Worse experience. I asked to remove my old acrylics because I just wanted my natural nails again. I asked if she could please leave them long since I had been trying to grow them out. I asked if they could put acrylic over my natural nail so they wouldn’t break. She then proceeds to start filing them down. She asks me why don’t I just want a fill and I proceeded to explain to her again what I wanted. She then starts ripping my old acrylic nails off and of course, it was ripping my natural nail as well! I told her to stop and asked why she wasn’t soaking my old acrylics to preserve my natural nail. She then looks at me like I have 4 eyes and tells me that she can just make me new nails to match the ripped ones. I told her that wasn’t what I wanted and to just forget it and do a fill on the rest of the nails since she already ruined 4 of my natural nails. At this point I’m very upset. She then starts painting my nails and does an absolutely horrible job! They look so messy and unfinished! When I went to go pay, she charged me $40 for whatever the heck she did. I shouldn’t have paid! They looks horrible and so not presentable. Never going back!

I love this place! I’m from Alabama and no salon there is as good as this one! They massaged my legs with hot stones that felt amazing and took their time. Even though I got a regular pedicure, it was a luxury experience. Whenever I’m back I’m definitely coming back!! :)

Love getting my nails done here. I get the acrylic overlay on top of my real nails with a gel polish. They always turn out stunning!!

I loved my pedicure! I got the luxury one and it was just amazing. I’m here visiting from Ohio and my pedicure was better than home! I wish I could take this salon back with me! As a black woman customer customer service is a huge deal to me and they exceeded my expectations. So friendly and kind.

They did a great job on my nails. This is my second time going here and did gel manicure. My gel polish lasted for more than 3 weeks which is great too.

I was a walk-in on a late Sunday afternoon and was taken promptly. The atmosphere there was happy and most of the seats were full. I had the dip nail, and my nail tech did a fabulous job! It’s been over three weeks since I had them done, and they still look great, especially at the end where the cuticle is. She smoothed it out so nicely that you can’t tell even three weeks later. I’m just thrilled with the job they did and would love to give a shout out to the tech, but her name was not on my receipt. I’m not from the area but will definitely stop in again when I get back there. I never leave reviews, but felt that the job was so good that they needed the thumbs up! Now if only I could get the nail tech to move to my area😄. Anyway, great job and I recommend highly!

I came in at 6:30 Thursday evening and I received the most relaxing pedicure! I stand all day at work and the man who did my pedicure took his time, massaged my legs without knowing I stand all day. I was very happy with their service, definitely will be back! :-)

Made an appt with Cindy for a liquid gel fill and gel pedicure, however Cindy was off, so her Mom (owner of shop) did my nails. I had brought a picture of the style that I wanted. Outstanding job! A quiet place next to Hobby Lobby. Occasional laughter and constant stream of customers. Strongly recommend making an appointment rather than walk in just because they were constantly busy. Very reasonable pricing. Quality of work better than the other high priced salons... this is a gem of a find! They use liners for the pedicure. The hot stone massage of feet and lower legs, followed by a warm, wet washcloth felt ever so relaxing, despite the 105 degrees outside.

I have been going to this location for over 8 years and have never had a complaint about it! Love the workers, nail designs, etc.

I usually dont write reviews, but felt I needed to after my experience here. I walked into this salon for the first time 2 weeks ago and grabbed the brochure that was on the reception desk. The prices in the brochure are less than the laminated card they gave me to look over when I sat in the chair. I brought that to their attention and they seemed annoyed. I received the quickest non-gel pedicure and non-gel manicure Ive ever received. I dont ever get gel manicures, so typically my regular manicures last for about a week, sometimes longer if Im careful. This manicure lasted for 2 days. Whats even more bothersome is that ALL of my nails immediately got soft and bendable, broke (or tore) down to the skin and are painful. Two weeks later, I am still dealing with that. I have NEVER had that happen in all my years of getting manicures. Cant help but wonder what product they used on my fingernails and if it was because I called them out on the price differences...Needless to say, I will never be back.

I have not had such a great experience at a nail salon in a long time. It smells heavily of acetone when you first walk in, but it was not so heavy that I had to leave. My manicure was so well done that the next day I tore up all the tile in my house (with gloves) and my nails didnt chip one bit! They took their time and made room for the walk-ins so that they didnt have to wait long. They were super nice and did high quality work. I highly recommend.

Being from out of town one is skeptical about getting pedicures. I will say by far this is best pedicure I have ever had. For the shop the ladies were busy cleaning every work station and every bottle of polish. Awesome place I will come back!

Love my nails and toes, this was the first time I visited this location. They sent a coupon Im the mail offering 4$ off and they did not honor this for my 72$ bill which was ok but false advertising. Service was horrible, not welcoming unless your a returning customer. I will never visit again

I was looking for last-minute manicure on a Sunday, so tried this place. Nothing fancy by any means, but it is clean, tools are sterilized, ladies are friendly, they have regular clients. Ive been going for probably a year now myself. Hardly any turn around with staff. Im always a Walk In which works best for me, but they certainly make appointments. Pedicures are very nice, they take their time.

I had Ti and she is wonderful. Ti did a beautiful job on my mani and pedi with gel polish. She is fast and meticulous when doing nails. Her massage is out of this world and she use hot stones. I was not sure before I walked in because its a little hidden in the shopping complex. When I walked in they all did everything they could on fitting me in as fast as possible and having a great girl work on me.

This was close to the airbnb we got. The ladies and gent were very welcoming and did a fantastic job on both mine and my husbands pedicures. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I got acrylics. They didn’t do a good job cleaning up my cuticles at all and it looked very messy. They also fell off in a WEEK. ONE WEEK. Also very rude. Tipped on card and they were mad because I didn’t have cash. I’m not going back.

I been coming here for five months since I moved in the area never had a problem till recently I came in at 5:40 pm which was unusual for me I usually do morning time but anyways I go in and felt rush through i got a fill and pedicure with gel cost me 75.00 to come home And in The first week have four nails fall at the tip I didn’t feel it breaking or anything I realized it broke when I ran my fingers through my hair and my fingers got caught they were so anxious to go home they forgot there was a paying customer who tips well I will never come here again ever

Queens nails has been my familys go to spot for manipedis for years. They have a talented staff that can do any styles you can imagine. I just go to get trimmed, but my daughters have had almost every color and style under the sun done to perfection. Their artwork is always amazing.
