Paid $30 for a refundable deposit that, after my payment was processed, was revealed to not contribute in any way to the payment of the actual repair. On top of that, the website did not reveal any price estimates and I was left waiting for a call with an estimate. James called me with an estimated cost of the screen repair, which was $50 more than the competitors in the area. James was really helpful and understanding and helped me get a refund on my deposit, but if I followed through with this mobile repair, Id be paying more than $80 over the average repair cost.

1st time I ever been here. They treated me kindly and professional. Blue look at my phone issue and understood my explanation then my provider (not surprised). I recommend anyone to go there with any issues they may have with cell phones or laptops.

John and Nikolai were life savers, broke my screen this afternoon came and spoke to the guys dropped my phone at 4pm and with a line of people in their lobby, and told me they would have it done by 7pm their closing time if they could. Well they delivered on their word, I was expecting the repair to run onto next day but the guys worked quickly and efficiently. Awesome customer service! My pixel 5 decided to go crazy with speech settings. Had know clue on what to do. Sense ibreakufix is under Googles certified repairs umbrella, I gave them a go. No charge or fee to me after it was corrected and thankfully, working normal again. Highly recommend them!

Have used their services many times for IPhones and Androids (broken screens, no sound, etc) and they have always been able to fix it at a better price than anyone else. Most recently I brought in my ancient laptop with a hardware problem. Even though the repair required an authorized service center and more parts than I was willing to purchase, the tech patched the laptop together (and it has been working for several days now) so I could get by until I can get a new laptop. My point is they have a great customer service attitude and are willing to do what they can to help.

I went in yesterday . I was having problems with the volume on my phone . Well they were were WOnDERFUL ! They were not only very pleasant but very helpful . The person at the counters name is Blue and the other tech . That fixed it while Blue took care of the line at the counter name is Nickolai . They said they had to clean out the dirt and grime blocking the speakers . I was so afraid I was going to have to leave to be fixed . With in a few minutes I was on my way with my phone . I highly recommend them and will use them for any other problems I have with my electronic s. My new go to place .

I brought an Xbox controller that I ended up cleaning myself and fixing to this shop. The woman instead tried to upsell me on their $25 per month electronics plan saying that she didnt think they would fix the controller. I told her I wasnt interested in the plan so she takes the conroller back to the Tech. I overhear the woman say, Yeah, I told him about the plan and I dont know why he doesnt want it. She comes back up front with the controller and says they wont fix it because their plan usually just replaces the controller. I explained to her that it has been a few years since Ive had an issue with a controller and that in just 3 months, their $25 plan would cost me the price of 1 new controller. I didnt really like that my business was turned away and that I could hear the conversation about not purchasing their plan as if my decision was nonsensical. I took the controller home, figured out how to take it apart, cleaned it, and fixed it.

Friendly and efficient! In less than five minutes they cleaned out the speaker in my iPhone and tested the volume for me in store. My phone calls sound a lot clearer now! I will go back here if I have any other issues with my iPhone.

To be honest I think they are to expensive like most of the cellphone repair shops around here are. They wanted $200 to repair a screen on a One Plus N10 5g when I can get the screen and digitizer together from Amazon for $48. and fix it myself because I have a cellphone repair tool kit so they probably would profit about $150 or more!¡

It wasnt too bad. Im kind of bummed out they didnt have the part I needed and its definitely a turnaround time longer than I was expecting itself. Considering it is a pandemic, they shouldve been prepped with video game console components. I couldve done the repair myself, but I had no way to validate the parts themselves.

Do you like being scammed? If so, this is the place for you! A couple weeks ago I brought in three phones to have the screens replaced. It was their last appointment of the day and it ended up costing a little under $500. I have used their services for years and I never had an issue but this time I was forced to go to this seventh Street location.Upon receiving the three phones I noticed the last phone they were working on was the iPhone X and The screen was not placed on correctly and seemed to be bending upwards protruding on the side of the phone. I was assured that they were done correctly and I left.Upon further inspection of the screen on the iPhone X, I ran my finger along the side and a crack formed through the middle of the screen. It was clear that this crack was caused by the shotty workmanship done by the technician. Being that not a lot of time has passed since I got the screens fixed, I went back into the store in hopes to be met with some sort of understanding. Instead I was told that I would have to pay again with a small discount applied. I don’t think I should have to pay for damage caused by a technicians mistake.I reached out to corporate and received a phone call back a few days later. The customer service representative was short with me, and basically told me that I would have to pay again. She claimed that all the stores in the area were booked up so the only way to get anybody to look at my phone was to send it into their corporate offices. I need my phone for work and that is not a possibility, I called one of the stores to book an appointment and was told that there was availability, so why lie?This company lied to me, scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, and refused to help me unless I agreed to pay another $150. During these difficult times it is unfortunate to see a company be so greedy and unhelpful when they make a mistake. I will never recommend this company to a person ever again. There are other companies in the area that do the same thing and actually care about good customer service. Please do not let yourself get scammed like I did!

Went over and above calling another store to see if they had the 5 g screen version of the Samsung A71, which they did.

If I could give these guys a zero review I would... Brought my laptop in that Id already taken the two other places that quoted me prices but could not get the parts right away. These guys said theyd get the parts in a reasonable amount of time I dropped my laptop off They called the next day and almost quadrupled the price as the other few companies I went through. I told them no thank you and Ill pick up my laptop tomorrow.tomorrow comes along I show up I go 45 minutes out of my way to pick up my laptop Its in pieces and they could care less!! told me to hang out for an hour or so while they put it together absolutely unacceptable. I had to leave it there and take more time off work the next day to come pick it up.As I brought it home the entire screen is coming off instead of one hinge being broken now both hinges are broken theres a wire kinked up in the device to where I cant even close the laptop now. The screen is more busted than it was before. And now the operating system which had no issues whatsoever before is taking 20 minutes just to open up my email. Upon talking to these people they didnt care what I had to say or want to fix the problem at hand. Theyve wasted my time not once not twice but three times and now my machine is 100 times worse than it was before I dropped it off and now the operating system isnt working properly. Now I have to buy a new laptop now instead of just paying $180 bucks to have it fixed but they wanted almost $600. Dont use these guys theyre a scam theyre unprofessional and they really dont care what they do to your personal property.

Went to try to get my LG fixed. Due to water damage. Was told they dont carry LG parts in stock and their solution could be 50/50 shot, and if it didnt work they would have to send out for part, keep phone for 3 weeks, and then charge me $180+ to fix the phone, phones barely worth $180. Get all info before going, mind you I ended up waiting almost close to an hour just to get in the store.

Awesome store! Nicolai and Alex were awesome! Ive always been weary of trusting cell phone repair shops, but these guys were awesome and whomever else worked on my phone. They explained to me what needed to be done and called me right away to give me the news. Unfortunately, my phone wasnt repairable and helped me with the next steps in solving the problem. I highly recommend this store on 7th st and Greenway parkway. I know now, that all my cell phone repairs will come to them. Hopefully, my phone will toughen up and not break on me, but thats nearly impossible.

Phone works great. It was done around the estimated time. My only criticism would be they never called me upon completion as discussed. I came in after the estimated time and it was done.

They couldnt fix my ipad (nor could apple) but they kept on trying and offered a full refund after all of their work.

The employees were good at their job, but I had to wait for an hour in total just to drop off my phone to be repaired.

Stopped in today with a non working camera on my iPhone. I was so pleased when, after taking a look, easily fixed it and was told there was no charge! So appreciative! Excellent customer service!

Took my daughters tablet in for repair. Explained the problem and they said that they wanted to take a quick look. Ten minutes later all fixed! I asked what we owed them and they said no charge. Apparently it was just an LCD screen something that was loose, but I appreciated their honesty and kindness. My 12 year old, so happy! We will be back!

The metal tip of my (non-apple) charger broke off and got stuck inside the charging port of my phone. I took it to these guys and they fished it out in 3 seconds free of charge! I had just been to a different mobile repair place down the road and they were going to charge me $50 to get it out! Thank you guys so much! These guys are Awesome!! Took my iPhone 10 there and all it needed was to be cleaned. They could have charged me $110 to replace parts that didn’t need it but they were honest and didn’t. These guys are the best. Lana use to do my alterations and now they have altered my suits and jeans and also fixed my shoes and boots and the results are excellent! They are dead honest too and have told me when something cant be fixed properly and I really appreciate their honesty.

I was told by Verizon to take my phone here to replace the top glass on an insurance claim. I was also told that I wouldnt have to pay any more at this repair shop. The smug guy behind the counter said, Since we are a Samsung authorized repair shop we are REQUIRED to replace the back glass also . For an additional $100.00. Called Verizon and they told me that was not true. They found me another ubreakifix that took care of my phone WITHOUT SCAMMING more money from me. I WILL NEVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THAT UBREAKIFIX LOCATION!!! SLIMY THIEVES

Took my phone in and he looked at it and got it fixed in less than 2 hours and was very affordable definitely recommend.

Super helpful people who know their tech stuff and they give you half off if you get more than one thing fixed plus there’s always price match if you find cheaper. They even walked me through how to back up and transfer from my old phone to my new for free so I could do it myself and save the money plus not need to be without my phone overnight as I came very close to closing time. Be warned that sometimes fixing a screen can lead to other issues like battery and volume and home button and things but I truly believe that’s iPhones fault and not theirs. I recommend them and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Said they fixed my phone but it wasnt fixed and when I brought it back they wouldnt apply the previous applied money to fix the problem that they never fixed in the first place!! Wanted to charge me $400 to fix the same problem that $250 was already given to fix it the first time! I am pretty upset and will remember this for next time. I wont be going there!

Super long wait to drop off and pickup. Tiny and dirty place. No notice when phone repaired (had to call and check in). Fairly pricy. My phone was there all day and they returned it at 1% battery. At least the screen is repaired tho but no moment of the process was enjoyable.

The day had come to finally replace the screen to my fully functioning phone.They replaced the screen, a few days later power button stopped working.I decide to take it in and after a diagnostic I was told that “because my screen was replaced that must have done something to cause the power button not to work.” (Not in those exact words but close)Meaning my cracked phone screen had something to do with my power button? Did not make sense to me So I just used the settings to turn my power off EVERY TIME. I didn’t want to spend 60.00 for a power button that started malfunctioning after the tech had it. Didn’t seem right or fair.So guess what happens a few days later...My phone starts to turn on and off continually, I could not reset it.So yes, I go back and after another diagnostic I was told it was the battery that needed to be replaced.Whhhatttt?I mean come on... I just wanted my phone screen fixed. Everything else was working....So how is it that at this point I needed to replace the power button, now I have to replace the battery?This time I paid the fee for a new battery because it was cheaper then buying a new phone.Well after a few days passed phone starts to turn on and off continually and I could not reset it. But this time by the end of the day I could not turn it back on.So here I go again back for more, only to be told after a diagnostic that the mother board needed to be replaced. I’m so angry at this point.No expectations set, and I refused to put more into my phone after replacing the screen and battery.I feel robbed, unsatisfied and unwilling to refer anyone after that experience.All this happened after getting my screen replaced. My phone was functioning before hand I expected the same if not better after a screen replacement.I ended up with a none working phone. How disappointing!

Secondly, they appear to NOT be in the business of helping the customer, as the dwarf dwelling in the back that apparently makes all the business decisions (hopefully not for too much longer for the companys sake) is a condescending moron that possesses no business savvy whatsoever!! I am recommending that if you are looking for a friendly, stress free business to have your cell phone repaired, stay the F#$K away from this place!!

I had 4 phones with cracked screens & 2 of them completely black screens. The turn around with ordering specialty screens typically not carried was super in time. The Techs work hard at multi tasking from backroom to do repairs to front room dealing with all the customers & phone calls. The prices were lower than any other repair shop. My family will not take their electronic repairs to any other place.

Great place for phone repairs I went in looking to get the battery on my pixel replaced and the technician recommended that I not do it, as I probably would not see a big difference. So I broke my screen and on the same day after I submitted my claim they called me in about 20 minutes. I took my phone in and 2 hours later it was like getting a new phone again. These guys did an awesome job replacing my Pixel screen that was scratched and cracked. The new screen makes the phone look like it did when it was originally purchased. The time it took to get it replaced was 2 hrs and cost was the most reasonable I was able to find in the valley. Great job, friendly service and close attention paid to detail. It works just like it should! I would go here again. Without question the best work Ive experienced.

Great overall experience. Went in with an iPhone not taking a charge due to the port acting funny prepared to pay the $79.99 listed online. The tech listened carefully to the way I described the problem even though he knew exactly what was going on half way through my explanation. He took the phone & used tweezers to clean out the lint trapped in the charging port & gave it back to me no charge, in & out I was there for less than 10 minutes. Tech was very polite the whole time.

This store is on the SW corner of 7th Street and Bell Road; part of a very large outdoor mall, which made it difficult to locate. I had to call from the parking lot for directions. The store is very small and people were waiting when I arrived, but I was greeted promptly, and explained my problem. The employee took my phone and went into the back where he diagnosed it. When he returned, he was very upfront and honest in telling me that the repair would cost almost as much as the phone was worth. Honesty - a rarity in todays retail market. For this reason, I would recommend this store.

Almost a 5 star. Phone got repaired fast and cheap. Only dinging them one star because my vibration ringer setting is not the same as it was. Weird crazy rattle. But every thing else seems great and the price was spot on.

The guys here are amazing. I suffered with extremely low volume from my phones earpiece for months, thinking it was something that would have to be replaced. After calling around town to compare prices and being quoted anywhere from $75 to $120 to fix it, the guys here at uBreakiFix said it was more than likely just dirty and clogged, and offered to clean it for free.I brought my phone in and less than a few minutes later they brought my phone out and the earpiece volume works PERFECTLY!
