Phenomenal! I have lived here 2.5 yrs and had given up on finding a nail artist due to poor experience after another. The ‘basic’ pedicure includes substantial techniques that other salons charge extra for. You definitely get what you pay for- in a good way. Kevin did my dip nails, and let me tell you- I have finally found my nail artist!! I requested short coffin nails, and he delivered! He is efficient and effective at his craft. I can’t believe I didn’t check Herbal Nails out sooner! Thank you!

I love this place. I’ve been going for years now and never have had a bad experience. Everyone is also so nice and welcoming, very accommodating to me when I want to change up the shape of my nails drastically. Always helpful in helping me choose colors! The only thing I wish for is a long hand massage. I could stay there forever!

Look- some people have great experiences here. I didnt.Ive been twice. The first time was okay, standard Mani, nothing special just costs more than Jenzia. Second time, I got a terrible Mani Pedi. The chair didnt work and the man who did it was nice but not skilled. Wiped his nose alot. Cut my nail down too far on the side and I got an ingrown nail. Whatever paint or chemical they used left the under nail looking horrible. Manicure was very underwhelming and was forgotten by the tech ( I had to reminder him). The salon is pretty and my friend i go with always leaves with nice nails, but this is never the case with me and for the increase in price, I expect this. Not recommended.

I’ve been going here about 2 months now and i love it. Finally found my new nail tech.

My pedicure was amazing but I felt unwelcome the entire time. My acrylics are uneven & the paint is haphazardly painted on. I kept tensing the entire time because I was just unable to relax the entire process. I wont be returning for my hands again.

It was great service and my nails is exactly the size i wanted it to be. They are also great with kids, the place dont have strong fumes most salons have so i know my kid was safe

My Pedicure was a D. The technician, who Ive had two times before with modest results, cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding, didnt trim dead skin from around my nail beds, left the edges of the nails randomly untrimmed and rough, used a drill to speed the process, and finally - didnt completely cover the nail with polish and used a top coat that spilled over around every toe! I had to come home and clean up the job....I could have done them myself if I wanted something mediocre. Im a bit surprised this technician is still there. Not returning.

I found this Gem when I lived in the neighborhood. Now I make the drive to come back, again and again. Rarely, if ever, am i disappointed with the final art. The pedicures are amazing- with different kinds to choose from. I always get SNS on my finger nails- they are always shaped beautiful, hold up for weeks and I get tons of compliments. Oh! And the Spa has adult beverages for the Self-Care, celebration and whatever days 🥂✨

The receptionist was quite unprofessional and rude. Upon entry no hello, hi or anything until after waiting several minutes. Once she finally spoke, she stated because it was an hour until closing and all technicians were busy at the moment. I could not receive service. To make matters worse, prior to arriving I called. They said they would not be taking appointments. I will never be going back here.

I had Bin do my nails. I would suggest asking for bin. I showed him the picture I wanted he made sure to keep looking at the picture to match it. And every time he did something he asked if it was okay and I liked it. They offer you drinks and the place is really clean

I went in to get a dip manicure/pedicure and was super excited that the staff was able to take me in prior to another appointment. I paid $87 + tip to have the manicure chip after less than a week. So disappointed.

Not the best Manicure in my life. I’m still think that the prices fir mani and pedi in Phoenix are too high. Unfortunately, I cannot just flight to Miami to get a wonderful mani and pedi for $20 I know!! just that and they even give you coffee or tea. On the other hand, here is $19 a manicure, no coffee, water, you cannot leave the tip when you pay with card and it has to be in cash plus that manicure looks lime I did it myself :/ so disappointed. I rated 3 because the guy was nice, they use sterilized tools, and the place looks clean.

This is an absolutely positive environment. Very brightly lit and friendly. The staff is amazing and service was quick and friendly. The spa/massage chairs are amazing. Even though I dont drink they offer wine to those of age. They provided bottles of water and other drinks for those who dont partake of the grapes. Overall experience was very good.

I just got the Organic Spa Pedicure last week & my toes still look amazing. My nail-tech-Paul was so detail oriented & very considerate. I haven’t had a truly well done Pedicure since I moved from California in 2013, so I am so happy to find a place that’s up to my standard.

Made an appointment this weekend for a pedicure to pamper myself after a long work week. I came in and they did a wonderful job on my pedicure. So relaxing and enjoying. My money was well spent and worth the whole one wonderful hour.

This is the worst manicure my friends and I have ever had. Myself and two of my friends got a gel manicures. The experience was horrible from the time we walked in the door. We were rushed picking our colors and the manicures turned out horrible, very unhappy. My nails were cut so short that they hurt. Some nails have bubbling and rippling, some paint on skin around nails and cuticles were not addressed. I have never had such a horrible gel manicure in the four years I have been getting them done consistently every two weeks. We were very rushed and pushed out. The whole manicure took 15 minutes. My friends and I will never be back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Super clean, friendly and you get a cocktail with your service. Best nail shop in town. (A little high on price, but I think the experience is worth it.)

Beautiful nail salon.. BUT if you are wanting Acrylic or Gel Manicure DONT DO GO HERE!! You are put in a different dingy area away from the main salon and amenities.. The nail tech did a decent job on my daughters Acrylic fill, as for my Gel Manicure, my 9 year old could have done better! My cuticles were nicked, nail shape horrible and I had to ask for the additional coat of polish because it was thin and transparent.. Upon leaving I was charged $75, I showed her my Manicure and she took 10% off.. Needless to say we went back to our Nail Lady even with the longer drive!!

Ive finally found a reliable salon in town! Highly recommend this place to everyone! If I could give more than five stars I would!

I went in to have my nails themed for a 1920s style Gatsby event. The nail technician kept telling me that what I wanted was not popular today on internet I had to keep redirecting Tom the nail technician. I am not looking for what is popular today. The nails were made WAY TOO small and I even brought that to my nail technician attention. !!! I am left with broken 💔 ugly nails that I am quite embarrassed to have at all. :(

Had a wonderful experience at Herbal nails & spa. I was a walk in and was greeted by Tenisha & Valarie. Their hospitality was warm and friendly throughout my stay. I had a pedicure by Thomas and fill by Leon at the same time, which is a great use of time. They have an array of colors a services and the salon is super clean and modern. I had a great experience and look forward to returning!!!!

Been to this location a few times and not been super impressed. Booked two manicures and was made to wait 20 minutes while my friend’s nails were worked on. Came back another time to give it a second chance and I barely received and hand massage beyond lightly rubbing lotion into the top of my hands because my tec was too concerned about the mistakes the tec beside her was making on my friend’s nails. She then proceeded to quickly finish my nails and take over doing my friends, including a nice hand massage for her. Literally a day later my Gel began to peel. I’ll be going further from my place to find a different place next time.

Walked in hopes.of getting a pedicure and manicure for my wife and I, and the receptionist was rude. She said they were only taking appts and that there was nothing she could do. It looked like a nice place but the cold reception turned us off .

This place is very misleading. Calling itself “herbal” but looks like a typical run-down nail salon where the technicians are grumpy, talk behind your back and have zero customer service.I made an appointment a few days ago for a pedi and mani and asked for the pedi to be first. When I arrived a rude woman named Leigh was on the phone so I wrote my info down and told her I had an appointment. She just told me to sit. No friendly conversation at all. A few minutes she told me to go with this man for a manicure and pointed. I asked for the pedi first and she said they didn’t have anyone to do it.During this time three women were brought over to get pedicures.The nail polish jars were mostly old polish and when I tried two of the three to check the color they didn’t go on well.Overall the whole feel of this place feels like it’s cluttered and too sterile to fit in to our Arcadia neighborhood. Will not return!

They don’t understand you. They don’t take credit card. Nonworking ATM in the front. Overall could have done a better job myself. Walk across the street to get money out of gas station atm. Never again.

This is the last time I will visit this facility. It’s clean; I’ll give them that. I spend $100 a visit for an SNS manicure and “organic” pedicure that is supposed to include cooling masks, your choice of scrubs/treatments and hot stones. Not once have I received a cooling mask, been asked which treatment I would like or hot stones but I pay the $43 for it. I asked the technician to sculpt my nails a specific way. She rushed through and did not do as I asked. I had the ask the technician to file my nails so they were straight across. They were hardly buffed so you can see the orange peel effect of the SNS powder on my nails and the edges are rough. She didn’t remove all of the old power so I’m picking off pieces of old powder myself. I had to ask the technician to clean underneath my nails which she rolled her eyes at after I asked and explained the reasoning. I also have polish on my skin that I’ll have to get off later. They offer complimentary beverages but I wasn’t offered a beverage until I was 3 minutes away from my services being finished. They have signs all over the salon requesting cash payment so they can afford their credit card fees which I find to be completely unprofessional. It wasn’t this way when they first opened. They took their time and cared about the client experience and $100 felt like a good deal. Now, it feels like a rip off.

This is the fourth and last time I get my nails done at this location. David rushes the work I’ve had him 3/4 times and the results decline. The chrome I got done the first time was with a girl and they lasted! When David did them they were peeling off by day 2. Just to let you know chrome is an additional $20 dollars. This time I got black nails and David filed my nails and now you can see my skin underneath. There were bubbles on the top of my real nails I let him know that the previous time there were even uglier bubbles that this time I don’t want to leave unsatisfied . He didn’t end up finishing the job some other older nice lady did. After going up to the cashier I let her know that this would be the last time I would ever be a customer. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Herbal Nails. Lauren handled my check in and payment with the utmost grace and efficiency. The fill (acrylic) and spa pedi by Ming were wonderful. My nails were quite a mess and he was able to transform them to look exactly like a picture I had brought. It was a pleasure and a top notch experience from start to finish. It’s been 1 week and fingers and toes still loook like I just left the salon! Definitely going back.

I used to love Herbal Nails but I had to switch because even if I went to the same nail technician I didnt get a consistently good job. One time I would go and it would be great, the next I would go to the same person and they would be rushing and my nails wouldnt look good. I would often have to come back and use the 7 day policy, which was frustrating since its so much time and then the tech would seem annoyed. I have been getting SNS done for over 5+ years. I used to have to call and ask salons to do SNS because it wasnt popular yet and I had cancer and was looking for something natural. I drove 50 min each way and paid a LOT of money back then. So, I dont mind paying or spending time if its a good job. With that being said, the owner/manager (not sure) is awesome and was always super friendly and accommodating. She kept me going back for a while and I would go back and try again if needed because of her, knowing she will stay on people and keep trying to make it better and that is why I gave it 3 stars and not less in my frustration. I may have just caught people on a few bad days not caring but that is my 2 cents!

Wonderful! Rick was awesome for nails and the pedicures are great, too. They even have cordless UV units so gel pedis arent awkward. Mangoes & oranges on the herbal pedi is so nice.

The concept is great. It is clean. The ladies are very nice. I just left feeling like I paid a premium for nothing. I have had better callus removal treatments, foot massages and cutical clean ups at alot of other places around here. I felt like I just had lotion wiped on my legs, the scrub was just ok and my heals are just as rough as when I walked in. :-(. My nails look pretty though.... my daughters princess pedi took 15 min, no foot massage, she was bummed. But all and all I saw them do some amazing manicures on some other ladies so I think that might be more their thing. Plus the free glass of champaign and the juice box made it less painful. After dropping nearly $80 I feel a little empty though. We wont be back.

Very clean and organized but the second time I went in to get acrylic nails was really bad because they put us in a room with No A/C and my nails were uneven and the color had already come off of the nail. They didnt even last a full month!! And I paid $30. If you want to get acrylic nails go to Moriahs nails downtown phx! They do amazing!

I will never come back to this nail salon ever again. When I walked threw the door everyone looked at me like I’m was the black sheep. First time and will be the last time. Not satisfied with how these lady’s in the front are so rude when asked how long the wait was. I waited 45 minutes to finally sit down and the Asian lady was so rude like she didn’t wanna do my nails. Also I had my kids with me and my kids were given nasty looks too and we felt unwanted so I got up and left. If you wanna wait for a long time and deal with rude people this is the place to go. I will never go back here again.

Felt rushed even though there were no other clients in while I was there. The other employees just lounged around with each other . They sat me down to do pedicure and and manicure at same time. I was very uncomfortable holding the uv light on my lap while tech worked on mani and other worked on my pedi. Offered glass of champagne but couldnt enjoy it because all the back & forth with my hands and feet. I told nail techs twice i did not like having my manicure and pedicure done at the sametime and I was uncomfortable. Finally uv machine slipped along with my phone, I got nail polish on pants while trying to catch them from falling. Asked took speak with manager, the receptionist came over instead. She apologized but that was the only compensation. Way to expensive, not worth it!

Judge mental employees, manager, & owner! I got my nails done and they broke off within a few days. The nail tech even made me bleed! I was over charged. I don’t recommend this cheap nail salon.

My first time coming to this salon and having my nails done the healthy way. Anyways the first time I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted, didn’t get at all what I wanted. So left pissed off, well got a call from the manager, came in about a week later for them to fix my nails the way they should have been. Walked out happier than I did last time. Glad they could fix the mess up.

So I just recently got my nails done here. I was not super hyped about my experience. Checking in was fine. The lady had my reservation down for my mom, my sister and I. However, when I made the appointment I let her know it was going to be three manis and three pedis. She never told me I had to specify which kind of manis and pedis I wanted. Cut to getting our nails done... I didn’t realize there was a difference in SNS polish versus the regular gel polish. (This was my first time in) I obviously wanted to try the SNS polish because so many people had recommended it to me. Well when I was telling the nail lady that, the front desk lady, that had checked us in, made a huge deal about me switching from gel to SNS. And my mom and sister wanted to try it as well, and again we got the huffy breath and the eye roll from the lady that checked us in. Well, the people that did our nails did a fantastic job for our first time there. Checking out and paying was another ordeal. The three of us wanted to pay separately and the lady at the front had put us all in one ticket. Well, again it was another inconvenience. We got the huffy breath and eye roll and were told it would take too long to separate out our orders. We paid and left unhappy with the customer service that we were given. Needless to say, we probably won’t be going back.
