This was my first time at Liberty Nails and it was a great experience! I was recommended and I’m impressed and pleased with the work! The atmosphere of this establishment was great, comfortable, the employees were friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with Tina who was very professional, understanding, and did an outstanding job on my nails. Tina’s service was amazing! She took her time to make sure I was satisfied and finished within a reasonable time. Then Tina’s mother who I believe is the owner, took the time to do my pedicure and eyebrows and her service was phenomenal! Such a sweet, charming, understanding, professional woman! This establishment goes above and beyond for their customers and I’ll definitely be returning back! I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to have their nail and spa care needs cared for. I have been going here like 6 years. They make you feel like family and everyone that works there is talented and friendly. My personal favorite is Lee she is awesome at her job! She is fast, great designs and styles, and very patient with me when I want to try something different. I always receive compliments and recommend Liberty to everyone. The environment is chic always upgrading and the prices are reasonable for the quality you recieve. 10 out of 10

Christina was pleasant and friendly. She was thorough with the hangnails and every other aspect of the pedicure. Despite the intensity, she was gentle and it was relaxing. The leg and foot massage did me in !!! Without a doubt, the best in the area !!!!!

This is a very peaceful, fun & hard working establishment. All the workers are respectful and work to get the job done. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and I won’t go anywhere else.

I went to this place for the first time and I am totally disappointed. I scheduled an appointment, showed up earlier and ended up waiting almost an hour…A lady who did my nails, did not take a time but rushed to be done as soon as possible. My nails are not looking good at all. Every nail has different length and shape, and the top coat (gel) is shrinking on almost every nail. Don’t recommend.

This was my 1st time at this nail salon but have known it was there for yrs. So glad I went. I was warmly greeted, with a smile, was made comfortable. Julie did amazing work, communicated throughout if I wanted her to file more, was the length & color what I wanted. The price was also fantastic for the work done to my nails.I will be spreading the word about Liberty Nail Salon.

I absolutely love this nail salon Julie and her husband are the owners and they are beyond amazing as long as they are still in the salon they will do ur nails they have been ready to go home on many occasions and if I show up they stay and do my nails not too many places u find pike this another thing about them is they take pride in their work and if you dont like the color design etc.. and come back within reasonable time they will do it over for free after ur 3rd. Visit $5.00 off try them you wont be disappointed

Got my nails and feet done for the first time there in over 5 years. I normally go to Viva Nails across the street, but decided to give it a chance. I am In love with my nails. The only issue I have is the pedicure lady cut my baby toenail too short & deep causing it to bleed, and I am still in pain from this.

My wife is a frequent customer of several years now, and Tina her nail technician has never steered her wrong. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they do whatever it takes to keep their location clean.

Horrible place. Lady who sits in the back did my nails. They didn’t come out bad, but she attempted to steal my ring right off my finger. She was rushing the entire time and It was not busy... I kept repeatedly pushing my ring back down every time I felt her loosen it. I felt my ring come off when she put the hot towel on and it dropped on the floor. She pretended to not know it fell on the floor but I literally seen her look down at it when it fell. Knew something was up with her as soon as I sat down with her. Definitely am not returning. If you decide to go just take your jewelry off beforehand.

Just enjoyed the best pedicure that I ever had! Yen was amazing! He was professional, thorough & attentive. I was definitely relaxed and I plan on treating myself more often!

Rating would be higher a few months ago but last time there 4 nails fell of after a week and quality of work has dropped each time. Daughter used to have her nails done there but stopped going there cause of the decline of quality. Wont be going back there anymore

I have been getting services here for 8 years. I have also had services throughout all of Philadelphia, and I can assure you there is no better service or price value citywide. Over the years the staff has remained dedicated to quality and each year the shop gets more luxurious by the owner putting back into enhancing the atmosphere. My kids- who have tagged along a few times- are always welcome and treated like they are special. I usually either want to complete relax or bring work, but either way, the staff are totally sensitive to my preferences. As far as speaking Korean in he shop...Wonderful! I wish I could. My pedicures last at least 3 weeks! I can scrap by and push it to a month if need be.

This used to be my go to nail salon when I used to go to school right across the street from it. So I decided to come get my nails done today all the way from the north east. And for some reason it’s like the lady didn’t want to do her job. I don’t know her name but she was the oldest lady there and she rushed my nails. I don’t want to do the lady before me, and she completely restaurant else too. It’s like she’s rushing just so she could get more customers than anybody else. I told her before she even started to do my nails that I didn’t want them to thick or too wide, and she said OK. But she still made them too wide. She then put the Tips on my nails and put way too big of tips which were stuck to my skin and it made my fingernails look even more wider than they really are. So I asked her to file them down to make them thinner and she just made these noises like oh my God she didn’t want to do them it was the end of the world or something. And she was rushing so fast she got nail polish all over me she kept dropping stuff and making it came towards me that’s how fast she was rushingAnd then she’s like making all these noises because she spelling everything and getting everything all over me but it’s her fault because she shouldn’t be rushing. I was the only one in that nail salon after everyone left and she was still rushing like she wants to get rid of me. I had to constantly tell her I didn’t like the nails because it was too thick or too wide or not the right shape. Like come on square nails are the easiest now if you could possibly ask for.And let’s not forget that every time I asked her to fix my nails she would complain in their language to the other girls around here. Even if we don’t speak their language it’s not that hard to catch on. Anyways, that will be the last time I go there. Because I shouldn’t have to be unhappy with my nails even after telling her over and over and over what’s wrong with them. In the end, I’m the one paying for my nails she’s not paying for my nails so why did she make them look like this?

I have been going here for many years and each time I am eveb more impressed than the last. Tina is fantastic! She is truly an artist when it comes to painting designs and giving you exactly what you want. Prices are reasonable, service is great. This is the only shop I was go to get my nails/toenails/eyebrows done!

I highly recommend Tina! She never disappoints. My whole family goes to her personally because her work is amazing. She’s usually always booked up but you need to get your appointments in when you can. She’s a busy girl because she knows what she’s doing! I have a crazy life so sometimes I don’t even have enough time in the day to get a refill so I’ve literally went a month without going and my nails never fall off. I’m also a mom of two littles ao I’m always using my hands for something. Now only is her work amazing but she’s a great person to talk too as well which helps the time go by. She’s totally worth the wait and I HIGHLY recommend you giving her a try!

Ive been to Liberty nails several times and I have yet to be disappointed. Staff members are always friendly and greet you upon entering. Recently, Debbie attended me for a pedicure. I couldnt believe what an outstanding job she did. I immediately made a 2 week appointment with her. One last thing, they sterilize and package their instruments. If you havent been here....give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

This is my wife’s #1 Nail Shop and her Nail Tech Tina ALWAYS does fabulous work.

Ive been coming here since it opened. Usually with no problem. I always call for an appointment and with who. I came in here today, and they denied I called. Then said I was supposed to come in on Thursday. Then they said I was scheduled to come in next Friday. Wth?I even talked to Lee and I said see you Friday who does my nails every other week and she talked to me on phone and took my appointment. Now they got someone else to do it. Nails are ok, but I can tell the polish is going to peel off within the next couple days. Way too thick.What Im really upset with is they act like this was all my fault instead of lack of communication. Yelling at me like it was my fault. Not one appology from any one of them. I walked out totally in tears. I cant believe they are still in business.

If I could give a zero I would. Havent been here since they opened years ago and I remember why I stopped going. Tech didnt listen to anything I said. I asked numerous times for when a specific tech was arriving as thats who was recommended to me but was ignored. I just needed a polish change and 2 nails fixed. I ended up changing and not getting a design at all and they were still wrong. 2 nails that were fixed are way too long compared to the others and I repeatedly asked for them to be filed more. She then tried to reshape all of my nails which I didnt want. I got so fed up I told her to just stop because I didnt like them at all and would just go elsewhere to get them fixed.

Went in to try and give it a shot because my eyebrows are so thick and uneven that everyone keeps messing it up and they did such a great job! Very Very happy how my eyebrows came out.

The service was good. I arrived at the salon at 6:57 for a gel mani and pedi. I was seated at 7:11, and eventhough they were supposed to close at 7:30 they took care of all of us professionally until after 8pm. Im not sure if the lady that was doing my feet was talking about my feet (because my feet arent the prettiest), but it was ok. My overall experience was good, I love my mani & pedi, and look forward to coming back soon.

The shop look run down and dirty and the nails were done extremely poorly

She took my eyebrows off my face. She put the wax all the way up to where my hair is and began snatching my edges off as she was supposed to be doing my eyebrows. They didnt have any of the nail gel colors that they had displayed. I was just an overall bad experience.
