I love Pretty Nails!!!!! They have been my go to spot. Ever since I was fortunate enough to discover them years ago. All of their services are provided with great skill & talent. The pricing is affordable & the staff are great!!! The owners & employees are very professional & friendly. . I dont want to have to ever go anywhere else.

Really bad experience. The came out crooked and had stuff all over my fingers. When I tried to peel it off it made me bleed. I had bubbles under a few of them. When I went back to ask for my money back the lady said that she didnt know how to work the machine and that she would not give me my money back..

This was my first time visiting this Spa. Great I was able to find a nail shop open on a business Friday night in the valley . First they need to update there gel polishes colors sample wheel. I felt my pedicure was rush and I didn’t get the proper spa experience. My experience was more like a haunted house ghost doing my feet. I will never go back . She was polishing my toes like a 3 years old. I had to asked her to take it off. Worst experience of my life

First and last time. Worst experience ever!!!! I went in to get my nails fixed and they came out horrible. I had nail polish and glue all over my fingers. They where to thick. When I went to get my money back the lady said she had rent to pay and refused to give me a refund.

They do an excellent job for a very reasonale price. I have been going to salons for about eight years. I have been to this one several times.

The man that did my nails was incredibly nice and only charged me $20 to get my acrylics removed and have gel polish done. It was perfect and really saved my nails, they were incredibly messy and thin and painful before he took them off and I was so incredibly happy!

My wife and I moved recently and it was too far to go to her old nail salon. found this one online and took her the next morning where she immediately got in was well taken care of and very happy nails looked great and the price was very affordable

Strong smell of nail polish remover overwhelms you the entire time you’re there. Lack of attention to detail even after I pointed out several times that the gel polish had been painted off the nail. When I asked if she could remove the polish from my skin at the end she said “just wash your hands later why are you asking.” When she finally tried to take off the polish she used the cuticle cutter and CUT the skin off the side of my thumb that had polish on it! Pretty painful. I’ve never had someone mess up such an easy gel change. She also upcharged me $20 instead of $15 like she said on the phone. The only other person there stayed longer than me because the guy messed up her nails several times too! Will not return.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I had to come here given my current situation. There was no one there and their AC didnt seem like it was working at 112°. The guy doing my nails seemed very unexperienced and hurt me a couple times. I asked for nude gel and the color he chose was white. The fill was garbage and the paint job was even worse. He charged me $32 and I asked him to justify this being that much and he made up some stuff about the get being $12. I figured let them have it because they obviously need the money more than I do.

So I went for my mani and pedi reading the reviews this will definitely be my last time my square nails were so long and bumpy and pretty dramatic not to be rude but weren’t smooth at all he did not take the time to even file it and on the edge of my nails it could have been more buffed and no he did not he left it and when i got home I was super sad it was just like horrible I took the set off and my nails are damaged wish nobody comes here

I got a pedicure the 15th of July and within the next few days my polish was peeling off. Gel polish usually last me 2-3 weeks and it only lasted a week. They didn’t paint my toes correctly at all. The sides are still clear

Horrible my nails are big and boxy the paint lifted as soon as I got home. The shape is not what I asked for. Glue was peeling off my fingers. He kept drilling my nail beds. Waste of money.

Great pedis, friendly staff and affordable. Plus, $5 add-ons that are great. Ex: callus remover, sea scrub, hot towel, etc. #1 package $20 includes basic and hot towels. #2 package $30 includes basic, callus remover and sea scrub. There is also a third package. It only costs $5 for (2) painted designs. (Flowers) It is a nice place. It recently moved next door to the subway because Peter Piper took the salons old location. My sister recently got her nails and feet done here. For her nails: she got the fake nails put on. They were done earlier in the week. They still look wonderful and lasted through an orchastra concert (her playing the violin). So, I dont know why people gave bad reviews. My sister, my dads girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for over a year and had only the best experience from this nail salon.

Went Fri and got my nails done and paid 90 and one already broke..I think I have to find another mail shop..

I went in Tuesday with my mother and spent $100 for 2 fills of the most BASIC short nails, come Thursday both of our gel polish has now peeled off of our nails . We went back today, Saturday, and they attempted to charge my mom $20 to repaint 3 of her nails and argued with us that we didnt not get gel polish when indeed we paid $15 extra specifically for Gel . Very rude poor customer service . We will NEVER return after spending $100 plus a rip and a purchase of the jewelry they were selling ....

Mike did my nails & he rushed & actually missed a step .My nails turned out to be uneven & bumpy . I went in with the intention of also getting a pedi but after I saw my nails decided not to .

I walked in to get a pedicure and found three employees with no masks. Turned around and walked out.

I have come here off and on for several years and have had mostly pleasant experiences. In the very least, the customer service has always been positive. My experience today could not have been further from positive. I went in to get a quick brow wax after work.The service was off and the communication curt at best from the moment I walked in. The woman who did my brow wax was very very rough with my face, and the wax was very very hot.The skin around my brows looks tortured- reddish purple, swollen, and blistering in one place. This was a terrible experience and I will not be back.

First and last time! My nails looked horrible!I literally drove from this nail salon to another one down the street. They took my horrible nail set off and Redid them. It was that bad!

They always get you in. They are busy ladies and they do a great job! Every time!

The pedicure was great. I tried a gel manicure for the first time. It was terrible.I initially told them I wanted the gel polish, but they literally forced the whole package onto me. The salon was completely empty when I walked in - which should have been my first clue.I got my nails done for a wedding, fortunately, from far away you couldnt tell how awful they looked.The charged me $60 for everything and I gave a 10% tip. I couldnt understand what they were saying, but I could tell my technician, the owner and another lady were not happy with me. I felt so guilty (despite the hack job I was witnessing) that I changed the amount!Never again.

I just want everyone to know that the high ratings on this place is for previous owners and workers. Take it from someone that has gotten their nails done for decades, this place does a crappy job and they are rude. My pedicure was not even 15 minutes long and my fill was horrible. I didnt think it took talent to simply polish nails but apparently it does. Very old polish thinned out and a patchy job. When I pointed certain things out to the tech she would get upset and ended up doing what she wanted and her way, not what I asked for. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! DRIVE A FURTHER DISTANCE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT IS WORTH IT...NOT HERE!

Product is very poor quality. Literally, after 1 week of having a new set of nails put on....they turned white and lifted. A new set should last a good two to three weeks! I didnt like the shape, thickness... or the fact that she hurt me at least 5 times. NAIL TECHS...STOP DRILLING MY NAIL BEDS!!! NEVER going back tbere!

The guy that did my nails obviously doesnt know how to do them . They arent glued all the way down there is bumbs and bubbles all in it . I asked him to do it a certain way and he did it his own way I ask for a certain design and hes failed twice and still didnt give me the design I wanted . I spend 95$ here and it was so not worth it. I will NOT be coming back here and if I could get a refund I would . This is the worst set of nails I have ever have

Really bad nail service, the employee that did my nails didn’t do the design I asked for. She made it completely different and had no patience with me.

It was ok. My nails are chipping and the underarm wax wasnt great. Rough. And I still have hairs.

Awesome they got my daughter, girlfriend, and myself pedicures fast and at last minute.

Went in and got a full set of nails and a pedicure. The pedi is okay compared to the mani but the paint job is missing patches. The manicure however is awful. The woman doing them didnt even bother removing the patches of polish I had on my nails and did such a thin paint job you could see the leftover polish underneith. In addition to this she literally glued 9/10 of the nails to pieces of my actual fingers. She also painted foreign objects into the acrylics. I tried to make the best of this manicure by going home and repainting it myself but within two days two of them have already partially snapped off. Very poor quality. Would not recommend.

I went on a whim while running errands. I was greeted warmly and was made very comfortable. The young man that gave me my pedicure was friendly, but he didnt really seem to know what he was doing as far as my pedicure was concerned. He didnt scrub my feet to remove the dead skin and did not ask if I wanted the callus remover. Also after a few minutes the conversation got very uncomfortable. He told me about how his cousin had an accident that missed his genitals and that it was a good thing that oriental men are small in that area. The young man did not have any social skills whatsoever and after his derogatory comments I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave, so I did. I will never be back.

Disliked the set first week had a couple come off. N I did now like how dey came out was charged $40 wen the price sign said $25. Sry but will never return.
