Great family owned place. Love the atmosphere and service

First time here but I love this place. Anne and John helped me get my acrylics exactly how I wanted them and the pedicure wasnt too rough like at other places. The price was also really affordable. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend!

My first time visiting this place. The nail polish was all old. My polish wiped off even after 2+ hours of drying. My waxed eyebrows are two different lengths. I will never return.

Poor quality work and very unprofessional. I had paid almost 80 dollars for a gel manicure & gel pedicure with jenny . Felt so disappointed after almost a week the gel manicure was lifting & cracking, went in and they were trying to charge me the full price to get them fixed . If the prices go up, so should the work quality.

Best pedicure I’ve had ever... Best place around.

I felt like they were really rushing to finish with me my pedicure took at the most 20 minutes and mind you the pedicure itself says it comes with a 20 minute massage along with all the other regular stuff and upon walking in they thought I was someone else that had just called so they Im guessing were trying to hurry with me so theyll be ready for their appointment person that called so all in all it was not a good experience and all they were doing is talking about other clients and probably about me since I was a walk in oh well I will not return (0 stars if I could)

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Hands down the best nail place. Customer service is exceptional and the quality of nails amazing. I recently tried a new place out because I was too far way away from Top Design & OMG I regretted immediately.

I love how my nails look but it was chaos from the moment we walked in they seat me quick and I showed what I wanted guy said he could do it older lady said no they moved me to someone else she was young told me that didnt have what I wanted but she tried her best to help me get close to what I wanted $65 for acrylic nails and polish

My nails were average at best. They are priced way too high to be located where they are. It’s dirty and dingy and while the girl who did my nails was nice, they hide all these additional charges. My nails shoulda been 35 and they ended up being 52. Not worth it.

Great service...got there 30 mins before they were scheduled to close and they took both me and my girlfriend for manis and pedis without hesitation. This will definitely be a place I will be having reoccurring visits.

Finally back in town, so I had to stop by my favorite nail salon. I was gone for like 4 months and I dont cheat on my nail Tec loll. but once I came back I felt loved and missed. Tony took his time with my nails, hes always so nice, and makes my nails look so flawless! Wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 is all I have to work with.

Worst ever. The lady cut me while doing my pedicure, she knew it because she apologized. After going to my doctor I have an infection. I called the owner only to get yelled at and told to come in because she’s like a dentist and can fix it. I explained I went to the doctor and already am on medication for infection and she started yelling at me saying she doesn’t know me unless I go in. I explained I live over 50 miles from her shop and she said ok good bye. Don’t go here.

Honestly this place is very average. I got a full set and gel pedicure. It’s was $74. Some of my nails are lopsided but they don’t look too bad. They’re just okay. The staff is really friendly though and they were fast and efficient.

Single dad, took my 8 year old daughter there on a time limit. In and out and her nails look great!! She loved them and staff are very cool!!! First time there but will be back!!

Was very pleased with the service, went in for fills and due to some damage in 2 nails but they turn out great and better then I thought.

Very friendly and caring. We waiting a bit longer then anticipated, even having a 6pm pedicure appointment. However, it was worth the wait.

I love coming here! Found this spot thanks to my bf he lives a few miles away. Prices are great! And I always get really great friendly service. The only thing I’ve tried is their basic & deluxe as I have my natural long nails. :)

Worst nail salon I have EVER been to. They give the worst customer service. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. I misunderstood what they were giving me service for (I wanted a full set) which if they just explained to me calmly I would’ve understood, instead they yelled at me, embarrassed me in front of everyone, called me ugly and kicked me out. I came in with a good attitude and was having a good day they completely ruined it for me. If you really want to get good service and nice people I suggest you go anywhere else.

Today was my first time here, last time I drove by there was a long line out the door so make sure to go early because they dont take appointments. Also, bring cash, they charge $2 to use your credit/debit.Not too bad for a fill, I had coffin shaped last time so she did her best to make them square. She did the gel design pretty well, took her time with the detail. I will be returning for my next full set

I came here for a fill because its close to work. Aside from the place being dirty and smelly, my nails are thick (when i asked for natural) and they are all uneven. I asked him about 3 or 4 times during my time there if he would make them thinner and more natural and he kept saying later...later never came. Its cheap for a reason.I wont be back!

The polish was not done correctly the employee I had rushed my nails and wouldn’t even let them dry before moving onto the next step, resulting in a lumpy gel manicure. They seem to care more about getting their money by rushing clients then doing the job right, and when I complained about it I got a bad attitude in return. When they redid them the manager was insulting and said to not come back, so no professionalism what so ever. Honestly I would never recommend this nail place to anyone! It’s no wonder they have low clientele.

Love my nails and they were gentle no nicks or cuts, my nails are natural i just get them painted I tried acrylic and its too thick. My french manicure is also even. One of the best experiences Ive had in years. But bring cash $2.00 fee to use your card otw would have been 5*, it would considerate if they wave fee for 1st time customers. I also learned a way to get the gel off faster.

I use to love this place, time before last I went January 2016 the gel products they used to use was good quality but this last time sometime this June 2017 the gel started pealing off the very next day and needless to say my nails were more and more exposed and began to get brittle and break. Im sooo disappointed its obvious that they dilute their products now and I will never go back again.

I came in no one really wanted to do my nails. They didn’t really tell me prices. I did medium coffin style and they charged 47 plus tip. They also made me pay before my nail were done. The lady did one of my nail crooked and I told her but she didn’t want to fix it she said it was my finger. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never had that prOblem. Overall bad service and overpriced. Never going there again.

TURN AROUND and drive the other way! The first nail lady I got was awful so mean literally MEAN she did my nails how she wanted not how I asked sloppy job they were all crooked just disgusting she put the wrong color on when I said something she snatched the color I wanted out of my hands ... My mom got worse service had to get them removed because they were Soo bad and ugly... If I had to go back the only lady I would trust is Anna she was nice she fixed my nails and apologized but she was the only nice one there so If you have to go ask Anna shes good.... But the experience ruined our girls day... Uggh save yourself the stress of being disrespected and go somewhere else!!!

Love this place. Tony has been doing my nails for over 3 yrs + . Try going in the morning because they do get a lil busy during the day. Everyone is so polite and professional. They do an amazing job with my nails and pedi .

I wouldnt recommend this place. They were nice yes, but didnt do my manicure and pedicure correctly, they had to make some corrections. And the gel polish really ruined my nails. Very pricey too for a mani & pedi.

I went here because I have friends that tell me they do really good job and they always love there nails from here but I was kind of disapponted. The prices are a little bit high but not absurd either so keep in mind you do get what you pay for. I paid $28 for short coffin acrylic which is more then other places. I paid 20 dollars for longer other place My nails were lifted and looked like cat nailS.You can see the lifting on 3 of my fingers which does not look pretty. In the picture you can see the nail lifted on my pinky So just take the chance of it coming out nice or not. I just wont be going here anymore. Also not to mention the guy was doing my nails as fast as he could and kind of roughly. VERY DISPLEASED

Its a warm welcoming nail shop that Ive loved since I was refereed there!

I made an appointment with Hai. But he was 15 min. late and I got no apology. I got coffin style ombre gel nails, which a co-worker had recommended. Im not sure of how the math adds up, but I was quoted (after the job completed) $55, which then forced me to pay $2 for a cc convenience fee, in addition to a $5 tip. (I only had $50 cash...apparently my co-worker paid $38 plus a tip...so I do feel that I was overcharged.)The nails generally looked nice, but didnt go to the base of my cuticle, as you can see in the pic. Hai didnt have me wash my hands right before for hygiene. I took it upon myself to do this.Hai was pleasant enough (although difficult to understand), did aim to engage in conversation later on, but he wasnt friendly to start.(He seemed annoyed in the beginning when I curiously asked what the lady next to me was getting done, like it was a challenge to his skills--when it wasnt.)The customer service wasnt anything special, especially for running behind schedule; offer me water or something! And the salon was very much so a hole-in-the-wall, with very dated simple decor and furniture. They did play some ambient music after some time, that made me feel better. The scent of chemicals in the air was strong, like ventilation was exceptionally bad. (Customers should have a breathing mask too!) For that much money, I might as well get great ambiance and more pampered treatment.

Great Service and my hair looked great

I have been in PHX for 4 months now and i refuse to go anywhere else but here. They take their time with my nails and they make sure i love them before i leave. I went one day after work and they were extremly busy but i didnt mind waiting and hour because i knew it was worth it. The lady stayed 2 hours after closing just to make sure i was taken care of. Everything was so sanitized as well in new packages. I wached how they close up and noticed how hard they work to make sure everything is clean. Definitely my number one place!! Thank you for my services!!

Avoid. We both walked away disappointed with our sloppy, overpriced manicures. The bill was particularly surprising for two reasons: the prices on their menu are incorrect (it said my bill should have been $35 but they insisted I owed $40), and because this place is pretty gross - dirty towels on the ground soaking up the leaking pedicure bathwater, filthy UV drying lamps I felt gross sticking my hands in, etc.EDIT: I gotta say though, I got the longest-lasting gel manicure of my life from this place. Absolutely chipless for three weeks. Eating my words

I came here not to long ago for the first time to get a full set done. It was $21and if i wanted long nails 5 dollars more also the gel it was extra as well since i said no to gel and long nails i only wanted to pay $21for myself and my mom (so $42 in total plus tip) the guy who did my nails (asian older man with glasses) was rude and mad and did my nails as fast as he could and he also did my moms nails and hurt her finger and he pulled my hand rwal hard while doing my nails! He rushed the procces and filed our nails real hard and still expected me to tip wen i shouldnt had. At the end he forgot to add top coat to my moms nails and they were like bye u can go and i was like umm no you didnt put top coat on her nails and got mad i was like wow smh telling me leave wen you didnt finish! I dont recommend you go here, P.S they change u if u use your card to pay.

Acrylic fill done too thin, eyebrows still have many hairs on them, polish not opaque enough on toes. Anything that couldve went wrong, did.

Called to ask for prices and wait time they said there was no wait time and $21 for full set. I get there and I wait close to an hour get my nails done pay $28 because long nails are $25 and theres a $2 fee for using a card. Didnt ask me if I wanted to tip just charged me the extra $1 I walked out to the sublight and realized how bad my nails looked and one of my cuticles was bleeding. I asked for half my money back they said no refunds but they can fix it I told them no I need to leave or give me a gift certificate they said no they dont do that but I called and turns out they do. I asked two of the girls getting their nails done if I was out of line and they said no they only go to Kevin. I wont ever return here again. My nails look crusty like I already need a fill in to top. Terrible service theyre also rude.

This place is the real deal. They do great work, and the owner is a riot. She will have you laughing, and you can tell the employees really respect her. I think thats why you never get a bad mani/pedi there. Also, the owner is the best waxer I have ever come across. She does your brows in five minutes and they are perfect. No joke. Inexpensive as well. I think for a gel mani, a pedi, and brow/lip wax, I got out of there for 60 bucks (with tips).

My Nail FELL OFF on day three of having a new set done. Never will come here again! It shows they use cheap products. I waited two hours to get my new set now that I need the finger fixed where my nail fell off I have to wait again. What a waste of time and $80!!!!!
