Came in here on a whim because I live across the street and I’ve been having trouble finding a good nail place since my usual girl moved away several months ago. I couldn’t have been happier. They took me as a walk in no problems, and my nails came out beautifully. She was so patient and I could tell she really wanted my nails to be done perfectly. I’ve received so many compliments on my design, and the quality of the nails themselves is fantastic. I have bad anxiety and put off getting my nails done sometimes because of it, but the nail tech respected my desire to just sit quietly and read on my kindle while she did my nails. I would highly recommend this place for all these reasons and more. Can’t wait for my next visit already!

I have neen.coming here for very a yr. Everyone here is talented awesome. But kym well the best I always ask for her. She does the perfect job. I love coming here They are clean and all of their instruments are sterilizedI wont go anywhere else

I go in and I ask if I could get a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and manicure for me, the lady said in 15 minutes i said ok so I go and get my daughter from the truck and when we go in to look for the colors she goes up to me and said no we can’t do it anymore. This business should remove the walk-in sign they have and actually not tell the people that they can do the business in 15 min if all they are going to do is turn them away. The location was convenient for me but never have I felt like I was judged and then turned away I will not recommend this place to other people.

This is one of the most unprofessional nail salons I’ve ever been to, I paid for quality and that is not what I receive she used scissors to cut my acrylics and my nails have scratches and scuffs a day after getting them done! Absolutely no nail prep she even dropped the light on my hand and I had to pick it up myself! Designs are limited to what they want to do at that time. Very lovely women but I will never go again.

Love these ladies they take their time and never rush the job. They always make sure we are happy before we leave!

Weve gone to Mindys for a few years and love all the girls!! My 4 y.o. daughter particularly loves Kim, who is really amazing and treats her extremely well. Well never go anywhere else. They do a fantastic job and take pride in the quality of their work. My (very rugged, manly) husband even joins us for a pedi on occasion! =)

I was very impressed with my pedi today. Its been a long time since a tech paid such nice attention to detail. I certainly will be a repeat customer. The shop was clean, and attractive.

Been going here for years, great service, very nice technicians, accommodating and never complain when I come in after not being timely with my nail up-keep. (I can be horrible!) Anyway i love this place! They do great work!

I was in the area and decided to get a gel manicure for an upcoming wedding I was attending. I had my toddler with me and for a small price they received a “manicure” as well. It was a pleasant experience. However, two days later I noticed my “gel” nails began to lift and soon after began to chip. Later, all nail polish was chipped or half gone6 Days post manicure I returned to the salon so that the nails could be redone. And I was told that they could not help me and to return on a day when the original technician could fix the nails. Mind you, all parties did not know who the technician was or when she would be working. At this point the wedding is two days away and I do not live in the area. Still the salon refused to help me. Stating that the technician who did my nails the first time needed to be the one responsible. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of money! Very disappointed, and would not recommend.

Most terrible place ive ever been to!. I actually had to do my own nails the lady had no idea what she was doing she was too old she couldnt even see she has to apply the fill twice.

Amazing service

The pedicure itself was average, no complaints. However my nail technician was severely lacking in customer service. I asked for a regular pedicure, and she told me she would only do it with callus treatment because my heels were terrible. Okay, fair, I wear flip flops 24/7. Then another customer came in and she rushed my pedi to get to her, asked me to pay before she had even put a top coat on. Okay, youre busy, I understand. Then she charged me twice. She voided the second receipt and wouldnt give me a copy. She argued with me that I didnt know enough, I dont understand anything, I dont know how voids work. I do, I just wanted proof in case it didnt drop off my account. She was literally screaming all this in my face as I calmly asked her to stop shouting at me and calm down. Needless to say - despite the outcome of my pretty toes, they just lost a weekly customer. Oh, and as another person came in for a service, she yelled out to another employee in the back who came out looking severely annoyed and covered in black hair dye.

Nails where very thick and they staff talk in a different language to each other not the client.

Worst place ever !! Bad quality products, gel change color in less than 3 days, went back to get it fix she said it was my fault . This is so ridiculous . Was her customer for years . No discount . Tiffanys on bell rd and cavecreek is better than this place also less expencive !!! .

I have made Mindy Nails my regular stop for gel manicure. The staff are nice, and their work is good.

Nails lifted within hours, I came back the following morning for a fix and was told they didnt have time to fix them. Mind you there were 3 of them and only 2 customers.. contesting with my credit card company and going elsewhere

Rude and unfriendly went to see about getting my nail fixed and it went from how can I help you to we are busy they didnt even know if I was going to end up doing more than that because they were so rude there was no one even in there to say that they were busy would never go again

My daughter and I have been going to Mindy for over 10 years. We used to live down the street and moved away almost 5 years ago and continue to drive over to this nail salon. You should call ahead and make an appointment because they are always busy. I highly recommend it here.
