Terrible. After 1 day of getting them done. Was NOT worth the price at all. Suggest going elsewhere. Nail polish is coming off. Won’t ever come here again. $42 for this? Thanks TINA

Horrible horrible service! I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, arrived to my appointment on time. Of course they overbooked themselves and had almost every chair full. No one said hello or even acknowledged anyone that walked in, I sat down and wait for about 10mins when two walk ins arrived and were seated immediately! This place is so unorganized and their customer service sucks!

I was disappointed in the services. It was rushed, the girl would not engage with me at all, the massage lasted no more than 2 minutes per leg and foot, yet it is still the same cost as other salons that provide full services.

Ann, Steve and Joseph did an amazing job with my Mani-Pedi as always.I found them 8 years ago and have never gone to another salon. They are very reasonable and always remember my name with each visit.They are amazingly nice and do a wonderful job everytime!!

Whenbon Valentines Day! One person did my feet with the colors that I selected. Soon as a white couple came in for services, they forgot all about me! I sat there for 30 minutes then someone else did my hands with a different color than I picked!! Still tipped them! Most definitely not going back!!

I love getting my nails done here. Ann and Steve are so nice and always make sure I leave getting what I want. The prices are also very reasonable. Ive been bouncing around from salon to salon trying to find one I like and I think I found my permanent place. When I walked in Ann remembers my name and how I like my nails done. They are also very friendly I could sit there for hours and talk to them.

I love how Ann does my SNS Dip white tips. Ann is meticulous and very gentle with my sensitive nails beds, from 30 years of acrylics. The shop is clean and staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Ann if you want natural looking, beautiful, strong nails that dont lift!

I go here specifically for my eyebrows and specifically for Ann- she’s amazing at shaping my brows and she is extremely kind and personable. I’ve sent multiple people to her for eyebrow waxing and every single person has loved their results. I’d recommend getting your eyebrows done by her!

This family owned business does a good job for a reasonable price. They also truly care about their clients and pleasing them, knowing them, remembering their name after only a few visits the manager/owner will know your name. You truly feel appreciated for coming in regardless how big or small the business is that you give..it is just that you returned that is so meaningful. To me, that makes me feel good and want to give them my business...So I do! Quality of services is always good and employees are most pleasant. They use hygienic practices for all services which I have purchased, I have never had an instance in which I have had had my cuticles cut too short and bled, never had an ingrown nail since I have been a patron of Nails R Us (which has happened many times at other salons through the years due to the manner in which they cut the nail). They do things right.

The dude who was doing my nails cut me several times, each time he would cut me my hand would move. So instead of me getting mad, he got mad because I moved lol meanwhile my finger was bleeding. Very unprofessional! They do everything in a hurry and their job is horrible. Never again! Poor job.

Good deal but stinky

I think you either love or hate this place. Joseph did my pedicure and was very nice, but he talked non stop so I couldn’t relax. The woman doing my manicure came over and started it while I was getting my pedicure so I had to hunch over to the left so so she could reach. The color I wanted for my pedicure was a glitter that I was told we couldn’t do so I settled for a color with the glitter over it. I should have asked for another coat of glitter as he only did one and it looks horrible now that I’m home. When the woman (who never introduced herself) got to finishing my nails, she was talking on her cell phone half the time! Taking pictures, texting, really unprofessional. I don’t know if it was an off day because I see these great reviews, but another woman stopped and left halfway through her pedicure unhappy and another woman returned as her nails were not done properly.

I have been going here for over 18 years, the staff is wonderful they get to know all their customers and always ask about my kids and other family members. They take great care of each and every customer because they want you to keep coming back and will treat you like family. Salon is always clean and its not often you have to wait long. With me they have a loyal customer.

The nail tech was super nice and the other nail techs were very nice too. My only censerne is the when the second sander was being used I felt burning and I got cut with that sander, but other than that I love my nails so much

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. The gift certificate did not specify the type of service. Although i knew what it was for. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was asked to come back another time due to being too busy. I went the following day for a gel mani/pedi with tips. A lot of personal questions were asked during the service. They did not apply the acrylic nails they just did a regular gel polish not what i asked for. Then when i gave the lady my gift certificate she tried telling me i owed $10 more. And by thursday my gel polish had completely peeled off. I do not think Ill be returning in the future.

I LOVE this nail salon! Ive been going here for almost 5 years now. Its a family-owned business by wife and husband Steve and Ann. Theyre the cutest couple and really cater to their customers. Theyve become somewhat family to me. In fact, Ive grown to become very close to them that during my trip to northern California, I attended their daughters graduation at UC Berkeley. Theyre a hardworking family, and the fact that my nails are divine is an added plus. Highly recommend.Cheers to Ann and Steve!

I just moved to the area. Tried 2 other nail places prior..ans due to the results have had 2 new sets in 1 month until I found the nail salon of choice. Sara did my pedicure ...what I was moat impressed by was how loyal and outspoken the clients were about this place. I went back today and had Anna do my fill. Their skill, and quickness sold me. I found my salon ...I will be back. Finally a no nonsense nail salon.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDICURES. (i would give zero stars but i cant figure out how to leave a review without selecting one) worst pedicure Ive ever received. the chairs are great but the massage was super minimal and not at all enjoyable. the guy talked the entire time and when I kept my responses short, he just shared about whatever he wanted to talk about. all this would have been okay if the end product was good... but it wasnt. nail polish all over my cuticles. one of my nails wasnt even filed well. I pointed all that out so he tried to fix it and still missed a ton. I dont remember when I started using nail polish but they look pretty comparable to when I was about ten and would paint my own. overall not the end of the world but your money is WAY better off spent elsewhere.

The first time I stopped in before work to get a full set but they were really busy so I left but the owner Steve came out after me and convinced me to wait so I did, he did my nails I like them pretty long and was charged $25, any place else would have been $40-$45 for the length I like. He did a great job, since then his wife Ann has done my nails and I love them. I would and have recommended to any one that asks. I will never go any place else.

Ive been coming to this nail salon since 1995. On and off Ive tried other nail salons, but have always come back. Ann and Steve are amazing people. Theyre like extended family anymore. Their prices are good, and typically lower than most places. Ive never had an issue with this salon, their work, or their product!

Went to get a pedicure today and the older lady did my nails ! It was horrible honestly my pedicure looked like I did it at home with regular nail polish !!when I left I had polish on my skin around my nails. She cut my nails crooked and when she put the scrub on my legs she literally didn’t even scrub it at all what’s so ever she just rinsed it off then she use the pumis bar and didn’t even take one minute on both feet then she kept hitting my nails on the uv light🤦🏻‍♀️ I picked a white glittery gel polish and asked me if it was good I could still see my real nail so I told her to use a white gel with bigger glitter she got mad and started speaking her language so I wouldn’t understand I did tip her just because my friend payed for our pedicures but honestly she didn’t deserve it at all if you guys go there I don’t recommend her she will waste you’re money !! Never experienced something like this never going back ! I felt like she hated me or something that’s how poorly her service was !

I’ve been here two times the first time wasn’t bad.... I guess I didnt look at the reviews before I went but every time I went here I saw a cockroach and the owner acted like I was normal both time. Both time I got my nails do they were horrible uneven and nail polish all over my hand and shape was just bad I got a lady the first time and she was nice but just wasn’t good at nails the second time I went in I got a man and he was rude didn’t say one word to me( or didn’t know English) he put something on my nails that burned really bad I’ve gotten my nails done more then 50 times and and not once did someone put something on my nails that burned. Definitely do not recommend.

Ive been getting pedicures here for many years. Ive tried other places and I always end up going back. Very reasonable prices, too. Now Im traveling internationally quite a bit and I can never wait to get back to get her good pedicure again. He says they will be getting the SNS powder nails soon. I cant wait! Thats the only kind of manicure that lasts at all for me.

I never post a review but my experience here was HORRIBLE. I walked in very dirty but I proceeded to get my pedicure. As I was sitting there i saw 2 cockroaches crawling on the floor i then looked behind my boyfriends chair and saw dead ones!!! I asked for a manager and he did not handle it well at all! Very rude and disgusting place. I am horrified. I left and will never be back!!!

HORRIBLE. I am not one to write reviews but I want everyone to be aware of how awful this place is. Disgustingly kept, not clean at all. Probably not clean supplies. Grouchy manicurists, I thought the guy doing my nails was going to pass out he was sighing so much. I had to apologize to him for him cutting/burning my finger, he wouldnt continue until I did so. I wil never be back, nor have I experienced such poor quality anywhere else.FYI I got my acrylics put on last week and half of them have already fallen off or lifted... Glad I only tipped 2 bucks.

So my little one had a girls scout meeting so I was in the area and tried this place out for the first time because I live in downtown Phoenix so Im never really in this area and it wasnt all that great I mean I got gel nails because they last long or they are suppose to but I dont think the person gave me gel nails because one I didnt get put under the UV light like you are suppose to be and they started peeling off hours later while I was at work so basically wasted money on something I could of done myself like this place isnt cheap either but its alright Ill never go back and I sure in the hell wont recommend it to anyone else.
