Really great experience. Family run and they are all very nice. My 2nd time. First time and my nail polish (not gel) lasted over three weeks with no chipping.

This is a long over due review. We drive 30 minutes to see everyone at this salon. Even though there are multiple salons near me (I’ve tried) this place is worth driving to. I would recommend calling ahead of time. Or take your chance! Tony will get you in if he can. This is a neighborhood gem that that is off the radar. Please be aware there are a few others with the same name. This location is the only place to come. Mind you I only get pedicures and gel but that’s all I need. Chic nails offers other services as well. My nails always look 100% when I leave and everyone is so friendly! Donate to the waving kitty of luck at the register and take a piece of candy. Thank you! The man who answers the phone is a horribly disrespectful person. My mother in law who is on dialysis had to cancel her appointment twice due to her medical condition, so when she called to cancel the guy proceeded to scold her for canceling her appointment and acted extremely unprofessional. Keep acting like that and your business is gonna go under, I mean there’s a nail place on every corner these days and nobody would notice if one went under due to terrible customer service.

Today will be my 3rd time going in for a gel manicure. I have been having a hard time finding a gel mani under $30 near me and these guys only charge $28!! I have never had any of my gels chip or peel, and I usually go every 3 weeks.I will keep coming back for a reliably inexpensive, well done gel manicure, so long as I keep up with gel!

Family owned and operated with pride. I’ve always enjoyed my manicures and pedicures here. They do a thorough job with an eye for detail. Lots of services - regular, gel, dip - and do all expertly. Friendly and helpful staff make the environment comfortable and welcoming.

Chic nails is a very clean and friendly neighborhood salon . We were greeted as soon as we came in . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful . All the costumers I talked with are loyal to them . I would highly recommend them .

Good location, parking and service. They always do a nice job on both a Mani and pedi. You can call ahead for an appointment or to put your name in the queue then stop next door at Wildflower for a quick snack.

I love this place! Its never too crowded and they always do a great job - and they take their time! Ive found the prices to be less expensive than other nail places as well. ($25 for a gel manicure vs. $40 at my old place in North Scottsdale)

I went in for a basic manicure. The tech asked me if I would like my nails at an even length. I said yes. She then filed them down to the nubs. The nail polish color was OPI but the base and top coat used were common dollar store brands. I had chips the next day and the day after that they were so ragged I had to remove the polish myself. It was a complete waste of money. I wont be going back.

Second time visit for a pedicure - wont be a third. During this visit I reminded the person twice that my feet were sensitive & her actions were painful. Later that day the big toe on my right foot became mildly inflamed & remained so for 2 days.

Nikki is the best. The quality of her work is only surpassed by her customer service. The salon is spotless and comfortable. Be sue to make an appointment, bc they get busy!!

CHIC NAILS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL NAIL SALON. FOR NAILS ONLY WAS CLOSED ON 12/02/18 DUE TO A FUNERAL AND NEEDED TO FIND A CLOSE LOCATION TO FIX ONE OF MY NAILS ASAP. I CAME ACROSS CHIC NAILS. I HAVE MY OWN ORIGINAL NAILS AND I GET THE SNS . THE MAN WHO SITS IN THE FRONT RIGHT HAND WHEN WALKING IN I CAN TELL YOU NOW THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WAS A HOT MESS. DROPPING EVERYTHING. UNORGANIZED. FLUTTERED. I WASNT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. HE KEPT MESSING UP ON MY WHITE NAILS. TWO OF MY NAILS ARE GOLD W/GLITTER. ONE IS SEE THUR AND THE OTHER ONE IS REALLY GOLD. I ASKED HIM TO MAKE THEM LOOK THE SAME AND HE SAID IM NOT FINISHED YET WHEN HE WAS FINISHED AND DIDNT FIX THAT. HE WAS TOO ROUGH WITH MY HANDS. CLEARLY THE MANAGER WAS LOOKING AT HOW FRUSTRATED I WAS. BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMMENTS THAT I WAS MAKING. I WENT TO PAY AND THE MANAGER ASKED IF I WANTED TO ADD THE TIP...... I LOOKED STRAIGHT INTO HIS EYES SHOWED HIM MY NAILS AND TOLD HIM MY NAILS DONT LOOK LIKE THEY DESERVE A TIP. YET THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY NAILS TO BE FIXED. WELL THANK GOD I DIDNT GIVE THE TIP BECAUSE 2 HOURS AFTER I LEFT THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE THE TOP COAT THAT THEY USE FOR SNS STARTED PEELING OFF!!! 3 DAYS LATER ALL OF MY NAILS TOP COAT ARE STARTING TO COME OFF. MY NAILS LOOK SO UGLY ITS SAD. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES W/SNS. NOR THE COLORS I CHOOSE. I ALWAYS GET WHITE AND NEVER HAVE I EVER LEFT MY NAIL SALON WITH MY WHITE NAILS HAVING ANOTHER COLOR BLENDED IN!!! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A NAIL SALON THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GO TO FOR NAILS ONLY ON 44TH ST. & THOMAS @ THE FRYS PLAZA. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.!

I went there over a week ago and my mani and pedi still look amazing. Great service, friendly staff, nail technician paid attention to details which with me is very important, will make this my regural place, plus is a family run business and the place is very clean . Love that they dont do acrylic . Health points plus.

Called in, they told me come on in. Got gel french manicure, first time, it was so great i got a pedicure. Great work, excellent service, and couldnt be happier with the results. I found my new fav place. I am not a mani pedi kinda girl, but will go back often as long as they maintain the same service and quality.

The massage chair did not work but the tech did a really professional job on my pedi and the price was right. Im new to the area and I plan to make this my regular mani/pedi spot! ☺

The pedicure was great, awesome massage chairs, a wonderful job done and they even let me remain in the massage chair for both the pedicure & Mani. But sadly the manicure was disappointing, as the polish began chipping and peeling that same day. In the future I may only do my pedis there.

They dont even do fills our nails they dont have anybody that works there strictly limited to Mannys pedes and waxing
