If i could give more stars i would!Manager of this location, Pamela, does the best job cutting hair out of anyone I’ve ever used for service. Takes her time, does a great job, friendly and we always have good conversation while I’m getting cut.

I checked in on line and it was easy. Sara was my stylist and from the moment I walked in the door she was friendly all the way through when I checked out. She was polite and had a great attitude. She nailed the style I wanted and did a great job with my beard. I highly recommend Sara to anyone that walks in. I’ve been to more than a few sport clips before but this one in particular was the best yet!

Service was nice and the people working here are good but took much to long to get just a simple haircut.I checked in online at 10, showed up at the recommended time of 11:30 and didn’t get my hair cut until after 1.

Pam is amazing! She has been cutting my sons hair for a couple years. He will only let her cut his hair. Thank you for always doing an incredible job with my 5 year old. She always takes her time and makes sure the cut is perfect!

Asked for trim hair to top of ears gal took shears and cut hair like young kids wearno hair on sides a little on top, beautician didnt listen, my previous hair stylist didnt try to do it it 3 minutes, great place if all you want is a buzz cut, they tried to say I said use razor I did not a buzz nonprofesional not listening Im 69 dont want 24 year old hair cut want 60s

Was second on wait list and got there at the recommended time. Waited 45 minutes and finally left after I saw only one person in a chair actually getting a haircut and hearing other stylists in back talking non stop. This is the second time I attempted getting a haircut here and had to wait an excessive amount of time.

I took my son for a haircut and was absolutely delighted with the experience. The cut is stylish, well suited for him, and very well done. We checked in online and the stylist was ready nearly as soon as we arrived. Clean. Affordable. Highly recommend Zachariah!

Horrible service (non service) after waiting an hour. I was on deck twice and then the system deleted my name from the que.......Goodbye! People came in AFTER me and were accommodated on several occasions as I waited. Total fail!

Instructed me how to use the app to check my son in when I called, was very easy to use, very friendly when we walked in, got us back early and did great with my 5 year old!! He even talked about how much he liked her after we left!

They wear mask and have social distance with their seating. You can check in ahead and have no wait. I recommend them.

I came in yesterday because I had a coupon from the hillcrest high school football team fundraiser. I’m not a big fan of big chain barber shops but figured I would give it a try since I live so close and had a coupon. My hairstyle is not only hard to explain but hard to get right for most people so I was not optimistic at all. But I’m new in the area and still searching for a consistent barber. Not only was I very relieved that I got a very good cut but I didn’t have to wait and the other services they provide were great. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I will be back next time. I think I may have just found my new barber.

Went in Saturday with my 9 yr old son to give them a try since my normal spot was closed. They wanted to split us up and get cuts from separate people. I could hear her asking him questions about his cut that he didn’t understand, what guard do you use, do you want it rounded or squared in the back? I usually supervise at my regular hair spot that uses the same stylist to cut both of us. I had to answer her from across the isle while getting my cut. Once we were done our total cost was over $40 with the tip, and I had to go home and touch up both of our cuts. We each needed additional trimming below the hair line on our neck that was never touched. Altogether very disappointed with our cuts for what we paid. In addition, the stylists were chatting about who would be doing closing tasks while giving our cuts. Very unprofessional. There are many other places that do a better job for much less. We won’t be back.

The customer service was great, however, the girl cutting my sons hair didnt know how to cut what we wanted. Ive been a Beautician for 20 years now but due to health issues & neuropathy in both arms & hands I cant cut hair any longer. I realize everyone needs to learn, & I appreciate the effort. Will we go back yes... BECAUSE of the customer service. She was very nice & admitted she didnt know how to do the cut, & asked for help. I appreciated the honesty!

Took my son (age 10) here to get a quick cut before he went back to school. Just moved to SC and had no idea where to go. Greeted as soon as we walked in and even without an appointment we were seen with minimal wait time. Super nice stylists and even came back the next day with my husband to get his done as well. Found a good place for sure.

When I get a cut I come with a positive attitude. That makes all the difference on what kind of experience I get at this location. Girls were great and helpful.

My son is eight and doesn’t like to try new people cutting his hair but he really needed a hair cut. He went in and showed the lady what he wanted. She was amazing and did a fantastic job. Not to mention the moral and friendliness this place showed. I was a little hesitant to pay $16 for a child haircut but it was worth every penny. We will go again.

We arrived early on Saturday morning and waited about 15 minutes. The hairstylists immediately welcomed us and gave us the wait time expectation. Their banter with the clients was friendly and positive. The salon felt very jovial and all the employees seemed happy. We felt very comfortable in the waiting area. My son was able to explain what he wanted in a haircut and she listened to him and executed a fantastic haircut. The price was well worth the service we received.

Best hair cut I’ve received, in years! I wanted a clean-cut look for business purposes. Kaylee, the lady who served me, gave me a perfect fade, cleaned up around my ears, and she gave me the best beard trim I’ve had, ever. I could not have been more satisfied. I recently moved to Simpsonville SC, and my previous barber from Ohio would constantly do poor fades, clip my eyebrows without me even asking, and take forever. It’s worth noting, the shop was clean an the other employees at this sports clip was nice.

Had to wait a while, contrary to what I was told when I arrived. Cut was good, although a little shorter than what I asked for. Stylist was very pleasant, and tried hard to please. Would return if wait wasnt so bad. Might try a different day of the week.

Recently moved to the area from up north...have had my hair cut here 3x so far...a shaver fade...at other places, based upon my experiences, its been a toss up in terms of whether or not the end product actually looks decent...Im a bit of a stickler. This place, and the stylists here, are legit, though. Ive had both Kayla and Wendy cut my hair so far...both nailed the cuts, had exceptional attention to detail, had great attitudes, and were personable on top of it...the rest of the crew seems pretty on point as well (looking at others cuts when getting mine done). Needless to say, this is my new go-to for haircuts. Would highly recommend.

My stylist Deej was amazing. She did a great cut and was very precise on my beard trim. I know she is a newer stylist but she is someone to look out for. The entire staff made you feel at home. A very big difference from when I was in there 3 yrs ago. I would definately return

We had Pamela helping us out and we asked for a lot. Between having a 3 year old that cried the entire cut, which she handled calmly & gravely & still did a thorough job to my 1 year olds haircut while allowing the 3 year old to run around after his cut while waiting on the baby... I have taken two of my grandsons to this location more than once and the stylists have been very, very good. The sports theme is a positive for these young men.My issue is with the No wait sign flashing and we enter and it is a 40 minute wait.For me I would turn around, leave and come back later. That is virtually impossible when your are with your grandson.Not ticked off, just irritated.

Just moved to the area and my husband gave Sports Clips a try. Kayla cut his hair and did an excellent job! He is very picky about his fade. She was very professional and did a fabulous job. He will definitely be returning to see her a couple of times a month to get his hair cut moving forward.

Last time I was here I checked in online and they took someone not checked in online go before me I know this because its on the board and she called the name of the guy after me ... Then today the opposite happens and they let 4 others go before me as they walk in, total BS You have made it clear to me you dont want me business.!!!Yikes to just go what they want and how they feel depends if they will honor an online check in or help people waiting. Dont bother check ing in wont do you any good

My first time to sportclips. Kayla was great. Took the time to figure out what I wanted in my haircut. Kayla gave me the cut I wanted and it looked great. Will defiantly be back for regular visits.

Experience was fine...until your system just sent me a 30 survey emails at 5:00 am.

Slightly disappointed because I told the hairdresser to take 1/2 inch off but she proceeded to take off more. Really not disappointed in the haircut but slightly disappointed because I was not given what I asked.

The stylist did a good job on my sons hair and he was pleased with the results. The wait was terrible. Only 3 stylists on a busy Saturday was not unnoticed. People who had appts after their kids were cancelling because of the short staff and the wait. Every employee on staff was courteous and polite and seemed genuinely apologetic about the long wait. It was our first time at this location but I will give them another try because my son who is 15 wants to see the same stylist again.

I gave this review 4 stars because of previous visits. Today I was running behind, but I arrived at the store 10 minutes till 8:00 for a quick beard trim. When I arrived the store was already closed I have a meeting tomorrow so this was definitely a let down. Im assuming they were just really slow. 8 out of 10 times Im highly satisfied with my appointments.

I showed up just after the rush, so the estimated 35 minute wait was about 6 minutes. The stylist was the same as I had for the first time about 3 months ago, but she remembered me. She was very interactive so I got exactly the style I wanted. She also helped find the source of a sore spot on my head and used my phone to take a snap of it. (It was a scratch from a shrub I was trimming.) She offered products they sold, but did not give me a high pressure sale. Ill be back again. I also like their Tea Tree line of products.

This was my first time at Sport Clips after seeing them featured on Fox & Friends. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be a returning patron. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of my stylists Pamela.

We just left there took my husband nearly 48 mins to cut a normal haircut ! His hair looks terrible and the girl acted like she knew nothing about cutting hair ! Her name I think was makayla please go back to school and learn a little more about fading a mans hair looks awful!

I came here as a new customer with high hopes, the place seemed fancy an kind of fun. I was excited when I found out there is a free massage included with first timers. But once the appointment began, it was downhill from there.First off, my stylist told me she wasn’t really into sports(why work at a place called Sport Clips?).Then my haircut, it appeared nice until I got home and looked at it a little closer; totally uneven and not layered(or faded?) very well. I don’t leave the house without a hat. I am very displeased and now have to go find another shop that will hopefully fix the problem. Seriously I hate to go on and on, but I have had better haircuts from students using me as a test dummy.From there it went to a hair wash station which was nice because of the vibrating chair, but the wash itself wasn’t great(that’s whatever).Then were the final touches and the massage. Obviously they aren’t certified masseuse, but still they should at least teach their employees not to massage directly on the bone. My shoulder blades were sore and my neck probably needs a visit to the chiropractor now.At last they apply product and style your hair, she literally slapped on some product in my ‘still soaked’ hair and called it good(product that I understand is supposed to be applied to dry/damp hair). As soon as I got home I showered and styled my hair correctly.I have to say it was the fastest haircut I have ever had(like 15min?). I’m guessing the business focuses on speed(time is money). But I’d rather have a quality haircut over a cool shop. The owner I believe has put a good investment into the shop, but now it’s time to invest in quality cuts.I hoped it was just a rare occasion, but after reading some of the previously reviews it is clear that I will not be returning to this establishment.

She was a nice lady and friendly enough but.....i told her not to cut the top of my hair just give me a fade on the sides. After she did that I she started cutting the top saying she was just trimming the top.

Unless you just want to pay $10 more for a haircut, go elsewhere. They also charge an extra $10 for long hair!!!! The staff need a personality transplant!!! I did not get the cut I wanted but took my losses and will venture elsewhere for my next haircut!!!
