When i walked in and asked if there was time for a full set, she said no and rudely said “go” and told me to leave. Do not recommend coming here if you are looking for good costumer service.

Wow! Love this place! Lisa was awesome, kind and caring. And she smiled the entire visit. Best pedi ever! Will be back. Its small but a very clean facility. Highly recommend!!

I, too, should have read the reviews. I had a pedicure and got a fungus in the nail of my toe. My nail came off as the fungus had spread under the whole nail.

I love how sweet she is. She stayed later to finish my daughter full set. Did a good job on my pedicure. Its not like all the other places very quiet and old school.

The owner is a hard working woman. She’s been at the same location for 17 years. Great value and very nice.

I came in with my niece to get a pedi and full set. They took my baby and did her nail and sat me in tue chair. About a half hour gors by and i ask whos doing my toes. They said oh that person is on lunch1😲 so the other lady just sitting there comes and sqirts some liqid dial on her hand and comes and rubs it on my foot. Then she gets the nail scraper and scraped my nails so hard she made one bleed. I had to stop her amd got up dried my feet. Im waiting on my baby girl to finish her nails and im out. Without getting my pedi and nails done😥😡

From my point of view, one start is a lot. I was in a rush to get a clear gel on my nails, they are right next to my employer so I figured id stop in until I was able to go to my normal nail salon. WORST IDEA EVER. I told the lady not to file my nails and she did I had to pull my hands away from her. The gel was done in under 10 mins. The so called massage was a slap of location and I had to rub in myself. When I asked for the price she had said $16.99 and when I went to pay she said $29.99. I was fuming at this point. I asked why it went from 16.99 to 29.99 and she said you get massage. I just really wanted something to save my nails from them breaking and SHE messed them up. The place was also Dirty I had to ask her to clean her supplies before using them on me. Please read all reviews before going in. NOT WORTH IT.

If I would have looked at the reviews I would NOT have stopped. The technician did not listen to me. I did not want pink color. I told her the color looked globbedd on. She made excuses for it. I told her when she was done my nails looked awful, she coped an attitude. I paid the outrageous bill and left.Yeah, I should have walked out, live and learn

Im Wanting to change my answer When I first reviewed this this salon I was really mad and it took me a while to get over it instead I do feel bad for the Older lady that did my nails I don’t No if she was the owner of the salon She seemed worried and panicked I understand she is trying with lack of education or experience I’ve been there no help with one other lady who idk if her skills are any better I see her trying make it by herself but she needs to find another career or change her salon what she really needs is experienced nail technicians I hope she understands that she needs to hire, people that can help her Salon instead of her trying to do it herself or trying to learn on her own they need help and I wish the best for her but I don’t see her staying there long unless she finds good help ☹️

Wow. Terrible gel. Every one of my nails is a different shape and length. Only one person who could do nails was working (I think it was owner). There was a “helper” who was trying to soak off my gel without filing off the shiny surface. Each hand soaking in a bowl of acetone and then she would very roughly scrape nail bed. I had to stop her. The gel was done very quickly and my nails look terrible (bit of lint left in one, clumpy in appearance). There was very little choice in nail color. They didn’t let me look through colors, they brought a few pinks to me and had such a limited selection it confused me. I didn’t want to insult the friend who took me there or I’d have left at that point. The place is beyond worn out and has definitely seen better days. I didn’t let them do any cutting/cuticle work so cannot comment on that. Looks like they’ve fallen on hard times. I wouldn’t recommend.

My Granmda talked me into getting a pedicure for the first time ever.The lady was very nice and quick. For four of us.Definitely recommend

I go there several times a year. It was recommended to me by coworkers. The owner is sweet and does a great job, but she does not speak much English. She HATES accepting credit cards, but will if you have no cash. (But be prepared for a lecture in unintelligible broken English). Last time I needed to use my card I told her to add $5 to my bill to cover her fee. That settled her down nicely. True, when she is busy she rushes through the pedicures rather quickly, but still it is far better than what I could do on my own, even with my bifocals. PS she charges a little more for “sea salt”, but she massages it in and that is my favorite part.

Went in today on my lunch break from work. Salon owner was very friendly and sweet. She asked several times how I was feeling and did an AMAZING job. Will definitely come back here. Great pedicure and done in the timeframe I required. Plan to stop by more often for quick pampering.

The pedicure was pretty fast but affective. The leg massage was decent, yet seemed pretty rushed. The woman did a good paint job, was very detailed. The massage chairs were good. Place looks a little worn, but overall good service at a very low price.

WOW, small shop, big heart, all the standards, reasonable prices, I got french manicure gel nails & a pedicure & let me tell you this womans hands are magic, shes quick but she takes so much pride in her work & she really cares about her customers, she wants to get to know you & make you feel special, I hadnt been able to afford to treat myself for a few years with nails & a Pedi & Im so glad I decided to go to the place closest to home because I feel so pampered, will definitely be a return customer!!

Service is mediocre. The lady was very nice however the whole pedicure process was about 5 mins literally. She did exactly what i would do at home. The pedicures are only 16.99 so makes sense but i wouldnt come back Id rather get a good pedicure and pay 20. The salon is not very nice I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Save the trouble and pay for quality work.

*EDIT: I honestly dont recommend this place for manis or pedis at all. I got my manicure done and the day after I got it, my nails started to chip. The daughter of the owner, Tori, was trying to tell me to get acrylic nails so they last longer but I refuse to do that because I dont want to damage my nail bed.*I have came here a few times in the past for manis and pedis. I feel like the techs who have done my nails previously do a great job with my nails when its not busy. However it is very difficult for me to understand what they are saying to me any time they ask me a question. So I wouldnt recommend it personally for that reason.

The worst pedicure I ever got. I was going to get a mani/pedi but told her to stop after the pedi. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Nothing is sterilized. Should’ve read the reviews before coming in...

Tried this place 3 times for pedicure because of low $16.99 price. Third time I questioned the woman as to why pedi was so fast and superficial...got no understandable response! After another minimal, 5 minute pedi, I left and then realized she hadnt even trimmed 4 of my nails, as attached picture shows!

The worst pedi Ive ever had. Hands down. Its one thing to go fast and something else altogether to skip steps. She didnt even clean under my nails...? Never again.

Arrived late to PHX on a Sunday night. Needed nails fixed for impt meeting next day. Owner was lovely, stayed late to do mani and polish change on pedi. Excellent and sweet service!

I went to nail places all over Phoenix before I finally found Princess Pro. Yes, Lisa is fast, because she knows what shes doing. This is the ONLY place I go for a pedi.

No idea how this place has decent reviews. My friend and I came for a mani/pedi. Both were super rushed, no real leg massage or any of the detail youre expecting including cleaning under the nails, cutting them the same length, asking the shape youd like, etc. I just got clear on my hands, but my friend got polish and they were rippled before we left because the lady rushes it so much that she doesnt make sure the oil is off your nails first. Its a chop shop - go somewhere else!

I walked in to ask them how much for a full set of acrylic, she yelled at me I dont know, I dont know! as she was giving someone a pedicure. I said you dont know? She said No, I dont know. Ummm ok, guess you dont want my business.

My 16.99 pedicure ended up costing 40 something. Scam and terrible pedicure. Polish chipped in less than 2 days. Ill never go back.
