I had my nails done a week ago at a Regal Nails inside Walmart. Needless to say, it was the most horrible job I had ever had done on my nails. The acrylic wasnt applied properly and I ended up having one nail come partially off in less than a week. Tracy Nails and Spa literally had to redo every nail but they took their time to get it done right. My nails are absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend!!

Put on eyelash extensions uneven and when I asked to fix they did it hastily and without carefulness. I went back to try and remove them thinking that they would be professional with professional tools and even asked if they had eyelash extension glue remover and they claimed they did. As I was laying down to get them removed she did not prep my face. She immeadeatly started smothering my eyelashes with what smelled and felt like Vaseline, then she proceeded to pull at my eyelashes and tug at them and I even felt my eyelashes being ripped out. As I continued to lay there confused I began to hear snipping sounds and even asked if she was cutting off my eyelashes. Her response I no speak English, I no speak English. I kept asking her to stop if it wasnt sliding off because I kept feeling as if she was cutting my eyelashes and then I felt a sharp pain on my eyelid.

Idol is a new nail salon on 51st Avenue and McDowell. Ive been there twice and have had excellent experience with the two nail technicians that gave me my pedicure. The Foot & Leg massage was great very relaxing.

This place just opened!! It’s now Michael’s nails! Michael did a amazing job on my nails! Highly recommend this place! Come see them they’re under new management and I highly highly recommend it!!

My daughter went here and got a full set done and I pick her up and they look awful. Im not sure how the lady thought they looked good at all being as thick as they are. I wont be taking her back there for her nails I absolutely hate the job they did.

My mother and I went to this Nails & Spa, and we absolutely hated it!We decided to try them out since they did promote better prices.My mom got a manicure, and white tip nails. They started peeling the day after, and the nail polish they used was terrible quality. They had a terrible finish so she ask them to fix it, but they simply added another coat of the same poor quality clear nail polish.As for me, I got a full set acrylic nails, and the guy hurt me four times. And I am usually not one to complain. The nail polish they used on me was also bad quality and is already chipping and it has not been a week yet.My mom decided to return to the place to see if they could fix it, and they refused and told her that white tip manicures arent suppose to last long. They were really rude about it.It had only been two days, I have done white tip on my self on my natural nails and its lasted over three weeks. We will NEVER go back to this Nails & Spa!They charge the same and their work is terrible quality! with manicures and acrylic nails.If you want to get your nails done GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Avoid this place!!

Came in for a gel mani and pedicure, the guy who did my services rushed and was rough, massage hardly felt him apply any pressure on my feet. they do not disinfect the tools or bowls after each use. They way he polished my nails was as if a child did them. When I pointed out his mistakes he got defensive. Would give 0 stars but the lady didn’t charge me for the horrible manicure. I do not recommend this place at all

Great at nails and eyebrow waxing

I went in with my niece to get our nails and toes done and when I told them what I wanted they told me they couldnt do our nails but could do our toes. Why do you have a nail salon that doesnt do hands???
