They do a decent job on my nails. Just make sure that you have cash or they charge you to use your debit/credit card. In todays world we should not be charged to use our debit/credit cards.

Sister and I went to get pedicures, they clearly aren’t autoclaving their metal callous removers between appointments, as my sister and I had the same nail tech, same pedicure and the same metal callous remover that was washed with soap and brought back over. My sister is diabetic and can easily have issues with her feet, not properly sterilizing items could be a major problem for her and for this location!Nail polish application was poor at best with nail polish on the cuticle.I brought my nieces here before for full sets, the quality of those were poor 2 years ago, it’s a shame to see that giving them another chance, they still did not live up to expectations.When you have 3-d nails across the street, they may want to try a little harder. Considering their pricing is very similar.Their waxing bed linens are all torn up and it just is a little run down, small changes would have a big impact on their aesthetic.Also the older lady seems very aggressive and speaks very loudly to customers. She quoted pricing to someone, and then 3 minutes later increased the price because she “forgot she got a different shape “.

Never had a nail tech clip the nail tips to shape them into the square-round tip that I requested! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they didnt get in the ballpark. The rhinestones are already coming off! It hasnt been a week yet! Never going back!

I went here because it was last minute and my normal place was busy. Luckily they were able to get me in. I will say they are friendly.However, lots of the surfaces were very dirty, chairs dirty, plastic dividers dirty...The person who worked on my nails seemed very distracted. She kept getting up during my nails to help other people, so it just felt like a long time. She used a pricing sheet as a placemat to do my nails on. I didn’t care about that but it was ironic she used that because she told me the price was $50. Which threw me because on the price sheet right in-front of my face said it was $30 for dip and then &10 for removal of old nails (which was what I got). So it should have been &40. Which is about standard compared to other shops in the area. But I was not going to throw a fit and just paid it. I normally pay in cash but with tip included I didn’t have enough so I had to pay with my card and they do charge to use card, which is understandable. When I asked about the price, she just said “everything is more expensive now”... so I’m guessing she means in reference to COVID?... I will say they should probably stop using price sheets to do people’s nails on because that’s a little “bait and switch” to me.As far as my nails go: Normally I would add tips to make my nails longer but I felt a little rushed and decided to keep them the same length but just rounded square. Bad idea haha now my nails are all different shapes haha. I mean it’s just nails so it’s whatever but definitely not worth $50. The color is pretty but my hands feel so dry. I was cut a couple of times with the nail file so my hands are a little sore. It was definitely not the worst experience m. They seem like good people and I don’t mind giving them a second shot if I ever can’t go to my usual place.

I thought it was kinda pricey. It felt like I had to pay extra for the added perks that I normally get at other salons.

Im changing nail salon. They are so untrusty with regular costumers.

They did a good job on my toes and made them look a lot better, but they screwed up my acrylics bad. One nail is crooked, and the polish was not done right, you can still see my actual nail. The polish is so lumpy and uneven. Particles started getting stuck in my nails immediately.

Every aspect of this establishment is sub par. My friend just needed to get fills and they stuck her at a station with a bowl of acetone. For fills!?!? Then just left her there. We have been here for 1.5 hrs and they are just now starting to pay attention, now that everyone is gone. All frustration could have been avoided if they chose to communicate rather than run and hide away.

Never again will I come here. Worse nail job ever! Went in for Gel manicure and the next day the thumbs LITERALLY popped off my nail bed. I was in shock so I brought back the pieces and showed the owner the next day, who then got upset had me sit down and fixed the thumbs ONLY. I advised him the rest were coming up and he refused to fix it or refund me and told me happy new years. The next day all my nails came off and my actual nails were destroyed. I was in tears over the holidays and out my money. I highly recommend you go over to Blooming nails and Spa they were amazing. Do not waste your money and time here!

They are just so darn close to home and walk-ins are quickly attended to. But gel-manicures (on natural nails, not on acrylic) are inconsistent in how long the gel lasts. Often Ive had the polish chip at the nail tip in 2 or 3 days, sometimes peeling within a week, other times it lasts for two weeks.Pedicures are good. Facial waxing good, but eyebrows - she cuts them shorter then waxes around them - looks odd.Had eyelash extensions. Ive never had them before. Not sure if you cant get them wet or what but the morning after I got them I showered and they were coming off. I was leaving town early, so I pulled them off. Ouch, leaving me with less lash then I started with - LOL.

Saturday Night I went in for a pedicure and lashes. The man who did the pedicure was digging at my skin until I was bleeding, on both feet. For the lashes. Definitely a 0/10 for me. I’ve gotten them once before with Helen, but this time by the second day I woke up with my left eye glued shut with gunk and super red, watery and itchy. Hoping it’s not pink eye.Today the 3rd day I had to tear them off cause I knew it would be worse. I don’t like confrontation so I won’t be going here anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to go here because AZ3D nails across the street is closed on tuesdays. I Got a simple gel manicure and they popped off like press on nails the next day. when I went in to get them fixed the owner was not at all accommodating, she wanted to charge me to fix my nails despite the fact that they gave less than quality product. Skip the trouble and go across to AZ 3D if you can.

Mom and I came here together. Helen and Charlie were very personable and fun. They paid close attention to detail and made us feel special. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was terrific. We will be back.

Believe it or not this is the only nail shop Ive ever visited. They are always nice and have done a good job every time. I think they are affordable.

Just had a very refreshing pedicure after wearing heels all day at work. I love when shops use citrus on my toes! The also offer a lot of new and trendy services. I will definitely be back!

This place does not take time to do your nails! . I have been there twice to have my nails re-done after two attempts both times gel polish has peeled off! Nails are crooked and uneven. The only thing, I recommend are the pedicures with Joe. Other than that dont waste your money. Customer Service and professionalism is very much needed by owners. $$$ is all they care about!

Oh my gosh, I love them. Great prices and amazing people in general. They were all so sweet to me. I got a manicure yesterday (because I got called into work and couldn’t get a pedi at that time) but it was amazing. She took her time and it they look SO nice. Also, they scheduled me for tonight right before they closed for my pedicure. He also did amazing. The pariffin wax wasn’t available after I already chose that for my Pedi so they added a hot towel/rock massage for the same price as the one I chose originally. They are super friendly, great conversationalist and very generous. (They accepted a walk in for a full-set at 6:55 when they close at 7:00).

My lady loves her mani pedi got cute French tip pedi and gel mani. She was a walk-in at around 6:10pm they close at 7pm and here it is 8:45 and they are not acting like they are mad about it being so late and the lady is still taking her time and doing a good job not trying to hurry up kick out and close! Super nice people!!

The owner (man) is sooo annoying very loud on the phone trying to have some peace while doing my pedicure. And might i add rude.The manicurist she was sweet.

Basic Pedi - been here twice, always get me in without an appointment, quick service and very clean. Since when is massaging the feet and calves with lotion charged separately tho? Came in for a $17 pedi, ended up paying $30 with tip. A lil disappointed.

They say walk-ins are welcome however I went in as a walk-in they told me to sit down for a few minutes and wait 20 minutes after somebody comes up to me and tells me do you want to come back because they have appointments and you don’t, and that was after waiting 20 minutes

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Nobody should have to repeat what they specialize in multiple times and have it still not be correct at the end. Seems more like a pop-up nail salon with inexperienced employees!!!

Got a pedicure & it was just ok, nothing special! They were not very friendly ☹️. I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage but didnt really get much massage at all.

I left with my nails uneven and bubbled. I did the sns/dip nails. I knew they would be a little thick but the shape was uneven. I went back to have them fixed and they still have uneven bubble spots. I bumped the top coat and they added another layer of top coat so now my 3 nails with the extra coat have half matte and half regular with bubbles.I went across the street and paid $15 to have my nails reshaped and they look amazing. If you need your nails done head across the way.

Pedicures are the BEST!! Bbbuutttt they must be done by the other slender guy; not the owners husband, he flat out sucks & is very rough! This is my go to spot for Pedicures ONLY!!! He’s AMAZING and so gentle & very sweet! Wife is nice, husband is flat out rude & nasty!! So ONLY go for pedicures lol and ask for the taller, skinnier guy.

I would only recommend this place for toes I am absolutely unhappy and upset with how my nails are. I am so upset with my nails I am taking them off ASAP some where else. Do not recommend for nails at all only toes

This nail shop should be shut down immediately! I had to step away from my computer for a whole week before writing this because I was extremely upset at the service I received. I had recommended two friends to join me at this establishment because of how well the lady did my eyelashes not knowing that their other services [for a lack of better words] SUCKED! The men have no clue on how to properly do nails or REMOVE NAILS! One of the guys there attempted to take my nails off with a scissors and cut me TWICE! The first time I jumped and he got upset and grabbed my hand harder and When I proceeded to tell him he was hurting me he CUT me again! I started shaking because I was in so much pain and the nail remover was burning! He told me he was not going to do my nails since I was upset and said wait for the lady! She came back to me a couple mins later stated she wanted me to come back tomorrow although my nails were not all off and one nail was bleeding!!! She EVEN HAD THE NERVES TO SAY I OWED HER 10 DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICE! Now you can all guess how that ended! my words were not words in the bible and my wrath was known by each customer!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE, I REPEAT NO ONE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! THEY GOT THEIR LICENSES FROM A CEREAL BOX AND THESE LOONEY TUNES NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

This is the worst nail shop I have EVER been to! This place should not be aloud to operate! I left with my nails so uneven and see through white acrylic! After 3 hours of me asking them to fix them they looked worse as the time went on! DO NOT GO HERE! They will rip you off!
