it seemed most of the customers were very unhappy. One lady next to me was cut and when she brought it up to the nail tech she got yelled at. On top of the horrible job they changed me $132 I’m so upset i left crying. I hardly give reviews but this was thee worst experience I’ve ever had.

They are so kind and gentle . I got exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend them.
