This is the BEST nail salon in South Phoenix. Everyone is courteous & polite. Over three years Calvin has cared for my natural nails & always provides excellent results. As a healthcare worker I constantly suffer from pincer toenails which can get pretty painful but Calvin takes his time & treats them regularly w/o any further complications.Thank you Kim AZ Nail and Spa for providing excellent services to your customers & friends. Walked in for the first time. Tried to sign in and was asked if i had an appointment. I stated no and was told we dont have time for you...not lets book an appointment. If you want customer service you wont find it in this salon. Thats for sure. Walked in and right back out. Ill take my business elsewhere...thank you.

I can’t remember the gentlemen’s name, but he did a great job on my gel pedicure. He acknowledged my sensitivities and was very kind. They also got me in last minute (I called beforehand) and it was very quick and affordable. Finally found my new favorite nail salon in South Phoenix!

I really enjoy this place! Although a bit small they are really good at what they do I’ve had mani and Pedis here what I like is that they don’t over charge. Like other places like Pinky Nails on 59th they over price their bad service! KIMS NAILS IS GREAT and has wonderful people!

They don’t answer their phones, yet an appointment is required. So, I physically have to drive there to schedule an appointment. Then I’m told, “We’re too busy. The phones are up too high.” So, rather than try to schedule an appointment for me, the woman just said, “We’re too busy.” Ay yi yi! I’m determined to find a great nail salon with great service and good customer service!

I loved this place.The man that helped me took his time, tried his best to get the shape of nails that I wanted..And they gave me and my sister water

I cant express enough, I asked my lovely technician for a specific style and she delivered, I cant tell you how many shops I go to in AZ and they dont do the shape I ask for. This is my first time here, its clean, they are polite, shoot, im stil getting my nails done as I type this, shout out to my amazing technician Joy.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I had shown the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and got the total opposite. They are so horrible. Definitely will not be going back.
