Posting this because I am so appalled by the way my wife was treated here. First time she had come in, not only did they use dirty tools, which we are reporting, they OVERCHARGED for the service that clearly states what the price is on their website. They refused to let my wife look at her phone to show them the website, making excuses like our internet is down and telling her if she tries to use her phone it will damage the nails. Once she paid she checked and they sure did overcharge her AND they nails started coming off within 30 minutes of getting them done. Multiple strikes in one trip, never going to ever think twice about this place again.

The receptionist was friendly. The place looked clean and nice. My manicure and pedicure were mediocre. My fingernails were filed. No hand massage. Had to have a nail retouched and generally nail polish doesn’t look smooth. My toenails were not shaped or cut, neither was I asked if I wanted it done. I don’t know if they cleaned the tool they use to remove callouses before using on me nor after. I arrived there moisturized and left there with very dry, ashy skin.

Only for emergencies. Another nail chop shop.My technician was very nice, just not skilled.I left with acrylic and polish all over my hands.He left as soon as the polish was one and there was no clean up, no last look, no cuticle oil....The receptionist asked for my card while my nails were still drying.All the stereotypical nail salon horrors.

They did a great job with My wifes nails. She really liked the place and came home super relaxed.

This place is amazing. When you walk in, its warm, inviting and beautiful, I was amazed and was like am I Overseas or on California. The Staff was amazing friendly, very attentive to my needs. The services they offer are the best. As Im sitting there getting my Pedi Treatment, I said yo the lady this establishment is amazing I feel like I should be drinking wine 🍾 😀 to my amaze she asked what kind would you like. I felt all special lol. I definitely am going back for all of the treatment they offer.

Second time coming to this salon; staff is super nice and its clean. Pricing for my gel mani was $30. My two sisters, mother and I, all came to get our nails done. They came out excellent but they gave my sister the acrylic instead of my mom and I asked for french tips. Overall we had good service.

I always love coming here because they do amazing work and make it a memorable experience! Today I went it to get my nails done and I cant express how happy I am with the result! Special thanks for the snowman and cute cat nails!

Best nail experience I’ve had in a very long time. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially since choosing a nail colour can be a challenge. Felt like I was right at home getting my nails done with my friends, even though no one in there knew each other. The atmosphere was just phenomenal. Before I even left I had received so many compliments on my nails. I will definitely be back!

Made an appointment for my shy sister and I to get gel manicures. They were prompt, helpful and nice! Was a pleasant experience, no negatives. Always hard to find decent reviews of nail spots, so decided to leave this. Would recommend the place. Looks like a nice place to take a kid for their first manicure. Nice and cozy spot.

After several bad experiences at the salon I used to frequent, I had been trying different places around town. My friend made an appointment for three of us here, and I loved it.The inside is clean and modern. There is a good selection of polish colors, which are presented in an organized way. My technician was friendly and professional, asking many questions along the way to ensure he was doing what I wanted and I was happy with the product. I am extremely hard on my nails, because I frequently wash my hands and cook a lot. They seldom last more than 10 days, but it has been over two weeks and my manicure is still intact.I moved here from NJ three years ago, and was so frustrated with how difficult it was to find a quality nail salon in Phoenix. But, I love this place and it is definitely my new go-to.

I love Blue nails! My friend and I have been going here for quite a few months now. They always do a great job on our nails. We love the mood color change gel polish. They always have neat designs and so many choices of colors. The prices are reasonable, are very clean, and the staff are all very nice.

I was really happy with my nails when I left yesterday. Jaclyn paid close attention to detail and made sure my nails were perfect. I went to another place a week ago and they did a bad job and when I came here I was so happy. The salon and Jaclyn have a new customer for life.

I have been going here for several years for both manicures and pedicures. I have never been disappointed. She does an amazing job making my nails look stunning. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job every time.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here, first time coming in and all my wants were met + so much more! Staff is beyond kind, professional and very enjoyable. It was the first day that everything was open during the COVID pandemic and let me tell ya, they went above & beyond to ensure everyone was safe and felt comfortable. All staff wore face masks, plus everything was being sanitized & cleaned around the clock. The entire staff took care of us very well! Especially after a long & busy day with so many clients coming in, they were still very attentive and smiles all throughout the salon! I will be stopping in once my current set grows out and I’m looking forward to another great experience in hopes of making this my new go to salon as it is 5 min away from my home lol THANK YOU to all the staff at Blue Nail 💕

I was here this Saturday.. This place was very busy. I came to get my pedicure done and I was really happy with the result that I got. The girl did a wonderful job on my toes. We talked about California and she told me places where I can visit since I’m going there for travel. Will definitely come back here when I get the chance.

This place was AMAZING!! They took their time and were gentle with my nails. I got a gel polish change on my hands and a regular polish change on my toes and both were impeccable.

I just moved to the area and was in search of a nail salon. I based my visit to the Blue Nail Bar & Spa because of the great reviews. This nail bar is by far the BEST!!! I did not have an appointment and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Great atmosphere and staff. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I just moved to this area and saw this nail salon one day, decided to stop by and check them out and so glad I did! Beautifully designed spa with a relaxing atmosphere had me from hello. From the cheerful greeting at the door (with no regard to the fact they were closing soon) to the careful devotion given to my requests, Blue Nail will be my nail salon from here on out. The pricing is fair and the service is beyond fabulous. Kathy and Naomi took great care of us, Jacqueline and all the staff were friendly and genuine. I cant wait to come back again!

Always have a great experience at Blue Nail Bar & Spa. Everyone there is so talented, and their new layout and technology makes the space more modern than other local nail spa. This is my mothers favorite place to get her nails done.

My daughter came to get her nails done. Color was way off from what she choose. The nails are not even some really long some really short. Some are coffin and some look like a box. She came home crying how bad they did. For $55 I told her to go back have them fixed but they said they close 20 minutes and no refund

This is my forever salon 💙💙💙 I’ve went to numerous salons around town and this one is my favorite of all time !! Vivian takes her time to make them PERFECT !!! My nails have never been so perfect. Every one is nice and prices are fair, they take time to make sure you get EVERY detail you ask for. I show Vivian a picture and she makes it happen. I couldn’t be happier

I had two very different experiences at Blue Nail Bar. Both times, I came in for pedicures with somebody else. The first time, my friend changed her mind at the last minute and asked for a gel mani instead of the pedicure. Her gel ended up flaking off less than two days later.I loved the pedicure experience I received the first time so much that I brought my partner in with me for the second time! We called ahead and made appointments, but one of the nail techs was still busy with a client when we got there. They seated us side by side and my tech got started on me while they told my partner to soak his feet in the tub–but they didnt have the jets on, and the water was cold. He had to sit there for over half an hour while the other tech finished her last client.I understand theres nothing that could have been done to control the timing of whether somebodys appointment took longer than anticipated, but there was no acknowledgment of what happened in the bottom line. We werent offered a discount for the wait, and were still charged full price at the end. My partner was also underwhelmed by his pedi, which is such a shame, especially since it was his first one and he already had to wait so long for it.Wish I could leave a higher review! Some of the techs here are great with amazing service!

We came to Blue Nail Bar today. and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. We got the basic pedicures for myself. my sister, and my mother. They were done with all three of us in about 25 minutes. The water in my basin was cold the entire time, and the staff did not communicate at all with us. My mother had big globs of nail polish on her toenails and her toenails were not cut straight or filed. For $90 for the three of us, I wont be coming back.

Im an acrylic nails type of girl and after moving to the area I had some people really mess up my nails. Vivian at blue nail spa was fabulous and fixed them right up! Her attention to detail was fabulous. The spa is clean and modern; it feels like a peaceful getaway.

Loved it! The owner actually did my nails and they turned out amazing! Its in my area so its a go to for me. You get what you pay for which I love even more.

Nice atmosphere and no wait for service as a walk-in were the only good things. Asked for #3 pedicure (out of 5 choices) and was not happy about the service received for a $40 pedicure (just pedi, no mani.) No options for drying your nails. Obviously chipped and dinged polish within the hour after leaving. Will not visit again.

Gel polish manicure, which should last for weeks, starting peeling off in 2 days. Went back for repair and same happened. Won’t go back. Will drive further to salon where I used to go and never had this happen.

Brian is so amazing. My pedicure with white tips turned out perfectly. The message was incredible. Such a clean, relaxing and beautiful environment with elegant, modern decor. Nice and quiet and really feels like a spa day.

Scheduled an appointment with my GF to have pedicures together at 4:30 today. Got here and was told my tech was a little late. My GF was done by the time she got to me 40 min later.

The Worst pedicure I have EVER had! Water was barely warm she hardly cut or filed she used the file once....my feet looked worse than when I came in! Hardly spoke to me ...will NEVER go back

I went to get a full set on Tuesday and the following Sunday one just fell off and two days later they are all just popping off. I usually go back between 2-3 weeks for a fill but this was such a pathetic job I have nothing to feel. And the pedicure was just mediocre. It’s a shame cuz it’s such a cute place.

Walked in and was totally to wait while she has a conversation with someone getting a pedicure.I’m sorry there’s way too much competition and nail salons for me to wait for you to have a conversation it’s not like you’re the greatest in the world I’m not going to sit there and wait for you to finish your long story !So I walked out and I’m never going back because I don’t believe that they deserve my business

Great express pedicure in a beautiful setting! Was there the day they opened and they were wonderfully attentive, despite finishing construction going on in the background. Got the designers card, too, because the interior was so spot on. Going back again and bringing others today!

WORST NAILS IVE EVER HAD DONE!!!!!! ID RATHER LET MY 3 YEAR OLD DO MY NAILS! I went in to get a fill on my full set, I picked a color and was told to sit down right away. The lady who sat down to do my nails was actually the MANAGER. The entire time she helped me she would take files out of plastic grocery bags behind her counter which were all dusty. MIND YOU MY ACRYLICS ARE ALREADY ROUND so when she asks me what shape, I say ROUND. Not square, not oval, and not squoval. Just ROUND. Fast forward to the end and each one of my nails is a different SHAPE and LENGTH!!!! I CAN PUT MY NAILS UP TO THE SUN AND YOU CAN SEE STREAKS OF HOW BAD THEYRE PAINTED. When I told them I was unhappy they offered to fix them buuuut LADY IF YOU COULDNT SEE YOU MADE A MISTAKE THE FIRST TIME HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT THE SECOND TIME!!!!! Its your field of profession! If I was a professional eyebrow groomer I wouldnt let someone walk out of my salon with one skinny eyebrow and with thick eyebrow. No. Just no. When I asked her for my money back she declined and said the service was done and they done offer refunds. THE SERVICE WAS DONE.... HORRIBLY. I WAISTED $30 DOLLARS AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!! what a shame that its in such a great neighborhood! I HATE THIS PLACE AND I HATE MY NAILS AFTER COMING HERE!!!!

Very bad customer service!!! The moment I walked in the place it looked beautiful and promising, i waited five minutes “which is awesome compared to some places” I sit down my nail tech is on her phone, starts fileing my nails still talking on the phone gets up and walks outside. Minutes past and I ask the reseptionest if she coming back and she said yes she just on the phone. Finally minutes later she comes back in does her go around talking to everyone comes to me points to the other nail tech who is in the middle of someones nails and says “she will finish you”. No apologies from the first moment to the last! I get up and walked out. So now i have to go around all day with drilled up rough nails because my nail tech was unprofessional. I did hear some of the conversation and it wasnt something that would cause anyone to leave for the day plus in the middle of a client! Very upset if i could give no stars i would!

They took me 20 minutes before close, and stayed way after 7 PM to finish. Amazing environment and very professional staff that seems to actually enjoy their work.

A spa like atmosphere, everything is new and super clean. Nail techs do a very good job. Ive had manis, pedis and gels and always been very satisfied with the work. Prices are fair & reasonable. Salon has awesome views of Camelback Mtn! It is right next to Starbucks & Smoothie King so you can grab your favorite drink & relax while you get your nails done. The music they play is sleepy/ boring so bring your ear buds.

Worst ever manicure! I had appointment at 6, waited 20 minute to seat in the chair. Then manicure- the worst ever experience!!! The lady who tried to do it - couldnt shape up well, then she started to clean cuticle- again very dirty, the final was polish with gel 🙈🙈🙈 polished with bubbles, lots of bubbles everywhere!!!!!!!!! Finally, I would never recommend this place to anybody! Also, those technicians talks a lot in Vietnamese - and looks not nice !!!! For that price - I could go to spa resort !!!

Love the spa atmosphere but wasnt super impressed. Paid 75 for gel mani and pedi. Pedi was good, but gel mani didnt even last a week. I went back to give it another try but I dont think its worth the price
